Abstract
Se trata de mezclas de aceites adecuadas para utilizarse en productos comestibles. Más específicamente, está dirigida a mezclas de aceite que incluyenaceite de semilla de palma, aceite de semilla de palma hidrogenada, estearina de semilla de palma yestearina de semilla de palma hidrogenada. Lascomposiciones de mezcla de aceite de la presente tienen propiedades de textura y de liberacion de sabor similares a aquellas de la mantequilla de cacao.Particularmente son utiles como sustitutos de mantequilla de cacao en productos alimenticios comestibles como productos de repostería y composicionesalternativas de chocolate. También se describen productos alimenticios comestibles, como productos de repostería y composiciones alternativas de chocolate,hechas de estas mezclas de aceite de semilla de palma.
