Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA A COMPACTAçãO DE UMA FORMAçãO FIBROSA ESTIRADA"<D>. Ao par de cilindros de partida de um banco de estiragem de uma máquina de fiar segue-se uma zona de compactação, em que uma formação fibrosa estirada pronta é compactada mediante enrolamento de fibras de borda, antes de ao fio a ser fiado ser conferida a rotação de fiação. O dispositivo para a compactação contém um área de deslizamento com uma fenda de aspiração estendendo-se essencialmente na direção de transporte, bem como uma cinta transportadora perfurada, transportando a fenda de aspiração. A área de deslizamento é o contorno externo de um perfil oco, ao qual está conectada a instalação de aspiração. A cinta transportadora consiste em um material de tal maneira fino, que a formação fibrosa praticamente assenta sem distância sobre a área de deslizamento e a fenda de aspiração. De preferência é a cinta transportadora tecida de fios de poliamida.
