Abstract

La invención se refiere a un método para el enriquecimiento con proteínas de una microalga del género Chlorella, cultivada en condiciones heterotróficas. El método se caracteriza por que el cultivo heterotrófico comprende una etapa pretendida para ralentizar el crecimiento de la microalga, siendo el medio de fermentación deficiente en una fuente nutricional sin nitrógeno.
