Abstract

método de preparação de fibras à base de ácido hialurônico e/ou seu composto metálico, fibra, fio de seda e uso da fibra a invenção refere-se ao método de preparação de fibras à base de ácido hialurônico, onde primeiramente é preparada a solução de fiação de ácido hialurônico e/ou seu composto metálico, opcionalmente contendo um sal metálico ou composto de ácido hialurônico e íons metálicos, a seguir, a solução de fiação é introduzida no banho de coagulação que compreende um ácido, um alcool e no máximo 10% em peso de água e, opcionalmente um sal metálico resultando na formação de uma fibra que preferencialmente deixada no banho de coagulação e/ou é estirada, em seguida, a fibra é lavada com álcool e seca. após a lavagem da fibra, íons metálicos podem ser introduzidos na fibra pormeio do banho de metalização. além disso, a invenção refere-se às fibras à base de ácido hialurônico e/ou seu composto metálico, tendo a fibra (monofilamento) 4 <109>m a 1mm de diâmetro, peso linear de 0,1 a 30g/1000 m (0,1 a 30 tex), resistência à tração de 0,5 a 3 cn.dtex^-1^ e tenacidade de laço de 20 a 80% da resistência à tração. a invenção também refere-se a um fio de seda que contém 2 a 50 fibras primárias. além disso, a invenção refere-se ao uso das fibras para a produção de tecidos e tecidos não tecido.
