Abstract
sistema de reatores de alto rendimento para a polimerização de olefinas a presente invenção refere-se a sistema de reatores para a produção de polímeros, incluindo um reator de leito fluidizado (1), compreendendo uma zona de fundo (5), uma zona intermediária (6) e uma zona superior (7), uma entrada (8) para o gás de fluidizacção localizado na zona de fundo (5), uma saída (9) para o gás de fluidização localizado na zona superior (7); a saída (9) para o gás de fluidização estando acoplada ao reator de leito fluidizado (1) através de entrada (8), através de uma linha de circulção de gás; meios para a separação de sólidos a partir de gás (2) ligada à referida linha de circulação de gás, o diâmetro de seção transversal equivalente da zona superior (7) sendo monotonamente decrescente em ralação à direção do fluxo do gás de fluidização através do reator de leito fluidizado, a zona intermediária (6) com um diâmetro equivalente essencialmente constante em corte transversal em relação à direção do fluxo do gás de fluidização através do reator de leito fluidizado, o diâmetro de seção transversal equivalente da zona de fundo (5) sendo monotonamente crescente em relação à direção do fluxo do gás de fluidização através do reator de leito fluidizado, caracterizado pelo fato de a proporção da altura do reator de leito fluidizado para o diâmetro de seção transversal equivalente da zona intermediária do reator de leito fluidizado é de 2 a 10, e em que a referida zona superior (7) está diretamente ligada à referida zona intermediária (6).
