Abstract

Pronalazak se odnosi na, rekombinovanu DNK porekla iz corynebacterium-a, koja se može replicirati u mikroorganizmima soja corynebactrium, i koja sadrži bar jednu od sledećih sekvenci nukleotida, izabranih iz grupe: a) koja kodira panB-gen (transferaza ketopantoathidroksi metila), prikazan sa SEQ ID br. 1, b) koja kodira pan C-gen (sintetaza pantotenata), prikazan sa SEQ ID br. 1, posebno panBC-operon, i, u datom slučaju, c) koja kodira ilvD-gen (dehidrataza dihidroksi kiseline), prikazan sa SEQ ID. br. 4, i na jedan postupak za fermentacionu proizvodnju D-pantotenske kiseline uz primenu mikroorganizama soja corynebacterium, kod kojih su navedeni geni pojačani.[The invention refers to the recombinated DNK originating from corynebacterium which can be replicated in microorganisms of specimens of corynebacterium, and which contains at least one of the following sequences of nucleotides, chosen from the group: (a) which codes pan B-gene (transferase of ketopantoathidroxy methile) displayed with SEQ ID No 1, (b) which codes pan C-gene (synthesis of pantothenate), shown with SEQ ID No 2, especially pan BC-operone, and, in the given case, (c) which codes ilv D-gene (dehydratase of dihydroxy acid), shown with SEQ ID No 4, and on one procedure for the fermentativen production of D-pantothenic acid with the application of microorganisms of specimens corynebacterium, where the mentioned genes have been amplified.
