Abstract

Se provee un tubo de acero sin costura para tuberías con alta resistencia y tenacidad estable, y con resistencia a fisuras por tensiones de sulfuro a baja temperaturas hasta temperatura ambiente. El tubo de acero sin costura segun la presente invencion tiene una composicion quimica que comprende, en % en masa, C:0,03-0,08%, Si: 0,05-0,5%, Mn: 1,0-3,0%, Mo: mayor de 0,4% a 1,2%, Al: 0,005-0,100%, Ca: 0.001-0,005%, resto de Fe e impurezas incluyendo N, P, S, O, y Cu, conteniendo las impurezas como máximo 0,01% de N, como máximo 0,05% de P, como máximo 0,01% de S, como máximo 0,01% de O, y como máximo 0,1% de Cu, y con una microestructura que comprende una estructura de fase dual bainitica-martensítica.
