Abstract

La presente invencion presenta una forma de dosificacion que se desintegra oralmente incluyendo desde alrededor de 5% hasta alrededor de 40%, en peso, de al menos una sal hidratada y un agente farmacéuticamente activo, en donde la al menos sal hidratada tiene una temperatura de deshidratacion de desde alrededor de 20 hasta alrededor de 120°C. Reivindicacion 4: La forma de dosificacion que se desintegra oralmente de conformidad con la reivindicacion 3, caracterizada porque el al menos un carbohidrato se selecciona del grupo que consiste de dextrosa, monohidrato de dextrosa, lactosa, glucosa, fructosa, isomalta, sucrosa, manosa, maltosa, maltodextrina, solidos de jarabe de maíz, hidrolisados de almidon hidrogenado, lactitol, xilitol, manitol, eritritol, y sorbitol, y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicacion 6: La forma de dosificacion que se desintegra oralmente de conformidad con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque la al menos una sal hidratada se selecciona del grupo que consiste de hidrato del sulfato de sodio, hidrato del carbonato de sodio, hidrato del cloruro de sodio, hidrato del fosfato ácido de sodio, y mezclas de los mismos. Reivindicacion 8: La forma de dosificacion que se desintegra oralmente de conformidad con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque el agente farmacéuticamente activo se selecciona del grupo que consiste de acetaminofen, ibuprofen, cetoprofen, loperamida, famotidina, cetirizina, fenilefrina, dextrometorfano, carbonato de calcio, ácido ascorbico, y difenihidramina. Reivindicacion 9: La forma de dosificacion que se desintegra oralmente de conformidad con la reivindicacion 1, caracterizada porque comprende perlas rellenas de líquido recubiertas de gel. Reivindicacion 16: La forma de dosificacion de conformidad con la reivindicacion 15,. caracterizada porque la porcion exterior comestible comprende un agente farmacéuticamente activo Reivindicacion 17: La forma de dosificacion de conformidad con la reivindicacion 15, caracterizada porque la porcion exterior comestible es un caramelo macizo. Reivindicacion 20. El proceso de conformidad con la reivindicacion 18 caracterizada porque la porcion exterior comestible es un caramelo macizo exterior preparado por un método seleccionado del grupo que consiste de rolado uniplast, formacion de cordeles, y el posterior corte y estampado, o deposicion en un molde.
