Abstract

La invención se refiere a un proceso para el enriquecimiento, con carotenoides y proteínas, de una biomasa de una microalga cultivada en condiciones heterotróficas, donde dicha microalga es del género Chlorella, que comprende cultivar dicha microalga en un medio mínimo suplementado con una fuente de nitrógeno en forma orgánica, preferiblemente elegida del grupo que consiste en extracto de levadura, destilado de macerado del maíz, y una combinación de los mismos.
