1/1 resumo "composição estabilizante de atrito simultâneo tendo uma resistência gel superior" a invenção atual é direcionada para uma composição estabilizante de atrito simultâneo constituída por: a) celulose microcristalina em uma quantidade de 20% -90% em peso da composição; b) um hidrocolóide em uma quantidade de 5% 50% em peso da composição, onde o hidrocolóide é escolhido pelo menos de um membro do grupo que consiste de carboximetilcelulose tendo um grau de substituição pelo menos de 0,95, pectina, alginato, carrageno, goma de xantano, goma agar, goma velano, ou goma gelano; e c) um amido, em uma quantidade de 5% -50% em peso da composição, onde a composição estabilizante tem uma resistência gel (g') pelo menos de 25 pa quando medida depois de 24h em uma dispersão aquosa com 2,6% de sólidos e a 20 ° c. a composição é útil como um estabilizante, especialmente em produtos alimentícios e bebidas.
