Abstract

Procédé pour la régénération d'immobilisats d'enzymes. On désorbe à partir d'un immobilisat l'enzyme inactivée au moyen de solutions salines et on réactive le support d'enzyme au moyen d'une solution d'enzyme fraîche. En particulier, l'enzyme n'est pas coordonnée par covalence à des alcoxysilanes contenant des groupes aminoalcoyle ou aminoaryle, qui sont appliqués sur le support. L'enzyme peut être une acylase. Régénération de colonnes.
