Abstract

<B>"DISPOSITIVO PARA CRIMPAGEM DE TERMINAIS"<D>. Com o objetivo de executar de maneira fácil, rápida e precisa um trabalho de ajuste após a troca de uma unidade de pressurização, dispõe-se um módulo de haste que é capaz de trocar integralmente a haste de uma unidade de prensagem. O módulo de haste está configurado para ligar de maneira removível um corpo principal e um aríete. Adotando-se a unidade de prensagem universal, o ajuste após a troca de uma unidade de prensagem se torna consideravelmente mais fácil. Adicionalmente, ao efetuar um projeto universal de um mecanismo de alimentação de terminais, implementa-se uma trabalhabilidade melhorada ligando-se o ajuste de condições de prensa às condições de alimentação de um correia de terminais. Com o objetivo de alcançar esta meta, uma unidade de bigorna de um mecanismo de prensa é configurada para ser destacável da base de um corpo principal. Além disso, um mecanismo de posicionamento é disposto numa unidade de bigorna. O mecanismo de posicionamento posiciona a posição de ajuste de elementos móveis de um mecanismo de acionamento de um mecanismo de alimentação de terminais correspondendo à correia de terminais. A parte principal para a troca do mecanismo de alimentação de terminais pode portanto ser trocada automaticamente.
