Abstract

"AçO INOXIDáVEL MARTENSìTICO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA EXCELENTE NA RESISTêNCIA à CORROSãO POR GáS DIóXIDO DE CARBONO E NA RESISTêNCIA à FRATURA POR CORROSãO POR ESTRESSE DE SULFETO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aço inoxidável martensítico no qual os elementos especificados em uma composição de aço são limitados. O aço inoxidável martensítico pode ter alta resistência de 0,2% da prova de estresse de 860 MPa ou mais e excelentes resistência à corrosão por dióxido de carbono e resistência à ruptura por corrosão por estresse de sulfeto pela limitação da composição do aço dos elementos especificados e a definição do teor de Mo no aço pelas relações com os valores de IM bem como pela conformação da microestrutura do aço com principalmente martensita temperada, carboneto precipitado durante a têmpera e compostos intermetálicos tais como fase Laves, fase <sym> e similares. Como resultado, os aços inoxidáveis martensíticos da presente invenção podem ser aplicados a aços práticos, que podem ser amplamente usados em tubulações para poços de petróleo e similares sob ambientes incluindo gás dióxido de carbono, sulfeto de hidrogênio, íons de cloro ou dois ou mais deles, em amplos campos.
