Abstract
Método mejorado de pasos multiples para preparar un extracto de ginkgo biloba que tiene un contenido reducido de 4'-O-metil piridoxina y/o biflavonas, donde la reduccion del contenido se efectua por filtracion a través de una resina de adsorcion y/o un intercambiador de iones, y las sustancias a eliminar se retienen en la resina. Extracto de ginkgo biloba que tiene un contenido reducido de 4'-O-metil piridoxina y/o biflavonas que puede obtenerse con el método de acuerdo con la presente y su uso. Reivindicacion 1: Un método para producir un extracto de ginkgo biloba que tiene un contenido reducido de 4'-O-metil piridoxina y/o biflavonas, caracterizado porque comprende los siguientes pasos: a) extraer hojas de ginkgo biloba usando acetona con agua, un alcanol que contiene agua con entre 1 y 3 átomos de C, o metanol anhidro; b) separar el solvente orgánico concentrando el solvente hasta obtener un contenido de a lo sumo 10% en peso, donde puede agregarse agua durante los pasos de destilacion finales; c) diluir la solucion acuosa remanente con agua hasta obtener un contenido de solidos de entre 5 y 25% en peso, enfriar a una temperatura inferior a 25 degree C, y permitir el reposo hasta la formacion de un precipitado; d) tratar la solucion acuosa remanente con sulfato de amonio y luego realizar al menos una extraccion usando metil etil cetona o una mezcla de metil etil cetona y acetona; e) concentrar el extracto obtenido y diluir con una mezcla de etanol y agua para obtener una solucion que contiene 50% en peso de agua y 50% en peso de etanol, con un contenido de solidos de 10% en peso; f) tratar la solucion con un compuesto de plomo o una poliamida insoluble; g) extraer la solucion filtrada usando un solvente alifático o cicloalifático con un punto de fusion de entre 60 y 100 degree C; h) concentrar la solucion acuosa alcoholica remanente, luego realizar un tratamiento con sulfato de amonio y una extraccion con metil etil cetona y etanol; i) concentrar la fase orgánica obtenida hasta obtener un contenido de solidos de entre 50 y 70% en peso; k) disolver el concentrado en un alcanol que tiene entre 1 y 3 átomos de C, y opcionalmente filtrar; l) filtrar sobre una resina de adsorcion y/o un intercambiador de iones, donde las sustancias a eliminar se retienen en la resina; y m) secar el concentrado a presion reducida para obtener un extracto seco que tiene un contenido de agua menor que 5%
