Abstract

高い防食性と耐熱性を有するとともに、均一性の高い被覆膜を簡便に形成することができる架橋性高分子組成物および架橋高分子材料と、上記架橋性高分子組成物および架橋高分子材料が適用された金属部材ならびにワイヤーハーネスを提供する。 架橋性高分子組成物は、熱によって金属イオンが遊離するA成分と、前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子で構成されるB成分と、炭素数4以上30以下の炭化水素基を有する酸性リン酸エステルの1種または2種以上で構成されるC成分と、を含む。前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンの価数を+y、含有量をmモルとし、前記B成分中に含まれる前記置換基の価数を-z、含有量をnモルとし、前記C成分を構成する前記酸性リン酸エステルの価数を-x、含有量をlモルとして、g=(m・y-l・x)/(n・z)において、g≧0.1である。

Description

架橋性高分子組成物、架橋高分子材料、金属部材ならびにワイヤーハーネス
 本開示は、架橋性高分子組成物、架橋高分子材料、金属部材ならびにワイヤーハーネスに関する。
 金属機器や金属部品において、防食を目的として、グリースが用いられる場合がある。例えば特許文献1には、パーフルオロエーテル基油、増稠剤、硫酸バリウムまたは酸化アンチモンを含有してなるグリースを機械部品に用いることが記載されている。
 金属機器や金属部品に対して防食性を付与する方法として、各種硬化性材料で表面を保護する方法もある。硬化性材料としては、光硬化性材料、湿気硬化性材料、嫌気硬化性材料、カチオン硬化性材料、アニオン硬化性材料、熱硬化性材料など、種々の硬化形態のものが知られている。例えば、特許文献2に、熱硬化性材料として、エポキシ硬化材料を用いることが記載されている。

 金属表面の防食にグリースを用いる場合、耐熱性と被覆膜形成の簡便性を両立することが難しい。グリースは基油に増稠剤が分散されたものであり、加熱すると粘度が大きく低下する。よって、金属表面にグリースを塗布する場合に、加熱することで塗布しやすくなる一方、塗布膜に熱が加わるとグリースの流出が起こってしまうため、グリースの塗布膜は耐熱性が低いものとなりやすい。増稠剤の選択によって、高温条件下でもグリースを流出しにくくすることはできるが、その場合に、金属表面に塗布するのに必要な加熱温度も高くなり、均一な被覆膜の形成が困難となる。
 一方、各種硬化性材料を用いて金属表面を保護する場合には、被覆膜の形成の簡便性と、被覆膜の均一性を両立することが難しい。湿気硬化性材料、カチオン硬化性材料、アニオン硬化性材料、熱硬化性材料は、通常、硬化に長い時間がかかり、被覆膜を簡便に形成できるとは言えない。嫌気硬化性材料は、硬化の際に酸素を遮断することが必要であり、この場合にも、被覆膜を簡便に形成できるとは言えない。光硬化性材料は、硬化速度は比較的速いが、光が当たりにくい箇所の硬化が進みにくく、均一性の高い被覆膜を形成するのが難しい。
 本開示の解決しようとする課題は、高い防食性と耐熱性を有するとともに、均一性の高い被覆膜を簡便に形成することができる架橋性高分子組成物および架橋高分子材料と、上記架橋性高分子組成物および架橋高分子材料が適用された金属部材ならびにワイヤーハーネスを提供することにある。
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、以下の構成を有している。
 熱によって金属イオンが遊離するA成分と、
 前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子で構成されるB成分と、
 下記の一般式(C1)および一般式(C2)で表される酸性リン酸エステルの1種または2種以上で構成されるC成分と、
を含み、
 前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンの価数を+y、該金属イオンの含有量をmモルとし、前記B成分中に含まれる前記置換基の価数を-z、該置換基の含有量をnモルとし、前記C成分を構成する前記酸性リン酸エステルの価数を-x、該酸性リン酸エステルの含有量をlモルとして、

 そして、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料は、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体であり、前記B成分が前記A成分から遊離した前記金属イオンを介して架橋されている。
 そして、本開示にかかる金属部材は、金属基材と、前記金属基材の表面を被覆する被覆材と、を有し、前記被覆材が、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料で構成されるものである。
 そして、本開示にかかるワイヤーハーネスは、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料を含むものである。
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物によれば、高い防食性と耐熱性を有するとともに、均一性の高い被覆膜を簡便に形成することができる。

[本開示の実施形態の説明]
 最初に本開示の実施態様を列記して説明する。
 (1)本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、以下の構成を有している。
 熱によって金属イオンが遊離するA成分と、
 前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子で構成されるB成分と、
 下記の一般式(C1)および一般式(C2)で表される酸性リン酸エステルの1種または2種以上で構成されるC成分と、
を含み、
 前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンの価数を+y、該金属イオンの含有量をmモルとし、前記B成分中に含まれる前記置換基の価数を-z、該置換基の含有量をnモルとし、前記C成分を構成する前記酸性リン酸エステルの価数を-x、該酸性リン酸エステルの含有量をlモルとして、

 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、加熱により、前記A成分から遊離した金属イオンを介して前記B成分が架橋される。そのため、加熱を経て、高い耐熱性を有する被覆膜を形成することができる。また、前記C成分が前記A成分から遊離した金属イオンとリン酸エステル塩を形成して、金属吸着成分となることにより、架橋性高分子組成物が高い防食性を発揮する。一方、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、加熱を行わない状態では、流動性の高い状態にあるため、金属表面等に均一性高く塗布することができる。その後、加熱を行うのみで、上記のように防食性と耐熱性に優れた被覆膜となるため、均一性の高い被覆膜を簡便に形成できるものとなっている。さらに、g≧0.1となっていることで、B成分の架橋を進行させるのに十分な量の金属イオンが、A成分から遊離されるため、架橋による硬化を短時間で進め、防食性能と耐熱性の両方に優れた被覆膜を形成することができる。
 (2)前記A成分は、50℃以上200℃以下に分解点または相転移点を有するとよい。前記架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や前記架橋性高分子組成物の使用前には、前記A成分からの金属イオンの遊離が抑えられやすく、前記架橋性高分子組成物の硬化が抑えられるため、常温等の低い温度での塗布性に優れるとともに、常温等の低い温度での前記架橋性高分子組成物の保存中の品質変化が抑えられるといった保存安定性に優れるからである。また、適度な温度で前記A成分が分解または相転移することによって前記A成分から金属イオンが遊離しやすく、前記架橋性高分子組成物の使用時には、硬化速度に優れるからである。
 (3)前記A成分は、金属錯体であるとよい。配位子による金属イオンの安定化の効果に優れ、前記架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や前記架橋性高分子組成物の使用前において、前記A成分からの金属イオンの遊離が抑えられるとともに、前記架橋性高分子組成物の使用時には、熱によって前記A成分から金属イオンが遊離しやすいからである。
 (4)前記A成分は、多座配位子または架橋配位子を含む金属錯体であるとよい。多座配位子または架橋配位子による配位は、単座配位子による非架橋型の配位よりも配位子による金属イオンの安定化の効果に優れるため、前記架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や前記架橋性高分子組成物の使用前において、前記A成分からの金属イオンの遊離がより抑えられるからである。
 (5)前記A成分は、β-ジケトナト配位子またはアルコキシド配位子を含む金属錯体であるとよい。β-ジケトナト配位子およびアルコキシド配位子は、金属イオンに対して安定に配位する。また、β-ジケトナト配位子およびアルコキシド配位子は、多座配位または架橋配位を形成しやすく、この場合に、単座配位子による非架橋型の配位よりも配位子による金属イオンの安定化の効果に優れ、前記架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や前記架橋性高分子組成物の使用前において、前記A成分からの金属イオンの遊離がより抑えられるからである。
 (6)前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンの金属は、アルカリ土類金属、亜鉛、チタン、アルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1種であるとよい。それらの金属のイオンは2価以上の価数となり、前記架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体で構成される架橋高分子材料の安定性に優れるからである。また、C成分とリン酸エステル塩を形成した際に、金属表面に対して高い吸着性を示すものとなるからである。
 (7)前記B成分の前記置換基は、電子求引性基であるとよい。前記A成分から遊離する金属イオンとイオン結合を形成しやすいからである。
 (8)前記B成分の前記置換基は、カルボン酸基、酸無水物基、リン酸基、スルホン酸基のうちの少なくとも1種であるよい。前記A成分から遊離する金属イオンとイオン結合を形成しやすいからである。
 (9)前記B成分は、150℃以下において液状であるとよい。比較的低温にて前記架橋性高分子組成物を金属表面などに塗布することができるからである。
 (10)前記B成分100質量部に対し、前記A成分が1質量部以上30質量部以下含まれるとよい。前記架橋性高分子組成物の架橋性に優れるとともに、前記A成分の分離や沈殿等、多量のA成分が含有されることの影響を避けやすいからである。
 (11)前記B成分100質量部に対し、前記C成分が1質量部以上30質量部以下含まれるとよい。前記架橋性高分子組成物が、高い防食性を発揮するとともに、前記C成分の分離や沈殿等、多量のC成分が含有されることの影響を避けやすいからである。
 (12)そして、本開示の架橋高分子材料は、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体であり、前記B成分が前記A成分から遊離した前記金属イオンを介して架橋されている。このため、架橋高分子材料が、高い防食性と耐熱性を有するとともに、均一性の高い被覆膜として、簡便に形成される。
 (13)そして、本開示の金属部材は、金属基材と、前記金属基材の表面を被覆する被覆材と、を有し、前記被覆材が、本開示の架橋高分子材料で構成される。このため、金属部材が防食性に優れたものとなり、加熱を受けても、その高い防食性を有する状態が維持される。
 (14)そして、本開示のワイヤーハーネスは、本開示の架橋高分子材料を含む。このため、ワイヤーハーネスが防食性に優れたものとなり、加熱を受けても、その高い防食性を有する状態が維持される。
[本開示の実施形態の詳細]
 本開示の架橋性高分子組成物、架橋高分子材料、金属部材ならびにワイヤーハーネスの具体例を、以下に図面を参照しつつ説明する。なお、本開示はこれらの例示に限定されるものではない。
[1]架橋性高分子組成物および架橋高分子材料
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、熱によって金属イオンが遊離するA成分と、前記A成分から遊離する金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子で構成されるB成分と、所定の構造を有する酸性リン酸エステルで構成されるC成分と、を含む。本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、加熱を経て、A成分から遊離した金属イオンを介して、B成分が架橋されることで、硬化を起こし、本開示の実施形態にかかる架橋高分子材料を構成する。C成分は、A成分から遊離した金属イオンとリン酸エステル塩を形成し、金属吸着成分として機能する。
(1)A成分
 A成分は、熱によって金属イオンが遊離する成分である。熱によってとは、加熱することを想定したものであり、常温よりも高い温度を想定している。金属イオンが遊離するとは、A成分が分解あるいは相転移することでA成分から金属イオンが遊離することをいう。A成分から遊離した金属イオンは、B成分の架橋、およびC成分との金属塩の形成を起こす。
 A成分は、50℃以上200℃以下に分解点または相転移点を有することが好ましい。架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や架橋性高分子組成物の使用前(加熱前)には、A成分からの金属イオンの遊離が抑えられやすく、架橋性高分子組成物の硬化が抑えられることにより、常温等の低い温度で架橋性高分子組成物を塗布しやすいとともに、常温等の低い温度での架橋性高分子組成物の保存中の品質変化が抑えられるといった保存安定性に優れるからである。また、適度な温度でA成分が分解または相転移することによってA成分から金属イオンが遊離しやすく、架橋性高分子組成物の使用時には、硬化速度に優れるからである。A成分は、上記観点から、より好ましくは60℃以上、さらに好ましくは70℃以上に分解点または相転移点を有するとよい。また、A成分は、上記観点から、より好ましくは150℃以下、さらに好ましくは120℃以下に分解点または相転移点を有するとよい。A成分の分解点または相転移点は、示差走査熱量測定(Differential scanning calorimetry:DSC)(測定温度範囲:25℃~200℃、大気中測定)によるベースライン変化開始温度で表される。なお、上記相転移点は、融点を含まないものであり、上記相転移は、融解を含まないものである。
 A成分から遊離する金属イオンの金属としては、アルカリ土類金属、亜鉛、チタン、アルミニウム、鉄、ニッケル、銅、ジルコニウムなどが挙げられる。上記金属イオンの金属は、これらの金属のうちの少なくとも1種であるとよい。上記金属イオンの金属は、これらの金属のうちの1種のみで構成されていてもよいし、2種以上で構成されていてもよい。上記金属イオンの金属としては、好ましくは、アルカリ土類金属、亜鉛、チタン、アルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1種である。これらの金属の金属イオンは2価以上の価数となり、有機高分子を架橋しやすく、架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体で構成される架橋高分子材料の安定性に優れるからである。そして、上記好ましい金属種のうちでも亜鉛が特に好ましい。架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体で構成される架橋高分子材料の安定性に特に優れるからである。また、上に好ましいものとして挙げたアルカリ土類金属、亜鉛、チタン、アルミニウムは、2価以上の金属であるうえ、イオン化傾向が比較的高いため、C成分との間に、金属表面に対して高い吸着性を示すリン酸エステル塩を形成することができる。
 A成分としては、金属錯体などが挙げられる。金属錯体は、中心となる金属イオンに非共有電子対を持つ配位子が配位結合するもので構成される。A成分は、金属錯体であることが好ましい。配位子による金属イオンの安定化の効果に優れ、架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や架橋性高分子組成物の使用前において、A成分からの金属イオンの遊離が抑えられるとともに、架橋性高分子組成物の使用時には、熱によってA成分から金属イオンが遊離しやすいからである。
 金属錯体の配位子は、孤立電子対を持つ基を有しており、この基が金属イオンと配位結合することで金属錯体が形成される。配位子としては、配位部位が1か所である単座配位子、配位部位が2か所以上である多座配位子が挙げられる。多座配位子によって生成する金属錯体は、キレート効果により、単座配位子によって生成する金属錯体よりも安定性に優れる。また、配位子としては、1つの配位子が1つの金属イオンに配位する非架橋配位子、1つの配位子が2つ以上の金属イオンに配位する架橋配位子がある。架橋配位子は、単座配位子で構成される場合もあり、多座配位子で構成される場合もある。
 A成分は、多座配位子または架橋配位子を含む金属錯体であることが好ましい。多座配位子または架橋配位子による配位は、単座配位子による非架橋型の配位よりも配位子による金属イオンの安定化の効果に優れるため、架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や架橋性高分子組成物の使用前において、A成分からの金属イオンの遊離がより抑えられるからである。
 金属錯体の配位子としては、β-ジケトナト配位子(1,3-ジケトナト配位子)、アルコキシド配位子などが挙げられる。β-ジケトナト配位子は、下記の一般式(1)で表される。アルコキシド配位子は、下記の一般式(2)で表される。β-ジケトナト配位子としては、アセチルアセトナト配位子(acac)、2,2,6,6-テトラメチル-3,5-ヘプタンジオナト配位子(dpm)、3-メチル-2,4-ペンタジオナト配位子、3-エチル-2,4-ペンタジオナト配位子、3,5-ヘプタンジオナト配位子、2,6-ジメチル-3,5-ヘプタンジオナト配位子、1,3-ジフェニル-1,3-プロパンジオナト配位子などが挙げられる。アルコキシド配位子としては、メトキシド配位子、エトキシド配位子、イソプロポキシド配位子、n-プロポキシド配位子、n-ブトキシド配位子などが挙げられる。

 式(1)において、R,R,Rは、炭化水素基を表す。R,R,Rは、互いに同じ構造の炭化水素基であってもよいし、互いに異なる構造の炭化水素基であってもよい。R,R,Rは、脂肪族炭化水素基であってもよいし、芳香環を含む炭化水素基であってもよい。R,R,Rは、炭素数1以上10以下の炭化水素基であるとよい。Rは水素であってもよい。R,R,Rのうち少なくとも2つが、環構造によって相互に連結されている場合も含む。

 式(2)において、Rは、炭化水素基を表す。Rは、脂肪族炭化水素基であってもよいし、芳香環を含む炭化水素基であってもよい。Rは、炭素数1以上10以下の炭化水素基であるとよい。
 A成分は、β-ジケトナト配位子またはアルコキシド配位子を含む金属錯体であるとよい。β-ジケトナト配位子およびアルコキシド配位子は、金属イオンに対して安定に配位する。また、β-ジケトナト配位子およびアルコキシド配位子は、多座配位または架橋配位を形成しやすく、この場合に、単座配位子による非架橋型の配位よりも配位子による金属イオンの安定化の効果に優れ、架橋性高分子組成物の調製時や架橋性高分子組成物の使用前において、A成分からの金属イオンの遊離がより抑えられるからである。
(2)B成分
 B成分は、A成分から遊離する金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子で構成される成分である。金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基としては、カルボン酸基、酸無水物基、リン酸基、スルホン酸基などが挙げられる。上記置換基には、水酸基は含まれない。上記置換基は、例示する置換基のうちの1種のみであってもよいし、2種以上であってもよい。上記置換基は、例示する置換基のうちの少なくとも1種であるとよい。A成分から遊離する金属イオンとイオン結合を形成しやすいからである。また、上記置換基は、電子求引性基であるとよい。A成分から遊離する金属イオンとイオン結合を形成しやすいからである。
 B成分における上記置換基の含有量は、特に限定されるものではないが、架橋による物性確保などの観点から、0.01質量%以上10質量%以下であることが好ましい。より好ましくは0.1質量%以上5質量%以下、さらに好ましくは0.2質量%以上3質量%以下である。B成分における上記置換基の含有量は、赤外分光スペクトルの置換基特有ピークの大きさを、含有量既知材料のスペクトルピークの大きさと比較することにより求めることができる。
 B成分の有機高分子は、樹脂、ゴム、エラストマーなどの有機重合体である。B成分は、常温において液状であってもよいし、常温において固形状であってもよいが、150℃以下において液状であることが好ましい。比較的低温にて架橋性高分子組成物を金属表面などに塗布することができるからである。さらに、B成分は、常温において液状であるとよい。常温で架橋性高分子組成物を金属表面などに塗布することができるからである。また、架橋性高分子組成物の調製が容易となるからである。なお、単独のB成分のみならず、架橋性高分子組成物全体としても、150℃以下、さらには常温にて液状であることが好ましい。また、B成分は、分子量1000以上であることが好ましい。常温において液状であっても、架橋によって容易に硬化するからである。一方で、常温において液状となりやすいなどの観点から、B成分は、分子量100000以下であることが好ましい。より好ましくは分子量50000以下である。B成分の分子量は、ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー(GPC)分析による数平均分子量(Mn)で表される。
 B成分の有機高分子としては、ポリオレフィン、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレン、ポリアクリレート、ポリメタクリレート、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、オルガノポリシロキサン(シリコーン)などが挙げられる。B成分の置換基は、有機高分子の主鎖に導入されたものであってもよいし、側鎖に導入されたものであってもよい。B成分の有機高分子としては、常温における流動性の確保などの観点から、ポリブタジエン、ポリイソプレンが特に好ましい。本明細書において、有機高分子には、オリゴマー等、比較的重合度の低い重合体も含むものとする。
(3)C成分
 C成分は、下記の一般式(C1)および一般式(C2)で表される酸性リン酸エステルの1種または2種以上で構成される。

ここで、Rは炭素数4以上30以下の炭化水素基である。
 C成分は、加熱を経てA成分から遊離した金属イオンと、金属塩を形成する。この金属塩は、金属表面等に吸着する金属吸着成分となる。金属吸着成分は、金属表面を腐食から保護する防食性能を発揮するものとなる。
 上記式(C1)および式(C2)で表現される酸性リン酸エステルを構成する炭化水素基Rとして、炭素数4以上30以下の炭化水素基を用いることで、C成分がB成分に対して高い相溶性を示すため、C成分が架橋性高分子組成物中で凝集を起こしにくく、高い分散性を示す。C成分は、A成分から熱により遊離した金属イオンと塩を形成した後でも、イオン架橋により硬化したB成分の中に分散され、金属吸着性を維持する。炭化水素基の炭素数としては、分散性を高める観点から、より好ましくは5以上、さらに好ましくは6以上である。また、より好ましくは26以下、さらに好ましくは22以下である。炭化水素基Rとしては、アルキル基、シクロアルキル基、アルキル置換シクロアルキル基、アルケニル基、アリール基、アルキル置換アリール基、アリールアルキル基などが挙げられる。
 アルキル基としては、ブチル基、ペンチル基、ヘキシル基、へプチル基、オクチル基、ノニル基、デシル基、ウンデシル基、ドデシル基、トリデシル基、テトラデシル基、ペンタデシル基、ヘキサデシル基、ヘプタデシル基、オクタデシル基などが挙げられる。これらのアルキル基は、直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
 シクロアルキル基としては、シクロペンチル基、シクロヘキシル基、シクロへプチル基などが挙げられる。アルキル置換シクロアルキル基としては、メチルシクロペンチル基、ジメチルシクロペンチル基、メチルエチルシクロペンチル基、ジエチルシクロペンチル基、メチルシクロヘキシル基、ジメチルシクロヘキシル基、メチルエチルシクロヘキシル基、ジエチルシクロヘキシル基、メチルシクロへプチル基、ジメチルシクロへプチル基、メチルエチルシクロへプチル基、ジエチルシクロへプチル基などが挙げられる。アルキル置換シクロアルキル基の置換位置は、特に限定されない。アルキル基は直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
 アルケニル基としては、ブテニル基、ペンテニル基、ヘキセニル基、へプテニル基、オクテニル基、ノネニル基、デセニル基、ウンデセニル基、ドデセニル基、トリデセニル基、テトラデセニル基、ペンタデセニル基、ヘキサデセニル基、ヘプタデセニル基、オクタデセニル基などが挙げられる。これらのアルケニル基は、直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
 アリール基としては、フェニル基、ナフチル基などが挙げられる。アルキル置換アリール基としては、トリル基、キシリル基、エチルフェニル基、プロピルフェニル基、ブチルフェニル基、ペンチルフェニル基、ヘキシルフェニル基、へプチルフェニル基、オクチルフェニル基、ノニルフェニル基、デシルフェニル基、ウンデシルフェニル基、ドデシルフェニル基などが挙げられる。アルキル置換アリール基の置換位置は、特に限定されない。アルキル基は直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。アリールアルキル基としては、ベンジル基、フェニルエチル基、フェニルプロピル基、フェニルブチル基、フェニルペンチル基、フェニルヘキシル基などが挙げられる。アルキル基は直鎖状であっても分岐鎖状であってもよい。
 B成分への分散性を特に高める観点から、炭化水素基は、脂肪族炭化水素基、脂環族炭化水素基であることが好ましい。より好ましくは脂肪族炭化水素基である。脂肪族炭化水素基としては、飽和炭化水素からなるアルキル基、不飽和炭化水素からなるアルケニル基が挙げられる。脂肪族炭化水素基であるアルキル基やアルケニル基は、直鎖状、分岐鎖状のいずれの構造のものであってもよい。ただし、アルキル基がn-ブチル基、n-オクチル基などの直鎖状のアルキル基であると、アルキル基同士が配向しやすく、B成分への分散性が低下する傾向がある。この観点から、炭化水素基がアルキル基である場合には、直鎖状のアルキル基よりも分岐鎖状のアルキル基が好ましい。一方、アルケニル基は、1以上の炭素-炭素二重結合構造を有することで、直鎖状であっても配向性がそれほど高くない。このため、アルケニル基は、直鎖状であってもよいし、分岐鎖状であってもよい。
 具体的な酸性リン酸エステルとしては、ブチルオクチルアシッドホスフェイト、イソミリスチルアシッドホスフェイト、イソセチルアシッドホスフェイト、ヘキシルデシルアシッドホスフェイト、イソステアリルアシッドホスフェイト、イソベヘニルアシッドホスフェイト、オクチルデシルアシッドホスフェイト、オクチルドデシルアシッドホスフェイト、イソブチルアシッドホスフェイト、2-エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェイト、イソデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ラウリルアシッドホスフェイト、トリデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ステアリルアシッドホスフェイト、オレイルアシッドホスフェイト、ミリスチルアシッドホスフェイト、パルミチルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-ブチルオクチルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-イソミリスチルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-イソセチルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-ヘキシルデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-イソステアリルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-イソベヘニルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-オクチルデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-オクチルドデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-イソブチルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-2-エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-イソデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-トリデシルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-オレイルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-ミリスチルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-パルミチルアシッドホスフェイトなどが挙げられる。これらの化合物のうちでは、金属塩とした時の防食性能の高さやB成分への分散性等の観点から、ステアリルアシッドホスフェイト、オレイルアシッドホスフェイト、ジ-2-エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェイトが好ましい。
 本開示の架橋性高分子組成物は、材料の機能を妨げない範囲においては、上記A~C成分に加え、希釈剤、分散剤、着色剤などの添加剤を適宜含んでいてもよい。ただし、架橋性高分子組成物は、グリース成分、および光硬化性材料、湿気硬化性材料、嫌気硬化性材料、カチオン硬化性材料、アニオン硬化性材料、熱硬化性材料等、各種硬化性材料を含まないことが好ましい。また、本開示の架橋性高分子組成物において、B成分が150℃以下あるいは常温で液状である場合には、150℃以下あるいは常温で固体である高分子成分は、含有されない方が好ましい。さらに好ましくは、架橋性高分子組成物は、高分子成分としてB成分のみを含むものであるとよい。さらに、架橋性高分子組成物に含まれない方がよい成分として、以下の(a)~(f)群の化合物を挙げることができる。つまり、(a)シランカップリング剤、(b)エポキシ化合物、(c)イソシアネート、イソチオシアネート化合物、(d)光ラジカル発生剤、熱ラジカル発生剤、(e)塩素化合物、臭素化合物、(f)揮発性有機溶媒を挙げることができる。(a)~(d)群の化合物が架橋性高分子組成物に含まれると、加熱時に、A成分から遊離した金属イオンを介した架橋反応とは別の反応によるB成分の架橋や、B成分の主鎖の開裂等、意図しない化学反応が生じる可能性がある。すると、架橋性高分子組成物の耐熱性や再成形性が十分に発揮されなくなる可能性がある。また、(e)群の化合物が架橋性高分子組成物に含まれると、加熱によって、着色や腐食性ガスの発生が起こる可能性がある。(f)群の化合物が架橋性高分子組成物に含まれると、組成物を成形する際に、引火や気泡の発生が起こる可能性がある。
 架橋性高分子組成物は、A成分,B成分,C成分を混合し、A成分およびC成分をB成分中で分散させることにより、容易に調製することができる。架橋性高分子組成物の調製に際し、混合を常温で行うことが好ましいが、必要に応じて加熱をしてもよい。
(4)各成分の含有量
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物においては、A~C成分のそれぞれの含有量が、各成分の価数との関係で、規定されている。具体的には、各成分の価数と含有量が、以下の式(3)を満たす。

 ここで、A成分から遊離する金属イオンの価数を+y、その金属イオンの含有量をmモルとしている。また、B成分中に含まれるイオン結合可能な置換基の価数を-z、その置換基の含有量をnモルとしている。さらに、C成分を構成する酸性リン酸エステルの価数を-x、酸性リン酸エステルの含有量をlモルとしている。金属イオン、置換基、酸性リン酸エステルとして、それぞれ価数の異なる2種以上の要素が混在している場合には、式(3)において、m・y、l・x、n・zの各項は、各種類の要素に対して算出される値の和となる。酸性リン酸エステルの場合は、式(C1)で表されるx=2の場合と、式(C2)で表されるx=1の場合のそれぞれについてl・xを計算し、それらを合計したものが、酸性リン酸エステル全体としてのl・x値となる。また、mモル、nモル、lモルとの上記各要素の含有量は、架橋性高分子組成物全体における各要素の含有量を指す。
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物においては、熱によってA成分から遊離した金属イオンは、B成分の置換基とイオン結合を形成することによるB成分の金属イオン架橋と、C成分とのリン酸エステル塩の形成の両方に消費される。よって、B成分の架橋を十分に進行させるためには、A成分から遊離した金属イオンが、C成分とのリン酸エステル塩の形成に消費されてもなお、残存している必要がある。上記式(3)のg値は、A成分から遊離し、C成分とのリン酸エステル塩の形成に消費されずに残存する金属イオンの量を、B成分の置換基の存在量に対する比率として表したものであり、その値が大きいほど、B成分の架橋に寄与できる金属イオンの量が多いことを示す。
 g≦0ならば、B成分の架橋に寄与できる金属イオンは残存していないことを示し、g>0ならば、B成分の架橋に寄与できる金属イオンが残存していることを示す。g≧0.1とは、C成分とのリン酸エステル塩の形成に消費されずに残る金属イオンの量が、当量数で、B成分の置換基の量の10%以上に相当することを示している。g=1であれば、B成分の置換基と等しい当量数で金属イオンが残ることになるが、B成分中の一部の置換基においてイオン架橋が起こるだけでも、架橋性高分子組成物が高粘度化し、硬化物となりうるので、十分にイオン架橋を進行させるために、B成分の置換基と同じ当量数の金属イオンまでは必要でない。g≧0.1としておけば、十分にB成分の架橋を進行させ、架橋性高分子組成物を硬化させることができる。硬化性を高める観点から、g≧0.2、さらにはg≧0.5、g≧1.0であると、さらに好ましい。一方、A成分を多量に含有することで、硬化前の組成物中でA成分の分離や沈殿が生じる事態、また硬化後の架橋体において、脆化等、架橋体の物性の低下、およびそれらに起因する防食性能への影響が生じる事態を回避する観点から、g≦2.0、さらにはg≦1.5であることが好ましい。
 また、架橋性高分子組成物において、B成分100質量部に対し、A成分が1質量部以上30質量部以下含まれるとよい。A成分が1質量部以上含有されることで、B成分に対する架橋性が十分に得られ、さらにC成分と金属イオンから形成される金属吸着成分による金属吸着性も十分に得られやすいため、金属表面に対して高い保護効果が発揮される。また、A成分の含有量が30質量部以下に抑えられることで、架橋性高分子組成物の架橋前の状態において、A成分の分離や沈殿を避けやすく、また架橋後の状態においても、A成分の凝集や、脆化等、架橋体の物性の低下、およびそれらの現象に起因する防食性能の低下が起こりにくい。これらの観点から、A成分の含有量の下限は、より好ましくは2質量部以上、さらに好ましくは5質量部以上、10質量部以上である。そして、A成分の含有量の上限は、より好ましくは20質量部以下、さらに好ましくは15質量部以下である。
 さらに、架橋性高分子組成物において、B成分100質量部に対し、C成分が1質量部以上30質量部以下含まれるとよい。C成分が1質量部以上含有されることで、A成分から遊離した金属イオンとC成分とから形成される金属吸着成分が高い金属吸着性を示すため、金属表面に対して高い保護効果が発揮される。また、C成分の含有量が30質量部以下に抑えられることで、架橋性高分子組成物の架橋前の状態において、C成分の分離や沈殿を避けやすく、また架橋後の状態においても、C成分の凝集や、脆化等、架橋体の物性の低下、およびそれらの現象に起因する防食性能の低下が起こりにくい。これらの観点から、C成分の含有量の下限は、より好ましくは2質量部以上、さらに好ましくは5質量部以上である。そして、C成分の含有量の上限は、より好ましくは20質量部以下、さらに好ましくは15質量部以下、10質量部以下である。
(5)架橋性高分子組成物の特性
 以上の構成を有する本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物によれば、熱によってA成分から金属イオンが遊離し、遊離した金属イオンがB成分の置換基とイオン結合し、イオン結合を介してB成分の有機高分子が架橋する。同時に、A成分から遊離した金属イオンが、C成分とともにリン酸エステルの金属塩を形成する。よって、加熱を経て、B成分の架橋体の中に、リン酸エステル塩が分散した状態となる。
 イオン結合の形成速度は共有結合の形成速度よりも速く、このため、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、硬化速度に優れる。また、A成分は熱によって金属イオンが遊離するものであり、金属イオンが遊離する温度まではA成分から金属イオンが遊離せず、イオン結合によるB成分の有機高分子の架橋は進行しない。したがって、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、保存安定性にも優れるうえ、架橋前の流動性の高い状態で、金属表面等、対象物に塗布してから加熱を行うことで、均一性の高い被覆膜を簡便に形成することができる。さらに、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、イオン結合を介してB成分の有機高分子が架橋するものであり、結合力はファンデルワールス力よりも強く、強靭な架橋体を形成する。また本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、イオン結合を介してB成分の有機高分子が架橋するものであるから、耐熱性に優れ、耐薬品性にも優れる。
 A成分から遊離した金属イオンとC成分とから形成されたリン酸エステル塩は、B成分の架橋体の中で、均一性高く分散され、金属吸着性を示す。その金属吸着性により、金属表面に対して高い防食性が発揮される。なお、C成分は、金属イオンとイオン結合してリン酸エステル塩を形成していない、酸性リン酸エステルのままの状態でも、ある程度の金属吸着性は示すが、金属イオンとともにリン酸エステル塩を形成した状態の方が、イオン結合を介して金属表面に吸着しやすくなり、高い防食性能を示す。
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物においては、A~C成分の含有量の比率が、g≧0.1となるように規定されていることにより、熱によってA成分から遊離した金属イオンが、B成分の金属イオン架橋と、C成分とのリン酸エステル塩の形成の両方に寄与することができる。その結果、B成分の架橋による耐熱性の向上と、リン酸エステル塩の形成による防食性の向上の両方が達成される。
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、熱によって容易に架橋・硬化する。本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料は、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体で構成されたものである。架橋体においては、架橋性高分子組成物中のB成分が、A成分から遊離した前記金属イオンを介して架橋された状態にある。
 本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、防食性を有する保護材料、接着材料、硬化成形材料等として好適に用いることができる。例えば、表面保護対象の金属基材の表面に密着させて、金属基材を覆って金属腐食を防止する防食用として用いることができる。また、防食用途として、例えば端子付き被覆電線の防食剤などとして用いることができる。
[2]金属部材
 次に、本開示にかかる金属部材について説明する。図1には、一実施形態にかかる金属部材の断面図を示している。
 金属部材10は、金属基材12と、金属基材12の表面を被覆する被覆材14と、を有し、被覆材14が、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料、つまり本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体(硬化物)で構成される。本開示にかかる金属部材10は、被覆材14が本開示の架橋高分子材料で構成されるため、防食効果に優れる。
[3]ワイヤーハーネス
 次に、本開示にかかるワイヤーハーネスについて説明する。本開示にかかるワイヤーハーネスは、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料を含むものである。具体的には、例えば、ワイヤーハーネスにおける端子付き被覆電線の端子金具と電線導体の電気接続部を覆う防食剤などに、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料を用いる形態が挙げられる。
 ここで、本開示にかかるワイヤーハーネスを構成する端子付き被覆電線について説明する。端子付き被覆電線は、絶縁電線の導体端末に端子金具が接続されたものにおいて、本開示にかかる架橋高分子材料(本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の硬化物)により端子金具と電線導体の電気接続部が覆われたものからなる。この構造により、電気接続部での腐食が防止される。
 図2は、本開示の一実施形態にかかる端子付き被覆電線の斜視図であり、図3は図2におけるA-A線縦断面図である。図2、図3に示すように、端子付き被覆電線1は、電線導体3が絶縁被覆(絶縁体)4により被覆された被覆電線2の電線導体3と端子金具5が、電気接続部6により電気的に接続されている。
 端子金具5は、相手側端子と接続される細長い平板からなるタブ状の接続部51と、接続部51の端部に延設形成されているワイヤバレル52とインシュレーションバレル53からなる電線固定部54を有する。端子金具5は、金属製の板材をプレス加工することにより所定の形状に成形(加工)することができる。
 電気接続部6では、被覆電線2の端末の絶縁被覆4を皮剥ぎして、電線導体3を露出させ、この露出させた電線導体3が端子金具5の片面側に圧着されて、被覆電線2と端子金具5が接続される。端子金具5のワイヤバレル52を被覆電線2の電線導体3の上から加締め、電線導体3と端子金具5が電気的に接続される。また、端子金具5のインシュレーションバレル53を、被覆電線2の絶縁被覆4の上から加締める。
 端子付き被覆電線1において、一点鎖線で示した範囲が、本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の硬化物7により覆われる。具体的には、電線導体3の絶縁被覆4から露出する部分のうち先端より先の端子金具5の表面から、電線導体3の絶縁被覆4から露出する部分のうち後端より後の絶縁被覆4の表面までの範囲が、硬化物7により覆われる。つまり、被覆電線2の先端2a側は、電線導体3の先端から端子金具5の接続部51側に少しはみ出すように硬化物7で覆われる。端子金具5の端縁5a側は、インシュレーションバレル53の端部から被覆電線2の絶縁被覆4側に少しはみ出すように硬化物7で覆われる。そして、図3に示すように、端子金具5の側面5bも硬化物7で覆われる。なお、端子金具5の裏面5cは硬化物7で覆われなくてもよいし、覆われていてもよい。硬化物7の周端は、端子金具5の表面に接触する部分と、電線導体3の表面に接触する部分と、絶縁被覆4の表面に接触する部分と、で構成される。
 こうして、端子金具5と被覆電線2の外側周囲の形状に沿って、電気接続部6が硬化物7により所定の厚さで覆われる。被覆電線2の電線導体3の露出した部分は、硬化物7により完全に覆われて、外部に露出しないようになる。したがって、電気接続部6は硬化物7により完全に覆われる。硬化物7は、電線導体3、絶縁被覆4、端子金具5のいずれとも密着性に優れるので、硬化物7により、電線導体3および電気接続部6に外部から水分等が侵入して金属部分が腐食するのを防止する。また、硬化物7が密着性に優れるため、例えばワイヤーハーネスの製造から車両に取り付けるまでの過程において、電線が曲げられた場合にも、硬化物7の周端で、硬化物7と、電線導体3、絶縁被覆4、端子金具5のいずれとの間にも隙間ができにくく、防水性や防食機能が維持される。
 硬化物7を形成する本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物は、所定の範囲に塗布される。硬化物7を形成する本開示にかかる架橋性高分子組成物の塗布は、滴下法、塗布法等の公知の手段を用いることができる。
 硬化物7は、所定の厚みで所定の範囲に形成される。その厚みは、0.1mm以下が好ましい。硬化物7が厚くなりすぎると、端子金具5をコネクタへ挿入しにくくなる。
 被覆電線2の電線導体3は、複数の素線3aが撚り合わされてなる撚線よりなる。この場合、撚線は、1種の金属素線より構成されていてもよいし、2種以上の金属素線より構成されていてもよい。また、撚線は、金属素線以外に、有機繊維よりなる素線などを含んでいてもよい。なお、1種の金属素線より構成されるとは、撚線を構成する全ての金属素線が同じ金属材料よりなることをいい、2種以上の金属素線より構成されるとは、撚線中に互いに異なる金属材料よりなる金属素線を含んでいることをいう。撚線中には、被覆電線2を補強するための補強線(テンションメンバ)等が含まれていてもよい。
 電線導体3を構成する金属素線の材料としては、銅、銅合金、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、もしくはこれらの材料に各種めっきが施された材料などを例示することができる。また、補強線としての金属素線の材料としては、銅合金、チタン、タングステン、ステンレスなどを例示することができる。また、補強線としての有機繊維としては、ケブラーなどを挙げることができる。電線導体3を構成する金属素線としては、軽量化の観点から、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、もしくはこれらの材料に各種めっきが施された材料が好ましい。
 絶縁被覆4の材料としては、例えば、ゴム、ポリオレフィン、PVC、熱可塑性エラストマーなどを挙げることができる。これらの材料は単独で用いてもよいし、2種以上混合して用いてもよい。絶縁被覆4の材料中には、適宜、各種添加剤が添加されていてもよい。添加剤としては、難燃剤、充填剤、着色剤等を挙げることができる。
 端子金具5の材料(母材の材料)としては、一般的に用いられる黄銅の他、各種銅合金、銅などを挙げることができる。端子金具5の表面の一部(例えば接点)もしくは全体には、錫、ニッケル、金などの各種金属によりめっきが施されていてもよい。
 なお、図2に示す端子付き被覆電線1では、電線導体の端末に端子金具が圧着接続されているが、圧着接続に代えて溶接などの他の公知の電気接続方法であってもよい。
 以下に実施例を示す。本発明は、実施例により限定されるものではない。ここでは、架橋性高分子組成物の成分組成と、硬化速度、耐熱性、防食性能との関係を調べた。
<架橋性高分子組成物の調製>
 表1に記載の配合組成(単位:質量部)で、常温にてA~C成分をメノウ乳鉢で5分間混合し、試料A1~A10,B1~B8にかかる架橋性高分子組成物を調製した。なお、試料B1ではA成分およびC成分を添加せず、試料B2ではC成分を添加していない。
 用いた材料は以下の通りである。
(1)A成分
・Ca-AA:カルシウム(II)アセチルアセトナート
・Zn-AA:亜鉛(II)アセチルアセトナート
・Al-IP:アルミニウム(III)トリイソプロポキシド
・ZnO:酸化亜鉛(II)
・Ca-St:ステアリン酸カルシウム(II)
(2)B成分
・MA5:無水マレイン酸変性液状ポリブタジエン(CRAY VALLEY製)、置換基当量2350g/mol
・UC3510:カルボキシル基導入液状ポリアクリレート(東亞合成製)、置換基当量801g/mol
・X-22-3701E:カルボキシル変性シリコーンオイル(信越化学工業製)、置換基当量4000g/mol

・EH-P:ジ-2-エチルヘキシルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A-208」、分子量322(平均)、酸価172mgKOH/g)
・ST-P:n-ステアリルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A18」、分子量437(平均)、酸価228mgKOH/g)
・OL-P:オレイルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A18D」、分子量467(平均)、酸価183mgKOH/g)
・MT-P:メチルアシッドホスフェイト(SC有機化学社製「Phoslex A-1」、分子量119(平均)、酸価707mgKOH/g)
<評価方法>
(1)硬化時間
 50mm×50mm×0.5mm厚の銅板を予め120℃に加熱しておき、その上に調製した各組成物を0.1g垂らした。各組成物を加熱した銅板上に垂らした時点を0s(0秒)とし、垂らした組成物が硬化するまでの時間を硬化時間とした。組成物が硬化するまでの時間は、垂らした組成物の表面にスパーテルを当てて引き上げたときに組成物が糸を引かなくなった時点までの時間とした。60秒以内に硬化が確認されたものは、硬化速度に優れる(硬化が速い)と評価することができる。
(2)耐熱性
 前記硬化時間評価の試験において、硬化した試料について、そのまま銅板を155℃のオーブン中に垂直に立てかけ、2時間放置後、硬化物の状態を目視で観察した。硬化物が垂れ落ちなかったものは特に耐熱性が良好「A」、一部が垂れ落ちたものは耐熱性が良好「B」、完全に垂れ落ちたものは耐熱性が不良「C」とした。温度等の測定条件は、JIS C60068-2-2に準拠した。
(3)防食性能
 1cm×5cmの短冊状銅板の一方端から2cmにわたる部分に上記各組成物を塗布し、120℃のオーブン中で5分間硬化させた。その後、塗布した一方端側を上にして、銅板を155℃のオーブン中に垂直に2時間放置した後、常温まで戻した。得られた試料を、測定用試験片とした。測定用試験片の塗布・硬化させた部分(被覆膜部分)をカソード電極とし、別途準備したAl板をアノード電極とし、5%NaCl水溶液中に電極を浸し、電位差(腐食電流)を測定した。電位差が小さいほど、短冊状銅板上に硬化した組成物が均一な被覆膜として存在し、かつ、短冊状銅板の表面に対する吸着力が強いといえる。一方、電位差が大きいほど、短冊状銅板上での組成物の硬化が不均一であるか、あるいは、短冊状銅板の表面に対する組成物の吸着力が弱いといえる。なお、表面保護剤組成物に浸漬していない未処理の短冊状銅板を、155℃のオーブン中に垂直に放置した後で、この銅板をカソード電極とした場合、腐食電流値は80μAであった。この80μAとの値を基準値として、各試料に対して測定された電流値が、基準値の1/10未満であると、防食性能(表面保護性)が特に高い「A」と判断され、電流値が基準値の1/10以上かつ1/5未満であると、防食性能が高い「B」と判断される。電流値が基準値の1/5以上であると、防食性能の効果が低い「C」と判断される。
<評価結果>
 下の表1に、試料A1~A10,B1~B8について、各成分の含有量(単位:質量部)を上段に示すとともに、各評価の結果を下段に示す。表中の左欄には、各成分について、質量あたりの当量数を示している。単位は、mEq/gであり、1gあたりの各成分の価数(Eq)を、ミリの単位で表示している。つまり、当量数(mEq/g)=各成分の価数/分子量×1000として算出している。C成分については、価数として、式(C1)で表現される化合物の価数(2価)と、式(C2)で表現される化合物の価数(1価)を、含有量に応じて加重平均した値を表示している。さらに、表の中段には、各成分の含有量と当量数の積として、m・y,n・z,l・xの各値を算出するとともに、それらの値からg値を算出して、表示している。

 試料A1~A10の組成物は、A成分として、熱によって金属イオンが遊離する化合物、B成分として、金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子、C成分として上記一般式(C1)および一般式(C2)で表される酸性リン酸エステルを含有しており、さらに、それらの価数と含有量によって規定されるg値が、g≧0.1となっている。このことと対応して、試料A1~A10のいずれにおいても、60秒以内の短い硬化時間で硬化が進行し、さらに、AまたはBと評価される良好な耐熱性と防食性能が得られている。A成分から遊離した金属イオンの一部が、B成分を架橋することで、短時間で耐熱性の高い硬化物が形成されるとともに、金属イオンの別の一部が、C成分とリン酸エステル塩を形成することで、その硬化物の膜に、高い防食性能が付与されるものと解釈される。
 試料A8~A10では、Bと評価される十分に高い防食性能が得られているものの、試料A1~A7ほどは防食性能が高くなっていない。試料A10では、耐熱性についても、試料A1~A9ほどは高くなっておらず、硬化時間もやや長くなっている。試料A8においては、試料A1~A7と比較して、A成分の含有量が多く、そのことに対応してg値がやや大きくなっており、多量に含有されたA成分の影響で架橋体の物性が低下しているものと解釈される。試料A9においては、試料A1~A7と比較して、B成分の含有量が少なくなるとともに、C成分の含有量が多くなっていることから、C成分が、金属イオンと結合したリン酸エステルの形態を比較的とりにくくなっているためであると解釈される。試料A10においては、試料A1~A9と比較して、A成分およびC成分の含有量が少なくなっており、g値も比較的小さな値をとっている。そのことと対応して、金属イオンによるB成分の架橋およびC成分の塩形成が、試料A1~A9の場合ほどは効率的に進行しないものと解釈される。
 試料B1は、組成物がA成分を含まないため、組成物を加熱しても金属イオンによるB成分の架橋は起こらない。よって、B成分の無水マレイン酸変性液状ポリブタジエンは、そのままの状態に留まり、加熱時間が600秒を超えても硬化しなかった。試料B2では、A成分の寄与によってB成分の架橋が進行するため、短時間で硬化が進行し、耐熱性の高い被覆膜が形成されるが、金属吸着成分となるC成分を含有していないことと対応して、防食性能が低くなっている。
 試料B3は、A成分として、熱によって金属イオンを遊離させる成分ではなく、加熱しても金属イオンの遊離が起こらない酸化亜鉛を用いている。そのため、B成分を金属イオン架橋させることができず、組成物は加熱時間が600秒を超えても硬化しなかった。硬化が進行しないことにより、防食性能も低くなっている。試料B4は、A成分として、熱によって金属イオンを遊離させる成分ではなく、脂肪酸金属塩であるステアリン酸カルシウムを用いている。脂肪酸金属塩を加熱しても熱分解によって金属酸化物が形成されるだけであり、組成物を加熱しても金属イオンは遊離しない。そのため、B成分を金属イオン架橋させることができず、組成物の硬化に500秒を要している。組成物の硬化性が低く、硬化が十分に進行しないことにより、防食性能も低くなっている。
 試料B5は、B成分として、イオン結合可能な置換基を有していない液状ポリブタジエンを用いているため、組成物が金属イオンを遊離させるA成分を含んでいるものの、加熱時間600秒を超えても硬化しなかった。硬化が進行しないことにより、防食性能も低くなっている。
 試料B6は、C成分として、炭素数4以上30以下の炭化水素基を有する酸性リン酸エステルの代わりに、炭素数1の炭化水素基であるメチル基を有する酸性リン酸エステルを用いている。この場合に、加熱による硬化が短時間で進行するとともに、良好な耐熱性が得られているが、防食性能は低くなっている。酸性リン酸エステルに含まれるメチル基が炭素数の小さいものであることにより、B成分に対するC成分の相溶性が悪く、C成分が組成物中で分離や凝集を起こし、金属表面への吸着性が低くなったものと考えられる。
 試料B7,B8では、いずれも、A成分に対してC成分が多く含有され、g値がg<0.1となっている。このことに対応して、B成分の金属イオン架橋を十分に進行させることができず、組成物の硬化が短時間では進行していない。硬化が十分に進行しないことにより、防食性能も低くなっている。試料B7では、g<0となっており、g値が極めて小さいことに対応して、加熱時間が600秒を超えても硬化が認められていないが、試料B8では、0<g<0.1となっており、試料B7ほどはg値が小さくないことに対応して、280秒と長い時間はかかるが、組成物の硬化は確認されている。しかし、試料の架橋は依然不十分であると考えられ、試料B8でも防食性能は低くなっている。
 以上、本開示の実施の形態について詳細に説明したが、本発明は上記実施の形態に何ら限定されるものではなく、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲で種々の改変が可能である。

Claims (14)

  1.  熱によって金属イオンが遊離するA成分と、
     前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンとイオン結合が可能な置換基を持つ有機高分子で構成されるB成分と、
     下記の一般式(C1)および一般式(C2)で表される酸性リン酸エステルの1種または2種以上で構成されるC成分と、
    を含み、
     前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンの価数を+y、該金属イオンの含有量をmモルとし、前記B成分中に含まれる前記置換基の価数を-z、該置換基の含有量をnモルとし、前記C成分を構成する前記酸性リン酸エステルの価数を-x、該酸性リン酸エステルの含有量をlモルとして、
     g=(m・y-l・x)/(n・z)において、g≧0.1である、架橋性高分子組成物。

    ただし、Rは炭素数4以上30以下の炭化水素基である。
  2.  前記A成分は、50℃以上200℃以下に分解点または相転移点を有する、請求項1に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  3.  前記A成分は、金属錯体である、請求項1または請求項2に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  4.  前記A成分は、多座配位子または架橋配位子を含む金属錯体である、請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  5.  前記A成分は、β-ジケトナト配位子またはアルコキシド配位子を含む金属錯体である、請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  6.  前記A成分から遊離する前記金属イオンの金属は、アルカリ土類金属、亜鉛、チタン、アルミニウムのうちの少なくとも1種である、請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  7.  前記B成分の前記置換基は、電子求引性基である、請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  8.  前記B成分の前記置換基は、カルボン酸基、酸無水物基、リン酸基、スルホン酸基のうちの少なくとも1種である、請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  9.  前記B成分は、150℃以下において液状である、請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  10.  前記B成分100質量部に対し、前記A成分が1質量部以上30質量部以下含まれる、請求項1から請求項9のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  11.  前記B成分100質量部に対し、前記C成分が1質量部以上30質量部以下含まれる、請求項1から請求項10のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物。
  12.  請求項1から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の架橋性高分子組成物の架橋体であり、
     前記B成分が前記A成分から遊離した前記金属イオンを介して架橋されている、架橋高分子材料。
  13.  金属基材と、前記金属基材の表面を被覆する被覆材と、を有し、前記被覆材が、請求項12に記載の架橋高分子材料で構成される、金属部材。
  14.  請求項12に記載の架橋高分子材料を含む、ワイヤーハーネス。
