Abstract

The present invention relates to a capsule (1) comprising a body (2) that has a space in which the powder will be put, becomes smaller downwards, the upper part of which is open and is in the form of a pot; at least one foil (3) which is used to cover the lower part of the body (2) and enables the powder (T) to remain in the chamber; and enabling the powders present therein to remain without deterioration for a long time.

Description

    FIELD OF THE INVENTION
  • The present invention relates to a capsule which enables the powder or gel food and drinks to be preserved.
  • BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
  • Today foods and drinks are prepared with the procedure of heating their components in a pot. In the state of the art, the method of heating for a while by adding sugar optionally after heating the coffee and water put in a coffeepot is a method used frequently in making coffee. With the said method the requirement for stirring continuously has required the other methods to be developed. In semi-automatic coffee machines the user puts the coffee and sugar in a desired amount and the machine makes the coffee. Since no standard amount is used in the said method there is a taste difference in each coffee. In full automatic machines the machine takes the coffee and the sugar from the chamber automatically, makes the coffee and fills the cups. But after the package of the coffee is opened, its taste and flavor go away.
  • The United States patent document no US2009126577, an application known in the state of the art, discloses a coffee machine which uses drink capsules comprising powder components in order to prepare hot drinks.
  • The Turkish Patent document no TP200701781, known in the state of the art, discloses a single dose capsule which consists of a container having an end membrane and a lower covering foil and manufactured from a molded plastic.
  • SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
  • The objective of the present invention is to realize a capsule which can store what is inside for a long time without deterioration.
  • DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
  • A capsule realized to fulfill the objectives of the present invention is illustrated in the accompanying figures, in which:
  • FIG. 1 is the schematic view of the preferred embodiment of the inventive capsule.
  • FIG. 2 is the view of another embodiment of the capsule.
  • FIG. 3 is the view of another embodiment of the capsule.
  • FIG. 4 is the sectional schematic view of one embodiment of the capsule.
  • FIG. 5 is the sectional view of the embodiment of the capsule in FIG. 4 in a deformed state.

  • T. Powder
  • The inventive capsule (1) comprises:
      • at least one body (2) in the form of a pot wherein the powder or gel (T) forms of the foods and drinks to be prepared are put therein, one surface of which is open and the other surfaces are closed,
      • at least one foil (3) which covers the open surface of the body (2) and enables powder or gel forms (T) of the foods and drinks to be prepared to remain within the body (2).
  • Within the body (2) there is a space wherein the powder or gel (T) forms of the foods or drinks are put. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the lower and upper surfaces of the said space are covered with deformable foils (3) (FIG. 1).
  • Hereinafter the powder or gel forms of the prepared foods or drinks are called as powder (T).
  • The powder (T) is poured from the capsule (1) to the device (coffee machine, soup machine and the like) wherein the capsule (1) is placed as a result that the push rod (A) of the said device deforms the foil (3). The said push rod (A) enables the foil (3) to be torn by applying pressure to the body (2) from its lower or upper part.
  • At least one protrusion (21) enabling the body (2) to be kept fixed, preferably extending along the periphery of the body (2) parallel to the foil (3) and being fixed to the body (2) is present on the lateral surface of the body (2).
  • In an embodiment of the present invention the body (2) is in a frusto-conical form the diameter of which becomes smaller downwards.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention there is at least one tearer (4) which extends towards the foil (3) inside the body (2) and enables the foil (3) to be torn. The tearer (4) is preferably in the form of three plates which are placed to the lower surface of the body (2), extend towards the upper part of the body (2) in a tapering way and have an angle of 120 degrees between them.
  • In a further embodiment of the present invention, the body (2) is in a truncated quadrangular prism form, the cross sectional area of which decreases downwards.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention, there is a recess (22) present on the lower surface of the body (2) extending upwards. The recess (22) is preferably has a width wherein the push rod (A) can fit therein.
  • In a further embodiment of the present invention, the push rod (A) enables the tearers (4) to move towards the foil (3) and tear the foil (3) by applying pressure to the body (2) from its lower part.
  • In another embodiment of the present invention, the push rod (A) enters into the recess (22) and enables the capsule (1) to become deformed and the foil (3) to be torn by pushing the recess (22) towards the space.
  • Within the scope of this basic concept, it is possible to develop various embodiments of the inventive capsule (1). The invention can not be limited to the examples described herein and it is essentially according to the claims.
