Abstract
chapa de aço magnético com revestimento de isolamento semiorgânico. a presente invenção refere-se a um revestimento de isolamento semiorgânico compreendendo um componente inorgânico e uma resina orgânica, um composto de zr e um composto de si contendo uma sílica em forma de placa como um composnente inorgânico são incluídos em uma razão em um revestimento seco de 20 a 70% em massa de composto de zr (convertido para zro~ 2~) e 10 a 50% em massa de composto de si contendo sílica em forma de placa (convertido para sio~ 2~), e o restante é substancialmente uma resina orgânica, por meio do qual pode ser fornecida uma chapa de aço mahnético com um revestimento de isolamento semiorgânico não tendo nenhuma deterioração de resistência à corrosão e resistência à água sem conter um composto de cromo e sendo excelente na resistência à pulverização, resistência a arranhões, resistência à aderência, soldabilidade de tig e estampabilidade, mas também na aparência do revestimento.
