Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"SEQuêNCIAS DE NUCLEOTìDEO CODIFICANDO PARA O GENE GPM"<D>. A invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídeo isolado que contém uma seq³ência de polinucleotídeo selecionada do grupo compreendendo: a) um polinucleotídeo que é pelo menos 70% idêntico a um polinucleotídeo codificando para um polipeptídeo contendo a seq³ência de aminoácido de SEQ ID n° 2, b) um polinucleotídeo codificando para um polipeptídeo contendo uma seq³ência de aminoácido que é pelo menos 70% idêntica à seq³ência de aminoácido da SEQ ID n° 2, c) um polinucleotídeo que é complementar aos polinucleotídeos de a) ou b) e d) um polinucleotídeo contendo pelo menos 15 bases consecutivas da seq³ência de polinucleotídeo de a), b) ou c), e à processos de fermentação para a preparação de L-aminoácidos com amplificação do gene gpm.
