Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE ELETRODO DE MEMBRANA, SISTEMA DE CéLULA DE COMBUSTìVEL PARA PRODUçãO DE ENERGIA E PROCESSO PARA OPERAR CéLULA DE COMBUSTìVEL". Um conjunto de eletrodo de membrana inclui um anodo incluindo um catalisador de oxidação de hidrogênio; um catodo; uma membrana disposta entre o anodo e o catodo; e um catalisador de decomposição de peróxido posicionado pelo menos em uma posição selecionada do grupo que consiste no anodo, catodo, uma camada entre o anodo e a membrana e uma camada entre o catodo e a membrana onde o catalisador de decomposição de peróxido tem seletividade quando exposto a peróxido de hidrogênio para reações que formam produtos benignos do peróxido de hidrogênio. o catalisador de decomposição de peróxido também pode ser posicionado dentro da membrana.
