居中纠偏:机械臂居中纠偏机构根据卷材边料的位置,将机械臂调整到最适合冲孔贴胶的位置;
放卷:机械臂和冲孔备胶裁切机构工作位就绪后,卷材放卷,片材沿 着21导向板进入冲孔备胶裁切机构;吹气导向组件辅助片材进入;
冲孔:片材全部进入冲孔备胶裁切机构以后,有传感器或光电开关识别发出信号,压带组件压下片材形成平整的区域,冲孔组件压下冲孔;
贴胶:片材再次输送设定好的长度,将冲好的孔位送至贴胶裁切组件下方,贴胶压头组件压好片材及胶带头,线性驱动组件驱动贴胶裁切组件开始贴胶;
裁切:贴胶裁切组件返回时,由切刀将多余的材料切下、废料自动落入废料收集组件;
下料:机械臂驱动冲孔备胶裁切机构转动升起来,形成避位空间,上下料车支撑收卷模块上的卷材下料;
如此往复循环。
一种多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,包括机械臂和冲孔备胶裁切机构;所述机械臂的一端安装有冲孔备胶裁切机构,另一端转动连接于机架上,机械臂通过电机或气缸或油缸驱动转动。
上述技术方案所述冲孔备胶裁切机构包括冲孔组件、压带组件、贴胶裁切组件、线性驱动组件和贴胶压头组件;所述冲孔组件和压带组件上下安装于备胶机构基准板上;所述贴胶裁切组件设置于卷材放卷的片材的一侧,并与线性驱动组件驱动连接;所述贴胶压头组件同时对应片材和胶带头位置设置。
上述技术方案还具有机械臂卷径跟踪机构;所述机械臂卷径跟踪机构滑动设置于机架的导轨上,且与机械臂的另一端连接。
上述技术方案所述机械臂卷径跟踪机构上固定有机械臂居中纠偏机构;所述机械臂的另一端转动连接于机械臂居中纠偏机构上。
上述技术方案所述冲孔备胶裁切机构上对应片材的进口位置的一侧安装有导向板。
上述技术方案所述冲孔备胶裁切机构的片材的进口位置的另一侧安装有吹起导向组件;所述吹起导向组件的进风口输入压缩气体,且吹起导向组件的出风口对准片材的进口位置设置。
上述技术方案所述贴胶裁切组件的下方设有废料收集组件;所述废料收集组件包括废料盒。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下积极的效果:
(1)本发明具有卷径自动识别、贴胶,双面胶备胶边距整齐且一致性好;自动切断、废料收集等功能,减少材料断带、褶皱的几率,产生的废料较少;提高了卷材的收卷、接带的效率;减低了生产成本。
(2)本发明实现了整体收卷接带备胶无人化操作,可适应不同卷径的材料,根据不同卷径自动跟随调节冲孔贴胶机构的前后位置。
(3)本发明的片材居中纠偏机构适应不同规格材料边位的调整、提高定位精度,严格控制冲孔边距、胶带头尾部间距。
(4)本发明采用刚性导向和柔性导向的组合,通过程序控制不同时间开启功能或循环动作,提高了片材导入冲孔模具的可靠性。
(5)本发明实现了一次送料即可完成两个功能,减少产品多次定位。
(6)本发明的裁切机构下挂废料盒,确保车间现场环境保洁,根据功能要求可以预先裁切和收尾裁切,多次裁切将大面积废料分解为小片材、减小废料尺寸;裁切后的废料自动收集;可以实现一天或一个班次与大型废料收集装置对接。

具体实施方式
见图1至图4,本发明具有收卷模块1、上下料小车2和卷材3;上下料小车2支撑卷材3上料至收卷模块1上。卷材3卷绕于收卷模块1的转轴上;收卷模块1的上方设有机械臂5;机械臂5的一端安装有冲孔备胶裁切机构4,另一端转动连接于固定在机械臂卷径跟踪机构7上的机械臂居中纠偏机构6上,机械臂5通过电机或气缸或油缸驱动转动;机械臂卷径跟踪机构7滑动设置于机架的导轨上。
冲孔备胶裁切机构4包括冲孔组件23、压带组件24、贴胶裁切组件25、线性驱动组件26和贴胶压头组件28;冲孔组件23和压带组件24上下安装于备胶机构基准板20上;贴胶裁切组件25设置于卷材3放卷的片材10的一侧,并与线性驱动组件26驱动连接;贴胶压头组件28同时对应片材10和胶带头位置设置。
冲孔备胶裁切机构4上对应片材10的进口位置的一侧安装有导向板21。冲孔备胶裁切机构4的片材10的进口位置的另一侧安装有吹起导向组件22;吹起导向组件22与风机相连,且吹起导向组件22的出风口对准片材10的进口位置设置。压带组件24的位置安装有传感器或光电开关。贴胶裁切组件25的下方设有废料收集组件27;废料收集组件27包括废料盒。
本发明的工作原理为:上下料时:机械臂5驱动冲孔备胶裁切机构4升起来,形成避位空间。上下料车2支撑卷材3上料到收卷模块1上。
收卷贴胶时:机械臂5驱动冲孔备胶裁切机构4降下,机械臂卷径跟踪机构7内置卷径对射传感器,根据传感器信号,由驱动机构调整机械臂5前后的距离;然后机械臂居中纠偏机构6根据卷材边料位置传感器信号,由驱动机构将机械臂5调整到最适合冲孔贴胶的位置。
机械臂5和冲孔备胶裁切机构4工作位就绪后,卷材3放卷,形成局部的片材10;片材10沿着导向板21进入冲孔备胶裁切机构4;吹气导向组件22辅助片材10进入的整个过程、防止褶皱、翘边等情况,使片材10进入冲孔备胶裁切机构4更加顺利。
片材10全部进入冲孔备胶裁切机构4以后,由传感器识别发出信号,压带组件24压下片材10形成平整的区域,冲孔组件23压下冲孔。
完成冲孔后,片材10再次输送设定好的长度,将冲好的孔位送至贴胶裁切组件25下方,贴胶压头组件28压好片材10及胶带头,线性驱动组件26驱动贴胶裁切组件25开始贴胶。
贴胶裁切组件25是将贴胶和裁切集于一体的多功能机构,一次送料即可完成两个功能,减少产品多次定位。
完成贴胶后,贴胶裁切组件25返回时由切刀将多余的材料切下、废料自动落入废料收集组件27。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    上料:机械臂(5)驱动冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)转动升起来,形成避位空间,上下料车(2)支撑卷材(3)上料到收卷模块(1)上;
    跟踪调距:机械臂(5)驱动冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)转动降下,并由机械臂卷径跟踪机构(7)调整机械臂(5)前后的距离;
    居中纠偏:机械臂居中纠偏机构(6)根据卷材(3)边料的位置,将机械臂(5)调整到最适合冲孔贴胶的位置;
    放卷:机械臂(5)和冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)工作位就绪后,卷材(3)放卷,片材(10)沿着21导向板进入冲孔备胶裁切机构(4);吹气导向组件(22)辅助片材(10)进入;
    冲孔:片材(10)全部进入冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)以后,有传感器或光电开关识别发出信号,压带组件(24)压下片材(10)形成平整的区域,冲孔组件(23)压下冲孔;
    贴胶:片材(10)再次输送设定好的长度,将冲好的孔位送至贴胶裁切组件(25)下方,贴胶压头组件(28)压好片材(10)及胶带头,线性驱动组件(26)驱动贴胶裁切组件(25)开始贴胶;
    裁切:贴胶裁切组件(25)返回时,由切刀将多余的材料切下、废料自动落入废料收集组件(27);
    下料:机械臂(5)驱动冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)转动升起来,形成避位空间,上下料车(2)支撑收卷模块(1)上的卷材(3)下料;
    如此往复循环。
  2. 一种根据权利要求1所述的方法的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:包括机械臂(5)和冲孔备胶裁切机构(4);所述机械臂(5)的一端安装有冲孔备胶裁切机构(4),另一端转动连接于机架上,机械臂(5)通过电机或气缸或油缸驱动转动。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:所述冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)包括冲孔组件(23)、压带组件(24)、贴胶裁切组件(25)、线性驱动组件(26)和贴胶压头组件(28);所述冲孔组件(23)和压带组件(24)上下安装于备胶机构基准板(20)上;所述贴胶裁切组件(25)设置于卷材(3)放卷的片材(10)的一侧,并与线性驱动组件(26)驱动连接;所述贴胶压头组件(28)同时对应片材(10)和胶带头位置设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:还具有机械臂卷径跟踪机构(7);所述机械臂卷径跟踪机构(7)滑动设置于机架的导轨上,且与机械臂(5)的另一端连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:所述机械臂卷径跟踪机构(7)上固定有机械臂居中纠偏机构(6);所述机械臂(5)的另一端转动连接于机械臂居中纠偏机构(6)上。
  6. 根据权利要求3至5任一所述的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:所述冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)上对应片材(10)的进口位置的一侧安装有导向板(21)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:所述冲孔备胶裁切机构(4)的片材(10)的进口位置的另一侧安装有吹起导向组件(22);所述吹起导向组件(22)的进风口输入压缩气体,且吹起导向组件(22)的出风口对准片材(10)的进口位置设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的多功能卷材尾边自动冲孔、贴合、备胶、裁切装置,其特征在于:所述贴胶裁切组件(25)的下方设有废料收集组件(27);所述废料收集组件(27)包括废料盒。
