Abstract

Foreliggende oppfinnelse tilveiebringer et martensittisk rustfritt stål i hvilket spesifiserte elementer i en stålsammensetning er begrenset. Det martensittiske rustfrie stålet kan ha høy styrke av 0,2% konvensjonell flytegrense på 860 MPa eller mer og utmerket karbondioksidgass korrosjonsmotstand og sulfid spenningskorrosjonssprekkingsmotstand ved å begrense stålsammensetningen av spesifiserte elementer og definere Mo-innhold i stålet ved forhold med IM-verdier så vel som ved å danne mikrostruktur av stålet med hovedsakelig anløpt martensitt, karbid utfelt under anløping og intermetalliske forbindelser slik som Laves fase, en (-fase, og lignende. Som et resultat kan de martensittiske rustfrie stålene ifølge foreliggende oppfinnelse anvendes til praktiske stål, som kan anvendes vidt i oljebrønnrør og lignende under miljø som inkluderer karbondioksidgass, hydrogensulfid, klorioner eller to eller flere av dem, innen vide felter.
