Abstract

processo para preparar ácido acrílico a partir de metanol e ácido acético, ácido acriílico,e,fase líquida p. a invenção refere-se a um método para produzir ácido acrilico a partir de metanol e ácido acético, por meio do qual o metanol é parcialmente oxidato em uma zona de reação a, em uma reação em fase gasosa heterogeneamente catalisada para formar formaldeído; uma mistura reacional gasosa inicial b contendo ácido ac=ético e formaldeído é produzida com a mistura gasosa de produto assim obtida a e uma fonte de ácido acético, ditamistura compreendendo mais ácido acético do que formaldeído; e o formaldeído contido na mistura reacional gasosa inicia b sofre condensação de aldol em uma zona de reação, com o ´´acido acético contido na mistura reacional gasosa inicial b, em uma maneira heterrogeneamente catalisada para formar ácido acrílico. ácido acético não reagido ainda contido na mistura inicial de gas produto (b) é separado da mistura gasosa de produto (b) obtida, em adição ao ácido acrílico produto desejado, e o ácido acético separado é retornado para o processo para a produção da mistura reacional gasosa inicial (b).
