Abstract
"PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA POLIAMIDA A PARTIR DE PELO MENOS UM DIáCIDO E PELO MENOS UMA DIAMINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de poliamida. Ela se refere mais particularmente à fabricação de poliamidas provenientes da reação entre um diácido e uma diamina. A invenção propõe um processo de fabricação de uma poliamida proveniente da reação de pelo menos um diácido com pelo menos uma diamina compreendendo as etapas seguintes: preparar uma primeira mistura de diácido e diamina com uma relação molar diácido/diamina compreendida entre 0,8 e 0,995, preferivelmente compreendida entre 0,95 e 0,99 em um primeiro reator 5; preparar uma segunda mistura de diácido e diamina com uma relação diácido/diamina compreendida entre 1,005 e 1,2, preferivelmente compreendida entre 1,0 1 e 1,05, em um segundo reator 4, introduzir, sob forma em fusão, um primeiro fluxo da primeira mistura e um segundo fluxo da segunda mistura em um reator 7 de polimerização agitado, preferivelmente em contínuo, do referido reator um fluxo de pré-polímero poliamida; alimentar o referido fluxo de poliamida em uma etapa de acabamento para obter o grau de polimerização desejado, De acordo com o processo da invenção, a estequiometria da poliamida no reator 7 ou as relações de funções ácidas/aminas nos diferentes reatores são medidos por análise estequiométrica no próximo infra-vermelho, e por controle dependente dos fluxos de alimentação nos diferentes reatores aos resultados destas análises.
