Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una tableta de liberación controlada caracterizada porque consiste de: una mezcla de 52% -60% de extracto seco proveniente de las hojas de Ginkgo biloba en una matriz polimérica de 37%-45% de etilcelulosa, que además comprende 0.4%-1.0% de dióxido de silicio coloidal y 1.5%-2.5% estearato magnésico o ácido esteárico como excipientes. Proporciona una tableta novedosa de extracto de Ginkgo biloba en una matriz polimérica de etilcelulosa, producida mediante la comprensión del extracto seco de Ginkgo biloba junto con etilcelulosa, dióxido de silicio y estearato de magnesio o ácido esteárico; el perfil para liberación se puede optimizar y controlar a través de la variación de las proporciones de los diferentes ingredientes. También se incluye un procedimiento para obtener esta tableta.
