Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA MANTER EM POSIçãO ESTIRADA UM FIO DE TRAMA DE UM TEAR PARA REALIZAçãO DO PROCESSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para manter em posição estirada um fio de trama (15) no tubo misturador (4) do bocal principal (1) de um tear de bocais de ar e um tear de bocais de ar para a realização do processo. A invenção tem como base o objetivo técnico de abrir mão de uma corrente de ar que é prejudicial e atuante sobre quase o componente total do bocal principal (1) influenciando de forma prejudicial a estrutura do fio de trama (5) durante a sua fase inativa no bocal principal (1), mantendo, mesmo assim, o fio de trama (5) em posição estirada dentro do bocal principal (1). Isto é feito devido ao fato de que durante a fase inativa do fio de trama (5), a corrente de ar sujeita apenas a sua extremidade dianteira (5a) no tubo misturador do bocal principal.
