Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a bebidas listas para beber. En una modalidad general, la presente invención proporciona una bebida de chocolate de alto contenido de proteínas lista para beber que incluye un componente de proteína, un componente de cacao y un sistema de estabilización. El componente de proteína puede estar presente en una cantidad de alrededor de 4% a aproximadamente 12% en peso de la bebida. El sistema de estabilización incluye hexametafosfato de sodio y un componente hidrocoloide.
