Abstract
aparelho e método para produção de etanol foi revelado um método para produção de etanol e um aparelho para produção de etanol sendo adequados à reutilização de uma enzima. o aparelho é e configurado por uma torre de destilação à vácuo (11) dentro da qual um líquido ' fermentado contendo etanol produzido pelo processo de sacarificação e fermentação de um material de partida do tipo biomassa é introduzido tendo um interior em um estado com uma pressão menor do que a pressão atmosférica, - submetendo o líquido fermentado contendo etanol à destilação, destilando o vapor de etanol que contém vapor de água, e removendo, como um produto de fundo, o líquido residual concentrado contendo enzima que será reutilizado para o processo de sacarificação e fermentação de um material de partida do tipo biomassa; e uma torre de fracionamento (12) para fracionar o vapor de etanol destilado a partir da torre de destilação à vácuo (11). neste caso, a energia do vapor de etanol pode ser aproveitada de forma mais eficiente se o aparelho for provido com um primeiro compressor (16) efetuando a compressão adiabática do vapor de etanol destilado a partir da torre de destilação à vácuo (11), e o vapor de etanol comprimido adiabaticamente pelo primeiro compressor (16) for introduzido na torre de fracionamento (1 2).
