Abstract

"INSTALAçãO E PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE ROLHAS DE VIDRO, E, ROLHA DE VIDRO". A invenção refere-se a uma instalação e a um processo para a produção de rolhas de vidro que são providas com uma porção de cabeça e são usadas para lacrar garrafas de vinho e garrafas de vinho espumante. A mencionada instalação compreende um molde para produzir rolhas de vidro, um sistema de alimentação para suprir o molde com vidro derretido, uma estação múltipla de prensagem, e um sistema de remoção e manejo para as rolhas de vidro acabadas. O molde é formado por uma base que compreende um recesso correspondendo a um primeiro comprimento de parte da rolha, uma parte central que consiste de dois elementos de moldagem de parte que podem ser deslocados um em relação ao outro, bem como de modo perpendicular ao eixo longitudinal do molde, podem ser acoplados de uma maneira auto-centralizadora, e definem o espaço vazio que corresponde a um segundo comprimento de parte da rolha e a pelo menos uma área principal da porção de cabeça quando os mencionados elementos de parte são acoplados e descansam contra a base, e uma parte de cima que lacra o espaço vazio da porção de cabeça e é provida com um cunho em alto relevo que pode ser deslocado em uma direção axial relativa à parte de topo de modo a construir um recesso na porção de cabeça da rolha, o mencionado recesso compensando tolerâncias.
