Abstract

Procédé de production de D-aminoacides à partir de mélanges racémiques des dérivés N-carbamoyle de tels acides ou à partir des hydrantoïnes correspondantes. Le procédé consiste à soumettre les composés racémiques à une action enzymatique et microbiologique d'un complexe enzymatique préparé à partir de microorganismes du genre Agrobacterium, plus particulièrement de la souche NRRL B 11291.
