Un compuesto de alanina, composiciones farmacéuticas que lo contienen y proceso para su preparacion, dicha composicion farmacéutica comprende como uningrediente activo un compuesto de la formula (I): donde el anillo A es un grupo fenilo substituido o no, un grupo pirrolidonilo substituido o no, ungrupo pirrolilo substituido o no, un grupo tienilo substituido o no, un grupo isoxazolilo substituido o no, un grupo tiazolilo substituido o no, un grupopirazolilo substituido o no, un grupopirazinilo substituido o no, un grupo piridilo substituido o no; Q es una union, un grupo carbonilo, un grupoalquileno C1-6, o un grupo-O-(alquileno C1-6), n es 0, 1 o 2; Z es oxígeno o azufre; W es oxígeno, azufre, -CH=CH-, -NH- o -N=CH-; R1,R2 Y R3 son losmismos o diferentes y son hidrogeno, halogeno, hidroxilo, un grupo alquilo C1-6 substituido o no, un grupo alcoxi C1-6 sustituido o no, un grupo aminosubstituido o no etc.; R4 es tetrazolilo, un grupo carboxilo o una amida o un éster, R5 es hidrogeno, nitro amino, hidroxilo, alcanoilo C, alquilo, etc.; R6es seleccionado de (a) un grupo fenilo sustituido o no, (b) un grupo heteroarilo sustituido o no,, (c) un grupo tienilo sustituido o no, (d) ungrupo benzofuranilo sustituido o no etc., o una sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos.
