Abstract
การประดิษฐ์นี้กล่าวถึงการผลิตยาปฏิชีวนะใหม่ในกลุ่มยาปฏิชีวนะคล้ายคลึงแวนโคมัยซิน คือ สารประกอบเชิงซ้อนของAAD 216 โดยการหมักเชื้อ Kibdelosporangium aridum Shearer gen. nov., Sp.nov. ATCC 39323 ในอาหารเหลวภายใต้สภาวะที่มีอากาศ สารประกอบเชิงซ้อน AAD 216 และองค์ประกอบส่วนใหญ่ของมันคือ AAD 216A, AAD 216B และ AAD 216C มีฤทธิ์ในการเป็นยาปฏิชีวนะ และออกฤทธิ์ในการกระตุ้นการเจริญเติบโต
Claims (4)
1. กรรมวิธีในการประดิษฐ์ยาปฏิชีวนะสารประกอบเชิงซ้อน AAD216 โดยการเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์ Kibdelosporangium aridumShearer gen. nov., Sp.nov. ATCC 39323 หรือ มิวแตนท์ของจุลินทรีย์ดังกล่าวในอาหารเลี้ยงเชื้อเหลวที่มีแหล่งคาร์บอนและแหล่งไนโตรเจนที่นำไปใช้ได้ ภายใต้สภาวะที่มีอากาศ จนกระทั่งมีการผลิตสารประกอบเชิงซ้อน AAD 216 มากเพียงพอ รวมทั้งกรรมวิธีการแยกสารประกอบเชิงซ้อน AAD 216
2. กรรมวิธีดังกล่าวในข้อถือสิทธิ 1 แต่รวมถึงกรรมวิธีในแยกสารประกอบเชิงซ้อน AAD 216 เข้มข้น, AAD 216A, AAD 216Bและ/หรือ AAD 216C
3. กรรมวิธีดังกล่าวในข้อถือสิทธิ 1 โดยที่การเพาะเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์ดังกล่าวทำที่อุณหภูมิ 15 ถึง 42 ซ.
4. กรรมวิธีดังกล่าวในข้อถือสิทธิ 1 โดยที่การเพาะเลี้ยงจุลินทรีย์ดังกล่าวทำอย่างต่อเนื่องกันตั้งแต่ 3 ถึง 8 วัน
