Abstract

Postupak za pripremanje derivata 8-hlorohinolona, prikazanog formulom (III): u kojoj X predstavlja atom halogena, R3 predstavlja 4- do 8-clanu, zasicenu heterociklicnu grupu, koja kao clanove prstena sadrzi jedan do dva atoma azota, pri cemu heterociklicna grupa moze jos da sadrzi, kao clan prstena, atom kiseonika ili sumpora, a moze da ima jedan ili vise supstituenata koji su izabrani iz grupe koja se sastoji od amino-grupe, mono- ili dialkilamino-grupe, sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika u svom alkil-delu, alkil-grupe, sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika, alkilen-grupe, sa 2 do 6 atoma ugljenika, koji mogu da budu vezani za atom ugljenika koji se nalazi u heterociklicnoj grupi, kako bi obrazovali spiro-prsten, atoma halogena i alkoksi-grupe sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika, prema kome hinolon-jedinjenje, formule (I) u kojoj X predstavlja atom halogena, R1 predstavlja atom vodonika, alkil-grupu, sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika ili fenilalkil-grupu koja eventualno u svom fenil-delu sadrzi nitro-grupu, atom hlora ili alkoksil-grupu, a R2 predstavlja 4- do 8-clanu, zasicenu heterociklicnu grupu, koja kao clanove prstena sadrzi jedan ili dva atoma azota, pri cemu ova heterociklicna grupa moze jos da sadrzi, kao clan prstena, atom kiseonika ili sumpora, a moze da ima jedan ili vise supstituenata koji su izabrani iz grupe koja se sastoji od amino-grupe, mono- ili dialkilamino-grupe, sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika u svom alkil-delu, dalje, kao zastitne grupe, alkilkarbonilamino-grupe, sa 2 do 7 atoma ugljenika, alkiloksikarbonil-amino-grupe, sa 2 do 7 atoma ugljenika, halogenalkilkarbonil-grupe, sa 2 do 7 atoma ugljenika, alkiloksikarbonil-amino-grupe, sa 2 do 7 atoma ugljenika, fenilalkiloksikarbonilamino-grupe, koja u svome fenil-delu moze da sadrzi nitro-grupu ili atom hlora, alkil-grupe, sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika, alkilen-grupe, sa 2 do 6 atoma ugljenika, koji vezani za atom ugljenika koji se nalazi u heterociklicnoj grupi, obrazuju spiro-prsten, atoma halogena i alkoksi-grupe sa 1 do 6 atoma ugljenika, reaguje sa sredstvom za hlorovanje, a u slucaju kada je potrebno vrsi se hidroliza estarske grupe, a u datom slucaju uklanjajne zastitne grupe. - Prijava sadrzi jos 14 zavisnih zahteva.
