Abstract
"MéTODO, E SISTEMA DE CéLULA DE COMBUSTìVEL, PARA PRODUZIR ENERGIA ELéTRICA DE CORRENTE CONTìNUA". Um sistema de célula de combustível tem uma célula de combustível disposta dentro de uma caixa protetora de célula de combustível para combinar eletroquimicamente oxigênio suprido extemamente com hidrogênio para produzir energia elétrica de corrente contínua e água, como um produto de reação. Um combustível contendo hidrogênio, como hidreto químico, contido dentro de um recipiente de combustível, recebe a água subproduto e reage com a mesma de modo a produzir hidrogênio, que é suprido para a célula de combustível para sustentar a operação da mesma sem a necessidade de adicionar hidrogênio suprido extemamente. A integração do suprimento de hidrogênio com a célula de combustível resulta em uma redução do peso e volume, assim como o controle químico interno da produção de hidrogênio para sustentar a geração de energia elétrica e o controle de água interna, assim reduzindo substancialmente a emissão de água líquida.
