自动售卖装置 技术领域
本发明涉及自动售货技术领域,尤其是指自动售卖装置。
背景技术
目前保健品或食品日用品等售卖方式主要两种方式:一种是实体店售卖方式,买家直接到实体店现场选定商品后,到收银台付款并取走商品完成商品销售。第二种方式是网上购买,买家在网上搜索浏览相关产品信息,选定后付款到商家平台,卖家发货给买家,买家收到商品后确定收货。实体店售卖方式一般需要较大的场地和实时人工值守,容易受到时间、环境、距离等因素限制。网上购买产品质量无法保证,容易受到时间、物流、气候、地点的限制。
现有自动售卖装置内货物摆放容易受到产品包装方式限制,售卖时容易卡货、补货麻烦,需要把货道抽出把商品仔细的一个一个摆上去,补货时间长,摆不好会增大卡货率。货品摆放方式比较浪费空间,摆放货物数量少,补货频率比较高,消耗时间较多。
技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种新型的自动售卖装置,克服现有售卖装置结构复杂使用不便等问题。
技术解决方案
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种自动售卖装置,包括机身,机身外设置有取货口,机身内设置有放置商品的商品架机构,所述自动售卖装置还包括控制主板以及商品分离机构;控制主板与商品分离机构相连,并控制商品分离机构将商品架机构传来的商品分离至取货口出货。
所述分离机构包括裁剪机构、夹紧机构或撕断机构中的一种或几种;所述裁剪机构包括刀具以及驱动组件,驱动组件驱动刀具作裁剪动作而实现分离商品的动作;驱动组件与控制主板相连,由控制主板控制;所述夹紧机构用于夹紧商品连接处,通过外力拉断两商品连接处而实现分离商品的动作;撕断机构产生拉力或张紧力使两商品连接分开从而实现分离商品的动作。
裁剪机构的驱动组件包括驱动电机以及传动装置;传动装置连接刀具由驱动电机驱动,带动刀具做往返运动。
裁剪机构的传动装置为齿轮齿条传动,其齿条连接于齿轮由驱动电机驱动,通过齿条与刀具连接,带动刀具做往返运动;或者,裁剪机构的传动装置为带传动,其皮带连接于带轮由驱动电机驱动,通过皮带与刀具连接,带动刀具做往返运动;或者,裁剪机构的传动装置为链传动,其链条连接于链轮由驱动电机驱动,通过链条与刀具连接,带动刀具做往返运动。
所述自动售卖装置还包括传感器,所述传感器用于检测商品和/或商品分离机构的状态;传感器与控制主板相连,当传感器被触发时,向控制主板发出相应的信号,控制主板根据这些感应信号控制对应部件执行相应工作。

所述第一传感器位于商品输送路径以感应商品位置;所述第二传感器沿刀具运动轨迹设置以感应刀具状态;所述裁剪机构还包括刀具导轨,刀具通过刀具导轨作导向,并配合第一和/或第二传感器做往返运动;所述裁剪机构还包括刀具套,与刀具相对地设置,商品位于刀具套与刀具之间传输;待出货商品与下一商品的连接处位于刀具套与刀具之间可夹紧地配合。

机身内设置若干侧板以及底座,侧板底部安装并支撑于底座;商品架机构和/或运送机构安装并支撑于侧板;商品分离机构安装于底座,商品分离机构将商品架机构传来的商品分离自落料口掉落至取货口出货。
商品架机构包括料盘以及安装料盘的转盘,料盘用于放置商品;商品或商品包装采用链条式连接,商品或商品包装连接在一起环绕于料盘上;环绕方式采用单排或多排的方式;料盘可拆卸地套设于转盘由转盘带动转动。
料盘通过采用电机驱动旋转方式或自由旋转方式可转动地输送商品;采用电机驱动旋转方式时,商品架机构还包括驱动电机,控制主板控制该驱动电机带动转盘转动,把安装在转盘上料盘的商品往运送机构方向送去;料盘与转盘之间紧固地连接;转盘上可套装一个或多个料盘。
商品架机构的驱动电机与料盘之间通过齿轮啮合传动,商品架机构的驱动电机轴上装有第一齿轮,料盘通过转盘与第二齿轮安装在一固定轴上,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合传动,电机驱动第一齿轮带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮通过固定轴带动转盘及料盘同步转动;控制主板控制商品架机构的驱动电机转动,带动料盘转动,把缠绕在料盘上的商品往运送机构送去;固定轴插入转盘中心形成料盘的中心轴结构;料盘为中空柱体结构。
自动售卖装置还设置有指令输入装置;所述指令输入装置为扫码、按钮、显示屏或接收模块中的一种或几种;所述指令输入装置是用户向自动售卖装置发出购买请求的途径;所述自动售卖装置还包括网络通信装置;所述自动售卖装置通过网络通信装置与后台服务器和/或用户终端之间通信连接。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的自动售卖装置能够摆放在任何场合,整个装置体积小、维护方便、适应性广。通过设置商品分离机构,本发明的自动售卖装置可自动售卖链条式包装的商品或者链式连接在一起的商品,结构简单方便。
本发明的自动售卖装置,一次性摆放货品数量多,且暂用空间较少,补货、换货非常简单、快捷,节省人工成本。

需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的各实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互结合,下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1-6和图9,本发明实施例的一种自动售卖装置100,包括机身1以及机身1内安装的商品架机构2、控制主板3、商品运送机构4、商品分离机构5、用于检测商品和/或商品分离机构的状态的传感器6。机身1内设置有落料口11,外壁设置有取货口18。控制主板与商品架机构2和/或运送机构4和/或商品分离机构5和/或传感器6相连。商品架机构2用于放置商品9,运送机构4用于将商品架机构2的商品9传送至分离位置50(如图7),商品分离机构5将商品架机构2传来的商品9分离自落料口11掉落至取货口出货。各部件相互配合工作,完成整个商品销售过程。传感器6包括用于感应商品位置的一个或多个第一传感器60,第一传感器60把商品位置的信号传输给控制主板3,控制主板3根据接收的信号控制商品分离机构5执行分离商品的动作。传感器6还包括用于感应商品分离机构状态的一个或多个第二传感器61。第二传感器61感应分离机构5完成分离商品动作的状态和/或完成复位动作的状态的信号,并向控制主板3发出相应的信号,控制主板3根据这些感应信号控制商品分离机构5的活动。
其中,机身1是整个装置100的主体结构部件,其他各功能部件均被安装固定于机身1上。机身1的材料与组合方式并不限定,机身材料可以使用金属材料、塑胶材料等,机身的组合方式同样可以使用左右组合式、前后组合式等等。机身1主要包括底座14以及各支撑侧板,在本实施例中,支撑侧板包括竖直背板15、竖直后侧板19以及前侧板16,用于安装和支撑机身1内的上述功能部件,且安装支撑于底座14上。落料口11设置于底座14上。前侧板16与后侧板19围成环形侧壁安装及支撑运送机构4。
自动售卖装置100包括指令输入装置。指令输入装置是用户向自动售卖装置100发出购买请求的途径,其实现方式多种多样,可以是简单的条形码、二维码,可以是按钮,又或者是显示屏或接收模块等,图1所示实施例中,以设置于机身外部的显示屏12和按钮13均可作为指令输入装置,同时也可设置条形码或二码,或者机身内的控制主板上设置接收模块来实现。用户需要购买商品时,通过该指令输入装置向售卖装置100发出购买请求。该购买请求可以直接由指令输入装置传送至售卖装置100,也可以通过用户移动终端将该购买请求传送至后台服务器。
作为一种实施方式,指令输入装置为一个二维信息码,消费者通过自己的移动终端扫描该二维码,使移动终端向后台服务器发送下单购买的指令,后台服务器接到消费者的下单指令后,会向消费者发送确认和相应支付金额的指令,待消费完成支付后,后台服务器向售卖装置100下达购买指令。
机身1内部还可设置网络通信装置,网络通信装置用于直接或间接连接自动售卖装置100与后台服务器和/或用户终端,使两者之间能够进行数据传输与指令收发。网络通信装置的形式并不限定,可以使用3G/4G/5G或更高级别通信模块,通过网络直接连接自动售卖装置与后台服务器和/或用户终端,也可以使用WIFI模块,或通过有线网络连接自动售卖装置与后台服务器,甚至使用蓝牙模块。自动售卖装置先连接用户的移动终端,再通过用户移动终端的无线网络与后台服务器进行通信。
作为一种实施方式,网络通信装置集成于控制主板3上。其它实施方式中,网络通信装置也可以作为独立的元件设置,或者集成于不同的PCB板上,与控制主板3相互之间电连接和/或信号连接。
机身1外部设置的显示屏12,可用于显示自动售卖装置100内的商品的相关信息、用户操作信息或同时作用指令输入装置等。
控制主板3是本自动售卖装置的核心控制部件,控制主板3负责接收和发送指令。各功能部件与控制主板3相互连接,控制主板3与传感器6相连。控制主板3根据传感器6发出的信号,向各功能部件发送运动指令或接收各功能部件的触发信号。各功能部件在控制主板3的控制下有序完成各自功能动作,使整个商品销售过程顺利完成。控制主板3可安装于机身1内任意合适位置。
商品架机构2包括料盘20以及安装料盘的转盘21,料盘20用于放置商品9。本发明的实施例中,商品或商品包装采用链条式包装,商品包装连接在一起环绕于料盘20上。环绕方式可以采用单排或多排的方式。补货、换货时直接把转盘21上的料盘20拿出,把环绕好商品9的料盘20地安装到转盘21上,操作方式非常简单、快捷。料盘20套到转盘21上,较佳地为可拆卸地套装在转盘21上。料盘20转动可以采用电机驱动旋转方式也可以使用自由旋转的方式。
料盘20采用电机驱动旋转方式时,商品架机构2还包括驱动电机22,控制主板3控制该驱动电机22带动转盘21转动,把安装在转盘上料盘的商品往运送机构4方向送去。自由旋转的方式时,可以不设置驱动电机,转盘21上受到向下的拉力或推力时,自动旋转而向前传送商品9,也可以由缠绕在料盘上的商品出货端的商品重力向下拉动料盘20,从而使料盘20与转盘21一起旋转,实现向前传送商品9。由图2-3和图9所示,料盘20为圆盘状,多个料盘20套装在转盘21上,以转盘21为轴心固定安装,可通过法兰固定,还可通过键与轴槽的配合而固定。转盘21为柱体可安装多个料盘20,例如,为一中空柱体,柱体长度可根据料盘数量以及自动售卖装置的尺寸设置。商品架机构2的驱动电机22与料盘20之间由齿轮啮合传动。具体地,如图4所示,商品架机构的驱动电机轴上装有第一齿轮23,料盘20套装在转盘21上,转盘21和第二齿轮24安装在一固定轴25上,第一齿轮23与第二齿轮24啮合传动,电机22驱动第一齿轮23带动第二齿轮24转动,第二齿轮24通过固定轴25带动转盘21转动,从而带动料盘20同步转动。控制主板3控制商品架机构的驱动电机22转动,带动料盘20转动,把缠绕在料盘上的商品9往运送机构4送去。本实施例中,固定轴25插设于转盘21的中心,作为中心固定轴,固定轴25与转盘21一起形成料盘20的中心轴结构。齿轮23、24和电机22安装于机身内的背板15上,且位于机身1(自动售卖装置100)内顶部。链条式商品9的出货端向下垂,伸向下方的运送机构4。
可以理解,在其他实施例中,可以设置多组商品架机构2,每组商品架机构2中包括一转盘21以及一个或多个穿套于转盘21上的料盘20,一种或多种商品以链条式包装连接在一起分别缠绕于料盘20上,并可分别设置对应的运送机构及分离机构进行分别分离出货。
同时参照图5,所述自动售卖装置还包括运送机构4,运送机构4用于将商品9由商品架机构2传送至商品分离机构5的分离位置50。所述运送机构4包括滚轮组件40,滚轮组件40包括第一滚轮41,通过第一滚轮41滚动而带动商品9向前传送。运送机构4与控制主板3相连,控制主板3控制运送机构4的活动。运送机构4还包括驱动组件,驱动组件带动滚轮组件40传送商品9,驱动组件与控制主板3相连,由控制主板3控制其工作。

第一滚轮41紧贴商品9。滚轮组件40还包括与第一滚轮41配合的第二滚轮46或者夹紧件。商品9置于第一与第二滚轮41、46或夹紧件(未图示)之间相互夹紧配合。第二滚轮46安装在一根自由旋转轴47上。安装滚轮的转轴44和/或47装设弹簧45,通过弹簧45的扭力使滚轮41、46压紧从而紧贴商品9两侧。本实施例中,滚轮组件40为一对相对滚动配合的第一滚轮41和第二滚轮46,商品夹紧于两滚轮之间。在其他实施例中,第二滚轮46以夹紧件或者同时设置夹紧件,与第一滚轮41夹紧商品地相互配合,夹紧件可以为抵挡板、抵挡棒、卡夹等结构,以与第一滚轮41形成夹紧商品的作用,可以是与第一滚轮41表面之间夹紧商品,也可以是单独夹紧商品而由第一滚轮41驱动从而传送商品9。弹簧45,具体地为扭簧,分别设置于电机转轴44和/或自由旋转轴47的两端或至少一端,从而使转轴上安装的第一与第二滚轮41、46之间相互靠紧,以利于压紧商品。
运送机构4还包括导向器48,导向器48将商品架机构2输送的商品9导入滚轮组件40内,更具体地,导入两滚轮之间。本实施例中,导向器为一料斗形状,承接由商品架机构2输送的商品9,导向器48安装于商品输送路径上运送机构4与商品架机构2之间。
作为一种实施方式,自动售卖装置100的运送机构4至少使用一个驱动电机43,用于驱动运送机构4,是自动售卖装置的动力部件,为运送机构提供动力。传送商品的运送机构4是在电机43的驱动下,实现旋转运动。机构4装有的两个滚轮41、46,一个安装在电机转轴44上,一个安装在自由旋转轴47上。滚轮41、46的材料不限定,可以使用硅胶、塑胶、金属、组合材料等。运送机构4根据主板3的指令开始运作,把出售的商品传送到装置的商品分离位置50,或称为商品裁剪位置、刀具位置或预设位置。
本发明自动售卖装置的分离机构5,用于将需要出货的商品分离出来自落料口11掉落至取货口18。商品包装之间连接在一起,需要将两商品之间例如出货商品与下一商品之间分离开。分离方式可以采用裁剪的方式、夹断或拉断的方式、撕断的方式,或者其它方式分离出货商品。本实施例中,分离机构5安装于底座14下方,其商品分离位置50与落料口11对齐,位于于落料口11下方。当然,分离机构5也可安装于底座14上方,其商品分离位置50与落料口11对齐,位于落料口11上方。分离机构5位于商品输送路径上运送机构4的后方,将运送机构4送来的商品在商品分离位置50处分离开两商品之间的连接,使出货商品自落料口11坠落至取货口18。
分离机构5可以包括裁剪机构、夹紧机构或撕断机构中的一种或几种,也可以是其它实现商品分离的机构。
本发明的实施例中,请同时参照图6-9所示实施例中,分离机构5采用一种裁剪机构。裁剪机构包括刀具51以及驱动组件,驱动组件驱动刀具51作裁剪动作而实现分离商品的动作。驱动组件与控制主板3相连,由控制主板3控制相应运动。裁剪机构的驱动组件包括驱动电机52以及传动装置53。传动装置53连接刀具51由驱动电机52驱动,带动刀具51做往返运动。刀具的传动方式不限定,可以使用皮带传动方式、链传动、齿轮传动等方式,或其它驱动刀具往返运动的方式。
如图6所示,裁剪机构的第一实施例中,传动装置53为带传动,包括带轮54以及连接两带轮54的皮带55,其中一带轮安装于驱动电机52由电机驱动作为主动轮,另一带轮作为从动轮。皮带连接两带轮由驱动电机52驱动,通过皮带55与刀具51连接,带动刀具做往返运动。裁剪机构还包括刀具导轨56,刀具通过导轨56作导向,并配合第一和/或第二传感器6做往返运动。刀具导轨56为沿传动装置53的传送方向设置的一条轨道,具体地为一条设置有滑槽的固定块,可安装于底座14上。刀具51安装于一刀具架(未标号),刀具架连接于皮带55上,同时刀具架与刀具导轨56滑动配合,从而引导刀具51做往返运动。裁剪机构还包括刀具套57,与刀具相对地设置形成商品分离位置50,商品位于刀具套57与刀具51之间传输。待出货商品与下一商品的连接处位于刀具套与刀具之间的分离位置50或夹紧配合,刀具套57与刀具51之间的间隙即为商品分离位置,商品传送至刀具套57与刀具51之间并可夹紧,刀具51继续向刀具套57前进插入向刀具套57时裁断商品之间的连接处,商品便可出货。刀具套57也安装于底座14上。
参照图7,在第二实施例中,裁剪机构的传动装置53为齿轮齿条传动,其齿条58连接两齿轮580,主动轮由驱动电机52驱动,通过齿条58与刀具51连接,带动刀具51做往返运动。其他结构与第一实施例相同或近似。
参照图8,在第三实施例中,裁剪机构的传动装置53为链传动,其链条59连接于两链轮590,主动轮由驱动电机52驱动,通过链条59与刀具51连接,带动刀具51做往返运动。其他结构与第一实施例相同或近似。
作为其他实施例,分离机构5为一种夹紧机构,在两商品连接处形成夹紧力作用,可以是夹紧待出货商品所连接的下一商品末端,通过外力拉断商品连接处而实现分离商品的动作。夹紧机构可以多种多样,例如在夹扣、两夹板,两夹壁等,夹紧下一商品末端后,在出货商品的一端施加拉力,便可分离两商品。也可以直接是通过夹紧力将两商品之间的连接夹断从而分离出货商品。
在其他实施例中,分离机构5为一种撕断机构,以产生拉力或张紧力使待出货商品与下一商品之间分开从而实现分离商品的动作。例如,使用两对带轮,二者转速不同从而获得撕扯的拉力或张紧力,使商品之间的连接断开。
分离机构5作为夹紧机构或者撕断机构时,同样可以设置驱动组件如驱动电机52,用于驱动相关部件产生分离商品所需的力。
上述实施例中,传感器6用于检测商品和分离机构(具体是裁剪刀具)的状态。传感器的形式可以是多种多样的,包括光电传感器、机械式传感器等。传感器6均与控制主板3相连,当传感器被触发时,将向控制主板3发出相应的信号,控制主板3根据这些感应信号控制不同的部件作相应运动。本发明的实施例中,传感器6包括一组第一传感器60以及一组第二传感器61,当然也可由一个第一传感器60,一个第二传感器61实现。或者由多个第一或第二传感器实现。对于多组运送机构的自动售卖装置,可以相应设置多组第一传感器60;对于多组分离机构的自动售卖装置,可以相应设置多组第二传感器61。第一传感器60位于商品输送路径以感应商品位置。第二传感器61沿刀具运动轨迹设置以感应刀具状态。
以一个运送机构4以及一个分离机构5为例来说明。请再次参照图2-3、图5-9,第一传感器60为一对,相对地设置于商品链的两侧,由支架安装于滚轮组件40下方,与两商品的连接处对应,位于连接处两侧。第二传感器61为一对,安装于刀具运动轨道的一侧,更具体地,位于与刀具支架的一侧与刀具导轨56相对且平行。安装第二传感器61的支架固定于底座14。当商品传送到预设位置50,即商品连接处位于分离位置50,位于刀具51与刀具套57之间时,第一传感器60把信号反馈给控制主板3,主板3控制分离机构5的驱动组件(具体为驱动电机52)带动刀具51执行分离商品的动作即裁剪动作。刀具51在裁剪完成时会触发一个第二传感器61,该第二传感器61触发后把信号反馈给控制主板3,主板3控制裁剪机构的驱动组件(具体为驱动电机52)带动刀具执行复位动作。刀具51运动至最初位置复位时触发另一第二传感器61,该第二传感器61向控制主板3发出信号,控制主板3控制裁剪机构的驱动组件(具体为驱动电机52)停止活动。
裁剪机构用于分离售出的商品。当两个商品的包装连接处传送到刀具位置时,刀具51在驱动电机52的作用下开始运作,把售出的商品分离,商品在重力作用下掉到取货口18,取货口18位于落料口11下方的自动售卖装置外壁。
在其他实施例中,运送机构也可以不设置,或者仅设置导向器或夹紧结构,商品直接由商品架机构2输送至分离机构5进行商品分离出货。
本自动售卖装置100的运动流程为:控制主板3接收到购买指令后,控制驱动电机22和驱动电机43转动。驱动电机43带动滚轮41转动,滚轮41与滚轮46把商品9传送到相应位置50。当两个商品包装连接处到达刀具位置时,会触发第一传感器60,第一传感器60向控制主板3发出触发信号,控制主板3接收到该信号后即运送机构4的驱动电机43停止运转,滚轮41、46停止运动。同时控制主板3向刀具驱动电机52发出指令,驱动电机52开始正转,驱动传动装置53带动刀具执行裁剪动作。裁剪完成后,商品掉到取货口18,同时触发一个第二传感器61,控制主板3控制刀具驱动电机52反转,传动装置53将刀具送回最初位置,当刀具回到最初的位置时会触发另一第二传感器61,此时传感器61向控制主板3发出信号,控制主板3控制驱动电机52停止运转,用户取走商品9,等待下一个购买指令,整个销售流程即完成。
在其他实施例中,自动售卖装置100也包括用作提供商品的一种供货设备,其目的是自动提供商品。
本发明的自动售卖装置100实用性强,可用于售卖各种商品,例如售卖保健器械、食品、保健品、保养品、化妆品、饰品,小型日用品等适合自动售卖的其他商品。售卖装置100可根据需要做成大小不等尺寸,适用于各种场景;通过网络通信模块可实现线上按需选购,方便的网点取货,为人们的日常生活提供便利,能实时解决人们生活中的急需。可以做到小份量封装,避免浪费和滥用。商品包装之间或无需包装的商品之间,较佳地采用链条式包装,商品之间连接在一起进行依次裁剪分离出货。上述实施例中商品连接处包括商品或其包装之间连接。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的保护范围由所附权利要求及其等同范围限定。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种自动售卖装置,包括机身,机身外设置有取货口,机身内设置有放置商品的商品架机构,其特征在于:所述自动售卖装置还包括控制主板以及商品分离机构;控制主板与商品分离机构相连,并控制商品分离机构将商品架机构传来的商品分离至取货口出货。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:所述商品分离机构包括裁剪机构、夹紧机构或撕断机构中的一种或几种;所述裁剪机构包括刀具以及驱动组件,驱动组件驱动刀具作裁剪动作而实现分离商品的动作;驱动组件与控制主板相连,由控制主板控制;所述夹紧机构用于夹紧商品连接处,通过外力拉断两商品连接处而实现分离商品的动作;撕断机构产生拉力或张紧力使两商品连接分开从而实现分离商品的动作。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:裁剪机构的驱动组件包括驱动电机以及传动装置;传动装置连接刀具由驱动电机驱动,带动刀具做往返运动。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:裁剪机构的传动装置为齿轮齿条传动,其齿条连接于齿轮由驱动电机驱动,通过齿条与刀具连接,带动刀具做往返运动;或者,裁剪机构的传动装置为带传动,其皮带连接于带轮由驱动电机驱动,通过皮带与刀具连接,带动刀具做往返运动;或者,裁剪机构的传动装置为链传动,其链条连接于链轮由驱动电机驱动,通过链条与刀具连接,带动刀具做往返运动。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:所述自动售卖装置还包括传感器,所述传感器用于检测商品和/或商品分离机构的状态;传感器与控制主板相连,当传感器被触发时,向控制主板发出相应的信号,控制主板根据这些感应信号控制对应部件执行相应工作。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:所述传感器包括用于感应商品位置的一个或多个第一传感器,第一传感器把商品位置的信号传输给控制主板,控制主板根据接收的信号控制商品分离机构执行分离商品的动作;所述传感器包括用于感应商品分离机构状态的一个或多个第二传感器,第二传感器感应分离机构完成分离商品动作的状态和/或完成复位动作的状态的信号,并向控制主板发出相应的信号,控制主板根据这些感应信号控制商品分离机构的活动。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:当商品传送到预设位置时,第一传感器把信号反馈给控制主板,控制主板控制裁剪机构的驱动组件带动刀具执行裁剪动作;刀具在裁剪完成时会触发一个第二传感器,该第二传感器触发后把信号反馈给控制主板,主板控制裁剪机构的驱动组件带动刀具执行复位动作;刀具运动至最初位置复位时触发同一或另一第二传感器,该第二传感器向控制主板发出信号,控制主板控制裁剪机构的驱动组件停止活动。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:所述第一传感器位于商品输送路径以感应商品位置;所述第二传感器沿刀具运动轨迹设置以感应刀具状态;所述裁剪机构还包括刀具导轨,刀具通过刀具导轨作导向,并配合第一和/或第二传感器做往返运动;所述裁剪机构还包括刀具套,与刀具相对地设置,商品位于刀具套与刀具之间传输;待出货商品与下一商品的连接处位于刀具套与刀具之间可夹紧地配合。
  9. 如权利要求2-8中任一项所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:所述自动售卖装置还包括运送机构,运送机构用于将商品由商品架机构输送至商品分离机构的分离位置;所述运送机构包括滚轮组件,滚轮组件包括第一滚轮,通过第一滚轮滚动而带动商品向前输送;运送机构与控制主板相连,控制主板控制运送机构的活动;所述运送机构还包括驱动组件,该驱动组件带动滚轮组件输送商品,该驱动组件与控制主板相连,由控制主板控制其工作。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:运送机构的驱动组件包括驱动电机,第一滚轮安装于该驱动电机的转轴上,由该驱动电机驱动其滚动,该驱动电机与控制主板相连,由控制主板控制电机转动,将商品往商品分离机构方向送去;第一传感器设置于商品输送路径上的运送机构之后;当两个商品包装连接处到达商品分离机构时,触发第一传感器,第一传感器向控制主板发出信号,控制主板根据接收到的信号控制运送机构的驱动组件停止工作,控制主板还控制分离机构执行分离商品至取货口出货的动作。
  11. 如权利要求10所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:第一滚轮压紧地输送商品;滚轮组件还包括与第一滚轮配合的第二滚轮或者夹紧件,商品置于第一与第二滚轮或夹紧件之间相互压紧配合;第二滚轮安装在自由旋转轴上;安装滚轮的转轴装设压紧弹簧,通过弹簧的扭力使滚轮靠紧从而压紧商品;运送机构还包括导向器,导向器将商品架机构输送的商品传送至滚轮组件。
  12. 如权利要求9所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:机身内设置若干侧板以及底座,侧板底部安装并支撑于底座;商品架机构和/或运送机构安装并支撑于侧板;商品分离机构安装于底座;底座上设置有落料口,商品分离机构将商品架机构传来的商品分离自落料口掉落至取货口出货。
      13. 如权利要求1所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:商品架机构包括料盘以及安装料盘的转盘,料盘用于放置商品;商品或商品包装采用链条式连接,商品或商品包装连接在一起环绕于料盘上;环绕方式采用单排或多排的方式;料盘可拆卸地套设于转盘由转盘带动转动。
  13. 如权利要求13所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:料盘通过采用电机驱动旋转方式或自由旋转方式可转动地输送商品;采用电机驱动旋转方式时,商品架机构还包括驱动电机,控制主板控制该驱动电机带动转盘转动,把安装在转盘上料盘的商品往运送机构方向送去;料盘与转盘之间紧固地连接;转盘上可套装一个或多个料盘。
  14. 如权利要求14所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:商品架机构的驱动电机与料盘之间通过齿轮啮合传动,商品架机构的驱动电机轴上装有第一齿轮,料盘通过转盘与第二齿轮安装在一固定轴上,第一齿轮与第二齿轮啮合传动,电机驱动第一齿轮带动第二齿轮转动,第二齿轮通过固定轴带动转盘及料盘同步转动;控制主板控制商品架机构的驱动电机转动,带动料盘转动,把缠绕在料盘上的商品往运送机构送去;固定轴插入转盘中心形成料盘的中心轴结构;料盘为中空柱体结构。
  15. 如权利要求1所述的自动售卖装置,其特征在于:所述自动售卖装置还设置有指令输入装置;所述指令输入装置为扫码、按钮、显示屏或接收模块中的一种或几种;所述指令输入装置是用户向自动售卖装置发出购买请求的途径;所述自动售卖装置还包括网络通信装置;所述自动售卖装置通过网络通信装置与后台服务器和/或用户终端之间通信连接。
