- 溶液にセルロース系糖、固定炭素を補うための液化及びサクリフィケーション並びに中和としての前記極性バイオマス溶液の後抽出をさらに用いる、請求項35に記載の方法。
- 前記透過性を調整する工程の前に、前記バイオマスに加工デンプンを添加し、前記デンプンを生物学的消化プロセスに利用されるようにする、請求項35に記載の方法。

- 少なくとも1種の水性極性溶媒のpH調整溶液に懸濁したバイオマスの透過性を調整して、調整されたバイオマスを形成する工程と、前記調整されたバイオマスを少なくとも1種の非極性溶媒と密に接触させる工程と、分配して非極性溶媒溶液及び極性バイオマス溶液を得る工程と、濃縮された極性バイオマス溶液を混合栄養生物、従属栄養生物、又は化学独立栄養生物からなる群から選択される生物を含む増殖培地として利用する工程とを含む、バイオマスの分画方法。
- 少なくとも1種の水性極性溶媒のpH調整溶液に懸濁したバイオマスの透過性を調整して、調整されたバイオマスを形成する工程と、前記調整されたバイオマスを少なくとも1種の非極性溶媒と密に接触させる工程と、分配して非極性溶媒溶液及び極性バイオマス溶液を得る工程と、前記極性バイオマス溶液を濃縮する工程と、前記水性極性溶液を生物学的に消化するか又は発酵させる工程と、前記分画プロセスを繰り返して、さらなる細胞産物及び細胞由来産物を得る工程とを含む、バイオマスの分画方法。
- 残留固体、液体、又はそれらの組合せを得て、本方法の任意の工程に再循環させる工程をさらに含む、請求項55に記載の方法。

- 高水分藻類を増殖させ、処理するための再生可能でかつ持続可能な総合処理プラントを操作する方法であって、バイオマス藻類を増殖させる工程と、前記藻類を収穫する工程と、少なくとも1種の水性極性溶媒のpH調整溶液に懸濁したバイオマスの透過性を調整して、調整されたバイオマスを形成する工程と、前記藻類の中から細胞産物を放出させる工程と、前記調整されたバイオマスを少なくとも1種の非極性溶媒と密に接触させる工程と、分配して非極性溶媒溶液及び極性バイオマス溶液を得る工程と、前記極性バイオマス溶液由来の増殖培地及び前記極性バイオマス溶液由来の二酸化炭素を得る工程と、再生可能でかつ持続可能な操作のために前記二酸化炭素及び増殖培地を前記藻類栽培システムに再循環させる工程とを含む、方法。
- 前記増殖培地が、可溶性炭水化物、タンパク質、有機酸、及びリン酸塩を含む、請求項58に記載の方法。

- 少なくとも1種の水性極性溶媒のpH調整溶液に懸濁したバイオマスの透過性を調整して、調整されたバイオマスを形成する工程と、前記調整されたバイオマスを少なくとも1種の非極性溶媒と密に接触させる工程と、分配して非極性溶媒溶液及び極性バイオマス溶液を得る工程と、バイオクルードを得る工程とを含む、バイオマスの分画方法。
