Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO FERMENTATIVA DE L-AMINOáCIDOS USANDO CEPAS DA FAMìLIA ENTEROBACTERIA-CEAE QUE CONTêM UMA SEQuêNCIA ORF YJGF ATENUADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a preparação de L-aminoácidos, em particular L-treonina, em que as seguintes etapas são realizadas: a)fermentação de microorganismos da família enterobacteriace-ae que produz o L-aminoácido desejado e em que a seq³ência de orf yjgF ou nucleotídeos que codifica é atenuada, em particular eliminada, b) concentração de L-aminoácido no meio ou nas células da bactéria, e opcionalmente c) isolamento do L-aminoácio.
