Abstract

resumo “composto elastomérico microporoso de poliuretano com excelente desempenho dinâmico e método de preparação do composto”, a presente invenção relaciona-se com a preparação de um composto elastomérica microporosa de poliuretano com excelente desempenho dinâmico, consistindo de um componente a e um isocianato modificado. o componente a é composto de um polímero de poliol, um extensor de cadeia, um agente espumante, um catalisador a, um catalisador b, um estabilizador de espuma, e um antioxidante. a presente invenção possui as seguintes vantagens: (1) a presente invenção é um material elastomérico microporoso de poliuretano preparados por semi-pré-polimerização, e os dois grupos de materiais fracionados têm viscosidade semelhante e proporção de massa misturada, baixa temperatura de mistura; os materiais são fáceis de misturar e as condições para o controle do processo são simples e fáceis de operar. (2) o material elastomérico microporoso de poliuretano preparado a partir do composto proporcionada pela presente invenção tem uma proporção de rigidez dinâmica para a estática de = 1,35, uma resistência de impacto de = 75%, uma taxa de alteração em tamanho de = 20%, sem danos a aparência após 3 milhões de ensaios de fadiga, e podem ser utilizados na preparação de produtos de alta performance, tais como blocos de amortecimento de vibrações de trilhos de ferrovias de alta velocidade e elementos de amortecimento de vibrações em veículos.
