Abstract

Методът намира приложение в медицината за получаване на имунопотискащ циклоспоринов антибиотичен комплекс или неговите компоненти циклоспорин а, циклоспорин в, циклоспорин с, с повишена концентрация при по-благоприятни условия чрез аеробна ферментация на нишкообразен фунгален щам, биосинтезиращ посочените антибиотици в хранителна среда, съдържаща усвояем въглерод, азотни източници и минерални соли, и чрез изолиране на получените продукти. По метода щам на нов фунгален вид тоlyросlаdiuм vаriuм, продуциращ циклоспоринов антибиотичен комплекс, за предпочитане тоlyросlаdiuм vаriuм sр. Nоv. Су/93, депозиран при националната колекция за селскостопански и промишлени микроорганизми, будапеща, унгария, под <216> nсаiм/р/f 001005, се култивира върху хранителна среда, съдържаща въглеродни източници, органични или неорганични азотни източници и минерални соли, при аеробни условия при температура от 25 до 300с. По желание полученият циклоспоринов антибиотик или неговите компоненти се изолират и пречистват. 5 претенции
