Abstract
Reivindicación 1: Un proceso para obtener un aceite microbiano que comprende uno o más ácidos grasos poliinsaturados a partir de una o más células microbianas, en donde dicho proceso comprende: (a) lisar las células que comprenden el aceite microbiano para formar una composición de células Iisadas; (b) demulsionar la composición de células Iisadas para formar una composición demulsionada de células Iisadas; (c) separar el aceite de la composición demulsionada de células lisadas; y (d) recuperar el aceite; en donde (b) comprende agregar por lo menos una enzima. Reivindicación 14: El proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde el ácido graso poliinsaturado se selecciona entre ácido docosahexaenoico (DHA), ácido eicosapentaenoico (EPA), ácido docosapentaenoico (DPA), ácido araquidónico (ARA), ácido g-Iinolénico (GLA), ácido dihomo-g-Iinolénico (DGLA), ácido estearidónico (SDA) y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicación 17: El proceso de cualquiera de las reivindicaciones precedentes, en donde las células microbianas son células de algas, de levadura, de hongos, de protistas o bacterianas.
