Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de polymères de nucléotides dans lequel un lysat d'une culture de souche bactérienne est filtré successivement à travers trois colonnes (résine échangeuse d'ions, résine hydrophobique et tamis moléculaire), ce grâce à quoi on obtient une solution de polynucléotide-phosphorylase substantiellement pure. Une polymérisation ultérieure par cet agent permet d'obtenir des produits non toxiques et non pyrogènes. L'invention concerne également les produits obtenus selon ce procédé et les préparations thérapeutiques en contenant.
