Abstract

Procédé de production de vitamine B12 par voie enzymatique (voie microbiologique). Le procédé consiste à cultiver un microorganisme produisant la vitamine B12 et appartenant à au moins l'un des genres Arthrobacter et Propionibacterium, en présence d'un produit de pré-culture d'un microrganisme produisant la vitamine B12 , appartenant à au moins l'autre genre, et à séparer la vitamine B12 du bouillon de culture. La vitamine B12 est ainsi obtenue avec des rendements accrus par rapport aux procédés antérieurs.
