Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para la producción fermentativa, a una escala industrial, de biomasa rica en lípidos de microalgas del género Chlorella que tiene propiedades sensoriales aceptables, caracterizado por que la disponibilidad de oxígeno disuelto en el fermentador se controla rastreando el cociente respiratorio de dichas microalgas.
