Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"PROCESSO DE FERMENTAçãO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE áCIDO D-PANTOTêNICO UTILIZANDO CEPAS DA FAMìLIA ENTEROBACTERIACEAE"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de ácido D-pantotênico pela fermentação de microorganismos produtores de ácido D-pantotênico da família Enterobacteriaceae, que é caracterizado pelo fato de que: a) são utilizadas cepas que contêm plasmídeo pFV31 e/ou pFV202, b) o gene panD e opcionalmente outras seq³ências de nucleotídeo que codificam aspartato-1-descarboxilase são amplificados e, em particular, superexpressos nos ditos microorganismos, c) o ácido pantotênico é enriquecido no meio ou nas células dos microorganismos e d) o ácido pantotênico produzido é isolado.
