Abstract
hexano como um subproduto de unidade de isomerização usando uma coluna de parede divisória. trata-se de um sistema e método para produzir hexano de alta pureza que usa um desiso-hexanizador com uma parede divisória na seção de separação que segue a seção de reator de isomerização de uma coluna de desiso-hexanizador de unidade de isomerização com uma parede divisória. o isomerato leve (principalmente i-c5) e o isomerato pesado (principalmente i-c6) também são produtos da unidade de isomerização. a coluna de parede divisória funde a operação de duas colunas de destilação convencionais em uma única coluna que leva a economias de custo substanciais. a parede divisória para essa aplicação particular pode estar localizada na seção de topo, fundo ou intermediária da coluna. o uso de uma coluna de parede divisória de topo, fundo ou intermediária para essa aplicação tem vantagens significativas sobre as colunas de destilação convencionais. o hexano, produzido como um subproduto da unidade de isomerização é de uma qualidade muito maior que aquele produzido por um processo de extração de solvente, que é o processo convencional para produzir hexano. o custo operacional para a produção de hexano a partir de uma unidade de isomerização é significativamente reduzido em comparação com o custo de hexano produzido pelos processos de extração de solvente.
