Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO, MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO ALIMENTÍCIA, PARA PREPARAR BIOMASSA DE ALGA, E ÓLEO DE ALGA, PARA PRODUZIR UM ÓLEO OU BIOMASSA MICROBIANA, E PARA INDUZIR SACIEDADE, BIOMASSA DE ALGA, PRODUTO DE RAÇÃO ANIMAL, E, HOMOGENEIZADO DE BIOMASSA DE ALGA A invenção fornece biomasa algal, óleo algal, composições alimentares compreendendo biomassa microalgal, células microalgais inteiras, e/ou óleo microalgal em combinação com um ou mais outros ingredientes comestíveis, e métodos para fabricar tais composições combinando biomassa algal ou óleo algal com outros ingredientes comestíveis. Em modalidades preferenciais, os componentes microalgais são derivados de culturas microalgais cultivadas de forma heterotróficas, nas quais as células algais compreendem pelo menos 10% de óleo algal em peso seco.
