Abstract

"FLOCOS DE BATATA". A presente invenção refere-se a um purê de batata e o método para a produção do mesmo. O purê de batata pode ser utilizado para produzir produtos alimentícios, tais como purê de batata , empanadas de batatas, panquecas de batatas e snacks à base de batatas. O purê de batata pode também ser utilizado para a formação de produtos à base de batata desidratada, tais como flocos, flânulos, grânulos, aglomerados, placas, peças, pedaços, farinha e particulados. Os produtos à base de batata desidratada são apropriados para serem utilizados em uma variedade de produtos alimentícios, tais como purê de batata , empanadas de batatas, panquecas de batatas, snacks à base de batatas, pães, caldos e molhos. Os produtos alimentícios feitos do purê e/ou dos produtos desidratados produzidos com esse purê têm sabor de batata melhorado e textura aperfeiçoada. Em especial, o preferido é um chip moldado melhorado.
