汽车标定设备
本申请要求于2018年4月20日提交中国专利局、申请号为201810362137.X、申请名称为“装夹装置及汽车标定设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及汽车维修及设备标定技术领域,尤其涉及一种具有此装夹装置的汽车标定设备。
背景技术
在汽车维修领域,如高级驾驶辅助系统(Advanced Driver Assistant Systems,ADAS)校准过程中,需要将校准装置安装于汽车标定设备,以对车载辅助驾驶器件进行标定,如摄像头等。
在面对不同车型或不同的校准需求时,经常需要更换不同的校准装置,并且需将上述校准装置进行锁紧和固定。当前常用的结构为C型卡环抱死,和旋动螺丝进行顶紧,而此两种结构存在如下的缺陷:
1、C型卡环存在打滑的现象;且在装配过程中间隙较小不方便组装。
2、通过螺丝顶紧的方式,只有一个支点固定,容易导致位置偏离。另外如果校准装置为外观部件,容易损坏外观部件的表面。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供一种装夹装置及具有此装夹装置的汽车标定设备,以解决现有技术中校准装置安装于汽车标定设备时,安装不牢固、不方便且安装精确度差的技术问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明实施例提供以下技术方案:
一种装夹装置,包括:固定板,固定块和松紧旋钮。所述固定块包括固定块本体和锁紧弹片,所述固定块本体安装于所述固定板,所述固定块本体与所述固定板围设形成收容腔,所述锁紧弹片位于所述收容腔内。所述松紧旋钮安装于所述固定块本体,且所述松紧旋钮可相对于所述固定块本体转动,以伸入所述收容腔,抵持所述锁紧弹片。
可选地,所述装夹装置包括磁性元件,所述磁性元件安装于所述固定块本体,且所述磁性元件位于所述收容腔内,所述磁性元件用于吸附所述锁紧弹片。

请参阅图1,本发明其中一实施例提供的一种汽车标定设备100,包括支架装置10,位置调节装置20,驱动装置30,装夹装置40,滑动装置50以及 刻度装置60。所述位置调节装置20安装于所述支架装置10,所述位置调节装置20可沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置20移动。所述驱动装置30连接所述支架装置10和所述位置调节装置20,所述驱动装置30用于驱动所述位置调节装置20沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置10移动。所述装夹装置40安装于所述位置调节装置20,用于装夹车辆校准装置,例如用于校准车道保持系统的校准装置。所述滑动装置50通过所述装夹装置40安装于所述位置调节装置20,所述位置调节装置20用于调节所述滑动装置50的水平位置。所述刻度装置60安装于所述滑动装置50,用于辅助车辆中心线的标定。
请参阅图2,所述支架装置10包括底座支架11和立式支架12,所述立式支架12的一端连接底座支架11,所述底座支架11支撑所述立式支架12。
所述底座支架11包括底座支架本体110,滚轮112和高度调节件114。所述底座支架本体110大致为“工”字形,包括承载结构1100和两个侧梁1102,所述承载结构1100为了减轻重量,形成了多个镂空区域,所述承载结构1100的两端分别连接一个所述侧梁1102。
所述滚轮112安装于所述侧梁1102的底表面,用于方便移动所述底座支架11。在本实施例中,所述滚轮112为万向移动滚轮,使得所述底座支架11可以前后左右任意移动,所述滚轮112的数量为四个,每个所述侧梁1102的两端各设置有一个所述滚轮112。可以理解的是,在其他一些实施例中,所述底座支架本体110的形状可以根据实际需求变化,而不限于为“工”字形,例如所述底座支架本体110可为矩形;所述滚轮112的数量可以根据实际需求增加或者减少,只要为至少三个即可。
所述高度调节件114安装于所述侧梁1102,用于调节所述底座支架本体110的高度。在本实施例中,所述高度调节件114为调节手轮,数量为四个。四个所述调节手轮114呈矩形分布,每个所述侧梁1102的两端各设置有一个所述调节手轮114。四个所述调节手轮114配合可以调节所述底座支架本体110整体的水平高度以及倾斜角度。可以理解的是,所述高度调节件114可为其他可调整高度的装置;所述高度调节件114的数量可根据实际需求增加,只要为至少三个即可。
请参阅图3,所述立式支架12安装于所述承载结构1100的上表面,包括立式支架本体120以及安装于所述立式支架本体120的升降导轨122。
所述立式支架本体120包括安装板1200、安装槽体1202、顶梁1204以及两个竖梁1206,所述安装板1200安装于所述承载梁1100的上表面,所述安装板1200设置有检修口1208(见图7),所述安装槽体1202扣置于所述安装板1200的上表面,并且所述检修口1208连通于所述安装槽体1202,所述顶梁1204和两个所述竖梁1206均为中空结构,每个所述竖梁1206的一端连接于所述顶梁1204,每个所述竖梁1206的另一端均连接于所述安装槽体1202, 所述安装槽体1202、所述顶梁1204以及两个所述竖梁1206形成“口”字形结构,所述安装槽体1202、所述顶梁1204以及两个所述竖梁1206的内部相互连通形成布线槽结构(图未示),所述安装槽体1202设置有布线口(图未标示),所述布线口连通所述布线槽结构。
两个所述升降导轨122分别安装于两个所述竖梁1206,所述升降导轨122用于引导所述位置调节装置20沿竖直方向运动。所述升降导轨122为竖杆,沿竖直方向设置,两个所述升降导轨122沿竖直方向且间隔预设距离设置,每个所述升降导轨122安装于一个对应的所述竖梁1206的侧表面。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述升降导轨122的数量可以根据实际情况增加或减少,例如,所述升降导轨122的数量可为1个或3个。
所述位置调节装置20活动安装于两个所述升降导轨122,可沿竖直方向相对于两个所述升降导轨122移动。所述位置调节装置20包括滑动件21,支撑件22,连接组件23和调节件24,所述滑动件21活动安装于所述升降导轨122,可沿竖直方向相对于所述升降导轨122移动,所述支撑件22通过所述连接组件23安装于所述滑动件21,所述支撑件22可沿水平方向相对于所述滑动件21移动,所述支撑件22用于支撑所述装夹装置40,所述调节件24连接所述滑动件21和所述支撑件22,用于调节所述支撑件22的水平位置。
请一并参阅图4和图5,所述滑动件21包括滑动件本体210,滑块212和导引块214。所述滑动件本体210大致为立方体,其开设有安装通孔2100,所述安装通孔2100用于安装所述调节件24。所述滑块212固定安装于所述滑动件本体210,其开设有螺纹通孔2120,所述螺纹通孔2120的中轴线竖直设置。所述导引块214固定安装于所述滑动件本体210,所述导引块214和所述滑块212位于所述滑动件本体210的同一侧。所述导引块214的数量为四个,其中两个所述导引块214位于所述滑块212的一侧,并沿竖直方向排列,用于套设于其中一个所述升降导轨122,另两个所述导引块214位于所述滑块212的另一侧,也沿竖直方向排列,用于套设于另一个所述升降导轨122。每两个所述导引块214套设于一个对应的所述升降导轨122,使得所述位置调节装置20可平稳地沿所述升降导轨122在竖直方向相对于所述升降导轨122滑动。
可以理解的是,在一些其它实施中,所述导引块214的数量可根据实际需求而改变,而不限于为四个,所述导引块214的数量为至少一个即可,例如,所述导引块214的数量为一个,所述升降导轨122的数量也为一个,一个所述导引块214套设于一个所述升降导轨122;又例如,所述导引块214的数量为两个,两个所述导引块214分别设置于所述滑块212的相对两侧,所述升降导轨122的数量也为两个,每个所述导引块214套设于一个对应的所述升降导轨122。
所述支撑件22活动安装于所述滑动件本体210,可相对于所述滑动件本体210水平移动。所述支撑件22包括支撑件本体220和齿条222,所述支撑 件本体220大致为立方体,所述齿条222固定安装于所述支撑件本体220,所述齿条222设于所述支撑件本体220与所述滑动件本体210之间,用于与所述调节件24配合以调节所述支撑件22的水平位置。所述齿条222为条形,沿水平方向设置,包括沿竖直方向设置的多个轮齿。
所述连接组件23包括直线滑轨230和滑轨固定块232,所述直线滑轨230沿水平方向设置,且固定安装于所述滑动件本体210,两个所述滑轨固定块232固定安装于所述支撑件本体220,且两个所述滑轨固定块232沿水平方向排列。两个所述滑轨固定块232套设于所述直线滑轨230,所述直线滑轨230可沿水平方向相对于所述滑轨固定块232滑动。
在本实施例中,所述支撑件22通过所述连接组件23安装于所述滑动件21,使得所述支撑件22活动安装于所述滑动件21,也即所述支撑件22可相对于所述滑动件21移动。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述支撑件22可通过其它连接方式活动安装于所述滑动件21,只要所述支撑件22可沿水平方向相对于所述滑动件21移动即可,例如,涡轮涡杆机构、皮带轮机构等。
可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述直线滑轨230和所述滑轨固定块232的安装位置可以互换,也即所述直线滑轨230沿水平方向设置,且固定安装于所述支撑件本体220,而两个所述滑轨固定块232固定安装于所述滑动件本体210,且两个所述滑轨固定块232套设于所述直线滑轨230。
可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述滑轨固定块232的数量不限于为两个,可根据实际需求而改变,只要为至少一个即可,例如,所述滑轨固定块232的数量为一个。
所述调节件24包括杆体240,齿轮242和旋钮部244。所述杆体240穿过所述安装通孔2100,所述杆体240活动安装于所述滑动件本体210,且所述杆体240可相对于所述滑动件本体210转动。所述齿轮242和所述旋钮部244分别安装于所述杆体240的两端,所述齿轮242与所述齿条222啮合,所述杆体240相对于所述滑动件本体210转动时,所述齿轮242驱动所述齿条222水平移动,从而带动所述支撑件22相对于所述滑动件21水平移动。所述旋钮部244位于所述滑动件本体210的外部,用于方便用户握持以及转动所述调节件24。
可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述调节件24和所述齿条222的安装位置可以互换,也即所述调节件24可安装于所述支撑件本体220,所述齿条222固定安装于所述滑动件本体210,且所述齿条222沿水平方向设置。
在本实施例中,所述直线滑轨230沿水平方向设置;所述齿条222为条形,沿水平方向设置,其包括多个竖直设置的轮齿;所述齿轮242为直齿轮,这些结构使得所述支撑件22可沿水平方向相对于所述滑动件21移动。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,可根据实际需求,所述直线滑轨230沿预设方向设置,两个所述滑轨固定块232沿所述预设方向排列,所述直线滑轨230可沿所述预设方向相对于所述滑轨固定块232滑动;所述齿条222为条形,沿所述预 设方向设置,使得当所述齿轮242转动时,可驱动所述齿条222沿所述预设方向移动,从而使得所述支撑件22相对于所述滑动件21沿所述预设方向移动。
在本实施例中,所述齿轮242为直齿轮,所述齿条222包括沿竖直方向设置的多个轮齿,通过所述齿轮242与所述齿条222的齿轮配合,可使得所述支撑件22相对于所述滑动件21平稳、精确地水平移动。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述齿轮242可为斜齿轮,所述齿条222可包括倾斜设置的多个轮齿,所述齿轮242与所述齿条222的齿轮配合,可使得所述支撑件22相对于所述滑动件21水平移动。
请参阅图6,所述驱动装置30包括传动机构31、第一驱动机构32以及第二驱动机构33。所述第一驱动机构32和所述第二驱动机构33均连接于所述传动机构31,所述第一驱动机构32用于驱动所述传动机构31运动,所述第二驱动机构33也用于驱动所述传动机构31运动,所述传动机构31用于带动所述位置调节装置20沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置10移动。
请一并参阅图7和图8,在本实施例中,所述传动机构31为升降丝杆31,所述升降丝杆31的两端设置有第一轴座310和第二轴座312,所述第一轴座310固定安装于所述顶梁1204,所述第二轴座312固定安装于所述安装槽体1202,所述升降丝杆31竖直设置,并且所述升降丝杆31可绕其自身中心轴线转动。所述升降丝杆31穿过所述螺纹通孔2120,所述升降丝杆31与所述螺纹通孔2120螺纹配合。所述升降丝杆31绕其自身中心轴线转动时,可驱动所述滑块212上升或下降,从而带动所述位置调节装置20,所述装夹装置40,所述滑动装置50以及所述刻度装置60上升或下降。值得说明的是,通过所述升降丝杆31与所述螺纹通孔2120的螺纹配合,一方面,使所述位置调节装置20升降平缓稳定,另一方面,由于所述位置调节装置20具有一定的质量,所述升降丝杆31与所述螺纹通孔2120实现自锁功能,可自动防止所述位置调节装置20下滑。
可以理解的是,根据实际情况,传动机构31并不仅限于升降丝杆31,在其它一些实施例中,所述传动机构31还可以为齿轮组、皮带轮机构、涡轮蜗杆机构或者链轮机构等。
可以理解的是,承载所述支撑件21的所述滑动件21与所述连接组件23可以省略,即所述滑块212与所述引导块214可安装于所述支撑件22,使得所述支撑件22直接安装于所述升降丝杆31与所述升降导轨122,支撑件21安装于所述支架装置10,可沿竖直方向相对于支架装置10移动。后述的触发装置3229也可以直接安装于所述支撑件21,在所述支撑件21沿竖直方向移动时,使得所述触发装置3229可以触发后述的限位开关3225。
所述第一驱动机构32为电动驱动机构,用于驱动所述升降丝杆31绕其自身中心轴线转动,所述第一驱动机构32包括电机组件320、控制组件322以及电源组件(图未示),所述电机组件320用于驱动所述升降丝杆31绕其自身 中心轴线转动,所述控制组件322用于控制所述电机组件320驱动所述升降丝杆31绕其自身中心轴线转动,所述电源组件用于为所述电机组件320与所述控制组件322供电。
所述电机组件320包括电机3200、第一同步轮3202、第二同步轮3204以及驱动带3206。所述电机3200固定安装于所述安装板1200的上表面,所述电机3200为步进电机,可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述电机3200可以为其他控制电机,例如伺服电机;所述第一同步轮3202位于所述检修口1208内,所述第一同步轮3202固定安装于所述电机3200的转轴,并且所述第一同步轮3202与所述电机3200的转轴同轴设置;所述升降丝杆31的一端穿过所述第二轴座312和所述检修口1208,所述第二同步轮3204位于所述检修口1208内,所述第二同步轮3204固定安装于所述升降丝杆31,并且所述第二同步轮3204与所述升降丝杆31同轴设置;所述第一同步轮3202与所述第二同步轮3204间隔预设距离设置。当所述电机3200转动时,所述第一同步轮3202通过所述驱动带3206驱动所述第二同步轮3204转动,以使所述升降丝杆31绕其自身中心轴线转动。当所述电机3200沿第一转动方向转动时,所述位置调节装置20沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置10上升;当所述电机3200沿第二转动方向转动时,所述位置调节装置20沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置10下降,所述第一转动方向与所述第二转动方向相反。
所述驱动带3206套设于所述第一同步轮3202与所述第二同步轮3204,当所述第一同步轮3202转动时,所述第一同步轮3202通过所述驱动带3206驱动所述第二同步轮3204转动。所述第一同步轮3202的外围面和所述第二同步轮3204的外围面均设置有轮齿,所述驱动带3206包括装配面3207,所述第一同步轮3202的轮齿和所述第二同步轮3204的轮齿均与所述装配面3207相接触,所述装配面3207包括轮齿区3208和非轮齿区3209,所述轮齿区3208设置有轮齿,所述轮齿区3208可与所述第一同步轮3202和所述第二同步轮3204啮合配合,所述非轮齿区3209可与所述第一同步轮3202和所述第二同步轮3204接触配合。当所述电机3200转动,并且所述轮齿区3208与所述第一同步轮3202啮合配合时,或者所述轮齿区3208与所述第二同步轮3204啮合配合时,使所述第一同步轮3202与所述第二同步轮3204同步运动,所述第二同步轮3202的速率为第一预设速率值;当所述电机3200转动,并且所述第一同步轮3202和所述第二同步轮3204只与所述非轮齿区3209相接触配合时,所述非轮齿区3209由于打滑等因素,使所述第一同步轮3202与所述第二同步轮3204非同步运动,所述第二同步轮3202的速率为第二预设速率值。所述第一预设速率值大于所述第二预设速率值。值得说明的是,通过在所述装配面3207划分所述轮齿区3208和所述非轮齿区3209,保持第一同步轮3202的速率不变的同时,控制所述第二同步轮3204的速率,达到减速的目的。
请参阅图9,所述控制组件322包括控制器3220、上升按键3222、下降 按键3224、限位开关3225以及触发装置3229。所述控制器3220电连接所述上升按键3222、所述下降按键3224以及所述限位开关3225,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200,所述上升按键3222、所述下降按键3224以及所述限位开关3225均用于控制所述控制器3220,所述触发装置3229用于触发所述限位开关3225。
所述触发装置3229为板状结构,所述触发装置3229安装于所述滑动件本体210,并且所述触发装置3229与所述滑块312位于所述滑动件本体210的同一侧;所述限位开关3225安装于所述竖梁1206,并且所述限位开关3225位于所述触发装置3229的上方或者下方;所述上升按键3222与所述下降按键3224均安装于所述顶梁1204;所述控制器3220安装于所述安装板1200的上表面,所述上升按键3222、所述下降按键3224以及所述限位开关3225均通过线束(图未示)与所述控制器3220电连接,所述线束设置于所述布线槽结构内,并且穿过所述布线口与所述控制器3220相连接。
所述控制器3220包括驱动器(图未示)和升降控制板(图未示),所述升降控制板连接所述驱动器,所述驱动器连接所述电机3200,所述驱动器用于控制所述电机3200,例如,控制所述电机3200的启停、转速、转向等,所述上升按键3222、所述下降按键3224、所述上升限位开关3226以及所述下降限位开关3228均电连接所述升降控制板,所述上升按键3222、所述下降按键3224、所述上升限位开关3226以及所述下降限位开关3228均用于控制所述升降控制板。
当所述上升按键3222被触发时,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200沿所述第一转动方向转动;当所述下降按键3222被触发时,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200沿所述第二转动方向转动;当所述上升按键3222与所述下降按键3224被同时触发时,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200停止转动。值得说明的是,由于所述上升按键3222与所述下降按键3224需设置在一起便于操作,便存在误操作的可能,当所述上升按键3222与所述下降按键3224被同时触发时,通过所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200停止转动,可避免所述电机3200被短路导致损坏。
当所述限位开关3225被触发时,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200停止转动,并且控制所述电机3200只能沿预设方向转动,使得所述触发装置3229远离所述限位开关3225。
可以理解的是,所述限位开关3225的数量可以为一个或者两个。在本实施例中,所述限位开关3225包括上升限位开关3226和下降限位开关3228,所述上升限位开关3226与所述下降限位开关3228均安装于一个所述竖梁1206的同一侧,所述上升限位开关3226位于所述触发装置3229的上方,所述下降限位开关3228位于所述触发装置3228的下方。
当所述上升限位开关3226被触发时,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200停止转动,并且控制所述电机3200只能沿所述第二转动方向转动;当所 述下降限位开关3228被触发时,所述控制器3220用于控制所述电机3200停止转动,并且控制所述电机只能沿所述第一转动方向转动。值得说明的是,通过设置所述上升限位开关3226和所述下降限位开关3228,自动地避免了所述位置调节装置20超过最大行程,不用人工干预,并且通过设置所述电机3200朝指定方向转动,避免了因误操作导致所述电机3200被短路损坏。
在所述电机3200开始转动的瞬间,所述控制器3220还用于控制所述电机3200的速率从0线性或非线性增加到预设值。
所述电源组件包括DC座、电源开关以及电源指示灯,当所述DC座接入电源适配器,并且所述电源开关开启时,所述电源指示灯发出预设光,例如红光,并且所述控制器3220与所述电机3200可以工作。
请参阅图10,所述第二驱动机构33为手动驱动机构,所述第二驱动机构33包括第一斜齿轮330、第二斜齿轮332以及升降手轮334。所述升降手轮334的连接杆(图未标示)穿过所述顶梁1204并且收容于所述第一轴座内3100,所述第一斜齿轮330与所述第二斜齿轮332均位于所述第一轴座3100内,所述第一斜齿轮330固定安装于所述升降丝杆31,并且所述第一斜齿轮330与所述升降丝杆31同轴设置,所述第二斜齿轮332固定安装于所述升降手轮334的连接杆,并且所述第二斜齿轮332与所述升降手轮334的连接杆同轴设置,所述第一斜齿轮330与所述第二斜齿轮332相啮合,所述升降手轮334的转动轴线水平设置,值得说明的是,通过设置所述第二驱动机构33,一方面,在缺少供电的情况下,所述汽车标定设备100可以正常使用,另一方面,所述第一驱动机构32与所述第二驱动机构33共用一个所述传动机构31,整体结构紧凑度好。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,可根据实际情况,所述升降手轮334的转动轴线与水平面的夹角可设置为任意值。
在本实施例中,所述汽车标定设备100通过设置所述驱动机构30,可以实现自动升降所述位置调节装置20,所述装夹装置40,所述滑动装置50以及所述刻度装置60,避免手动调节。
另外,通过传动机构31设置为所述升降丝杆31与所述螺纹通孔2120的配合,在所述位置调节装置20升降的过程中,使所述位置调节装置20升降平缓,同时,使所述位置调节装置20不易下滑。
而且,通过设置所述第一驱动机构32和所述第二驱动机构33,在缺少供电的情况下可以使用,提高了所述汽车标定设备100的适用性;同时,所述第一驱动机构32和所述第二驱动机构33共用同一所述传动机构31,提高了所述汽车标定设备100的整体紧凑度。
最后,通过所述装配面3207划分有所述轮齿区3208和所述非轮齿区3209,控制所述第二同步轮3204的速率,达到减速的目的。
请一并参阅图11和图12,所述装夹装置40包括固定块41,固定板42 和松紧旋钮43。所述固定块41固定安装于所述固定板42,所述固定块41和所述固定板42围设形成收容腔44,所述收容腔44用于收容校准装置的固定杆。所述松紧旋钮43安装于所述固定块41,且所述松紧旋钮43可相对于所述固定块41转动,以伸入所述收容腔44,抵紧插入所述收容腔44的所述校准装置的固定杆。
请参阅图13,所述固定块41包括固定块主体410,锁紧弹片412和磁性元件414。所述固定块主体410固定安装于所述固定板41,且所述固定块主体410与所述固定板42围设形成所述收容腔44。所述锁紧弹片412位于所述收容腔44内,用于被所述松紧旋钮43推动以抵紧所述校准装置的固定杆。所述磁性元件414固定安装于所述固定块主体410,且所述磁性元件414位于所述收容腔44内。所述磁性元件414用于吸附所述锁紧弹片412,以使所述锁紧弹片412远离所述校准装置的固定杆。在本实施例中,所述磁性元件414的数量为两个,两个所述磁性元件414沿竖直方向排列,且两个所述磁性元件414分别位于所述锁紧弹片412的相对两端,可使得所述锁紧弹片412被有力、稳定地吸附。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述磁性元件414的数量可根据实际需求而改变,只要为至少一个即可。
请一并参阅图14和图15,所述固定块主体410包括侧壁4100,底壁4101和连接壁4102。所述底壁4101连接所述侧壁4100和所述连接壁4102。所述连接壁4102的数量为两个,两个所述连接壁4102连接于所述侧壁4100的相对两侧,同样地,两个所述连接壁4102连接于所述底壁4101的相对两侧,两个所述连接壁4102和所述底壁4101固定安装于所述固定板42。所述侧壁4100,所述底壁4101,所述连接壁4102和所述固定板42共同围设形成所述收容腔44。
所述侧壁4100开设凹槽4104,所述凹槽4104用于收容所述锁紧弹片412。所述凹槽4104的内壁开设螺纹固定通孔4106和收容槽4108。所述固定通孔4106为螺纹孔,用于与所述松紧旋钮43配合。所述收容槽4108为盲孔,数量为两个,用于收容所述磁性元件414,两个所述收容槽4108沿竖直方向排列,且两个所述收容槽4108分别位于所述固定通孔4106的两侧。
所述侧壁4100靠近所述底壁4101的一侧垂直地连接于所述底壁4101,所述侧壁4100远离所述底壁4101的另一侧朝远离所述收容腔44的方向倾斜,使得所述侧壁4100远离所述底壁4101的另一侧与所述底壁4101呈钝角,所述连接壁4102靠近所述底壁4101一侧的宽度B小于所述连接壁4102远离所述底壁4101的另一侧的宽度A,也即所述收容腔44底部的宽度比其口部的宽度小,使得所述校准装置的固定杆容易插入所述收容腔44,且在所述校准装置的固定杆插入至所述收容腔44底部时,所述校准装置的固定杆被牢固地固定于所述收容腔44内。
请复参阅图13,所述固定板42为矩形板,可由强度较大的材料制得,例如不锈钢材料等。
所述松紧旋钮43包括推动杆430和旋钮部432,所述推动杆430具有外螺纹,其穿过所述固定通孔4106,使得所述推动杆430的一端伸入所述收容腔44,所述推动杆430与所述固定通孔4106螺纹配合。所述旋钮部432为圆柱形,其固定安装于所述推动杆430的另一端,用于方便用户把持以及旋转所述松紧旋钮43。
在本实施例中,所述固定块41和所述松紧旋钮43的数量分别为两个,两个所述固定块41分别固定安装于所述固定板42,且两个所述固定块41都位于所述固定板42的同一侧,两个所述固定块41沿水平方向排列。
请参阅图16,将所述旋钮部432沿逆时针转动时,所述推动杆430朝远离所述锁紧弹片412的方向移动,所述推动杆430与所述锁紧弹片412无接触,此时所述磁性元件414将所述锁紧弹片412朝远离所述固定板42的方向吸附,从而使得所述收容腔44口部的尺寸变大,方便插入固定杆200。
请参阅图17,当所述固定杆200插入所述收容腔44底部时,将所述旋钮部432沿顺时针方向转动,所述推动杆430与所述锁紧弹片412接触,推动所述锁紧弹片412抵紧所述固定杆200,从而夹紧所述固定杆200于所述收容腔44内。
在本实施例中,利用所述松紧旋钮43推动所述锁紧弹片412抵紧需装夹装置,如所述固定杆200,由于所述锁紧弹片412与需装夹装置为面接触,所述锁紧弹片412与需装夹装置之间的摩擦力增大,使得所述锁紧弹片412可牢固地抵紧所述需装夹装置,且所述锁紧弹片412与需装夹装置的装配精度降低,有利于快速将需装夹装置装配于所述装夹装置40。另外,利用所述磁性元件414将所述锁紧弹片412朝远离所述固定板42的方向吸附,可方便增大所述收容腔44口部的尺寸,以利于需装夹装置的插入。
请参阅图18至图20,所述滑动装置50包括导轨51、滑动组件52和挂载组件53。所述导轨51可以通过任何合适的方式固定安装至所述固定板42(例如,所述导轨51可以通过螺钉连接的方式固定安装于所述固定板42),且所述导轨51沿水平方向设置。所述滑动组件52可活动安装于所述导轨51,并可沿所述导轨51滑动(或者说,可沿水平方向相对于所述导轨51移动),所述挂载组件53固定安装于所述滑动组件52,并可跟随所述滑动组件52沿所述导轨51滑动。
具体地,请参阅图21,所述导轨51大致呈长方体状,其包括相互垂直的第一表面510和第二表面512,所述第一表面510与所述固定板42所在平面垂直,所述第二表面512与所述固定板42所在平面平行并且背离所述固定板42。特别地,在本实施例中,所述导轨51的内部在水平方向上还设置有多个具有预定形状的通孔514,用于分散导轨51内部承受的应力,同时,在满足所述导轨51的刚性要求的情况下,降低导轨51的重量。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,也可以省略这些通孔514。
所述第一表面510设置有用于安装所述滑动组件52的第一滑动槽5100,所述第一滑动槽5100沿水平方向延伸。所述第一滑动槽5100的横截面大致呈“梯形”,其底部的宽度小于靠近开口处的宽度,用于减少所述滑动组件52与所述第一滑动槽5100之间的摩擦面积,使得所述滑动组件52能够更加平顺地沿着所述第一滑动槽5100滑动。进一步地,在本实施例中,所述第一滑动槽5100的开口处呈“T形”,设置有彼此相向延伸的第一卡接部5102,用于对所述滑动组件52进行限位,减少所述滑动组件52的晃动,防止所述滑动组件52脱轨。
此外,所述第一表面510还设置有以其中心为零点,分别向两边延展的水平刻度尺5104,也即所述水平刻度尺5104的刻度值以所述导轨51的中心为零点,分别向所述导轨51两边逐渐增大,用于方便所述滑动组件52的位置定位。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,也可以在所述第二表面512设置水平刻度尺,或者省略该水平刻度尺5104。
所述第二表面512设置有用于安装所述滑动组件52的第二滑动槽5120,所述第二滑动槽5120与所述第一滑动槽5100平行设置,亦即,所述第二滑动槽5120也沿水平方向延伸,从而使得所述滑动组件52可同时沿着所述第一滑动槽5100和所述第二滑动槽5120滑动,进而沿着水平方向相对于所述导轨51移动。同样地,在本实施例中,所述第二滑动槽5120的横截面也大致呈“梯形”,其底部的宽度小于靠近开口处的宽度,用于减少所述滑动组件52与所述第二滑动槽5120之间的摩擦面积,使得所述滑动组件52能够更加平顺地沿着所述第二滑动槽5120滑动。进一步地,在本实施例中,所述第二滑动槽5120的开口处也呈“T形”,设置有彼此相向延伸的第二卡接部5122,用于对所述滑动组件52进行限位,减少所述滑动组件52的晃动,防止所述滑动组件52脱轨。
在本实施例中,所述第二表面512的宽度大于所述第一表面510的宽度,所述第二滑动槽5120包括4个,这4个所述第二滑动槽5120相互间隔地平行设置于所述第二表面512,每一个所述第二滑动槽5120均可用于安装所述滑动组件52。可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述第二滑动槽5120的数量可以根据实际需求增加或减少,比如,减少至1个、2个、5个,或者增加至5个,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。同理可知,在又一些实施例中,也可以在所述第一表面510设置多个第一滑动槽5100。
其中,可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述第一滑动槽5100和所述第二滑动槽5120的横截面大致呈“梯形”,并且其开口处各自设置有所述第一卡接部5102和所述第二卡接部5122,是为了使得所述滑动组件52能够更加平顺地滑动,以及,防止所述滑动组件52脱轨。在一些其它实施例中,所述第一滑动槽5100和所述第二滑动槽5120也可以设置为其他合适的结构,比如,其为长条状凹槽,或者,T形凹槽。
具体地,请参阅图22,所述滑动组件52包括板体520、第一滑动件522 和第二滑动件524。所述第一滑动件522的一端和所述第二滑动件524的一端分别安装于所述板体520。所述第一滑动件522的另一端活动安装于所述第一滑动槽5100,并且所述第一滑动件522可沿所述第一滑动槽5100滑动;所述第二滑动件524的另一端活动安装于所述第二滑动槽5120,并且所述第二滑动件524可沿所述第二滑动槽5120滑动,从而,所述板体520可沿所述导轨51滑动。
所述滑动组件52还包括安装板526和导向轴528,所述第二滑动件524的一端固定安装于所述安装板526,所述安装板526通过所述导向轴528安装于所述板体520,并且所述安装板526可沿所述导向轴528相对于所述板体520移动(或者说,所述安装板526可沿所述导向轴528靠近或远离所述板体520),从而,当将所述滑动组件52安装至所述导轨51(即,将所述第一滑动件522安装至所述第一滑动槽5100,将所述第二滑动件524安装至第二滑动槽5120)时,通过调整所述导向轴528以调节所述安装板526和所述板体520之间的距离,可以调整所述滑动组件52与所述导轨51之间的装配误差,使得所述滑动组件52能够更加平顺地在所述导轨51上滑动。当然,在实际应用中,所述第一滑动件522也可以通过另一对安装板526和导向轴528安装至板体520;或者,第一滑动件522和第二滑动件524均直接固定安装在板体520上。
所述板体520用于安装所述挂载组件53,带动所述挂载组件53沿所述导轨51滑动。具体地,在本实施例中,所述板体520大致呈“L型”,所述第一滑动件522安装于所述板体520的一端,所述第二滑动件524安装于所述板体520的另一端。在所述板体520中,安装所述第一滑动件522的一端的内侧面朝向所述第一表面510,安装所述第二滑动件524的一端的内侧面朝向所述第二表面512,从而使得所述第一滑动件522能够活动安装至所述第一滑动槽5100,以及,使得所述第二滑动件524能够活动安装至所述第二滑动槽5120。可以理解的是,在本实施例中,采用“L型”的板体520能够减少滑动组件52的部件,降低成本;在一些其它实施例中,所述板体520的形状也可以不限于“L型”,比如,所述板体520也可以呈平板状,所述第一滑动件522通过其他部件安装至所述板体520。
所述板体520在安装所述第一滑动件522的一侧设置有刻度指针523,将所述滑动组件52安装至所述导轨51后,所述刻度指针523位于所述水平刻度尺5104的正上方,便于标定所述板体520的位置。可选地,所述刻度指针523设置在所述板体520在水平方向上的中心线上。当然,可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,若水平刻度尺5104设置于所述第二表面512,则所述刻度指针523对应设置于所述板体520安装所述第二滑动件524的一侧。
所述板体520的两相对侧分别设置有用于安装所述挂载组件53的第一安装槽5201和第二安装槽5202,所述第一安装槽5201和所述第二安装槽5202沿所述板体520的滑动方向对齐。在本实施例中,通过设置所述第一安装槽5201和所述第二安装槽5202,能够提升所述板体520在竖直方向上的承重能 力,使得挂载组件53能够更加稳固地固定安装至所述板体520。可以理解的是,在一些其他实施例中,也可以省略所述第一安装槽5201和所述第二安装槽5202。
再者,所述滑动组件52还包括锁紧件525,用于抵紧所述导轨51,以使所述板体520固定于所述导轨51。在本实施例中,所述板体520在安装所述第一滑动件522的一侧还设置有螺纹孔(图未示),用于安装所述锁紧件525。具体地,所述锁紧件525可以包括旋钮5250和螺纹杆5252,所述旋钮5250固定于所述螺纹杆5252的一端,所述螺纹杆5252的另一端可以穿过所述螺纹孔抵紧或者远离所述导轨51。具体地,当用户拧紧所述旋钮5250以使所述螺纹杆5252的另一端抵紧所述导轨51时,可以使所述板体520固定于所述导轨51;当用户松开旋钮5250以使所述螺纹杆5252的另一端远离所述导轨51时,可以使所述板体520相对于所述导轨51滑动,便于重新调整其位置。同样地,可以理解的是,在一些其它实施例中,所述锁紧件525也可以安装在所述板体520其他的合适位置,比如,安装在所述板体520安装第二滑动件524的一侧。并且,所述锁紧件525的具体结构也可以不限于以上描述的结构,只要能够使所述板体520可以相对于所述导轨51固定或者移动即可。
所述第一滑动件522包括两个,两个所述第一滑动件522沿着所述第一滑动槽5100水平设置。
具体地,请参阅图23,所述第一滑动件522包括第一轴承5220、第一销轴5222和第一滚轮5224,所述第一轴承5220套设所述第一销轴5222的一端,所述第一滚轮5224设置于所述第一销轴5222的另一端;所述第一轴承5220固定安装于所述板体520,所述第一滚轮5224活动安装于所述第一滑动槽5100,并且可以沿着所述第一滑动槽5100滚动。其中,在实际应用中,所述第一销轴5222可以相对所述第一轴承5220转动,和/或,所述第一滚轮5224可以相对于所述第一销轴5222转动,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
所述第一滚轮5224呈“H字型”,其设置有第一环形凹槽5226,将所述第一滑动件522安装至所述第一滑动槽5100后,如图20所示,所述第一滑动槽5100的第一卡接部5102卡设于所述第一环形凹槽5226,所述第一滚轮5224可沿所述第一卡接部5102滚动。
所述第二滑动件524也包括两个,两个所述第二滑动件524沿着所述第二滑动槽5120水平设置。特别地,在本实施例中,两个所述第二滑动件524设置于远离所述第一表面510的一端(即,设置于远离所述第一表面510的那个第二滑动槽5120),用于均衡所述板体520的受力,提升所述板体520的负载能力。在一些其它实施例中,所述第二滑动件524也可以设置于其他的第二滑动槽5120,只要能够使得第二滑动件524在沿着水平方向相对于所述导轨51滑动即可。
具体地,请参阅图24,所述第二滑动件524的结构与所述第一滑动件522的结构相同,其包括第二轴承5240、第二销轴5242和第二滚轮5244,所述第 二轴承5240套设所述第二销轴5242的一端,所述第二滚轮5244设置于所述第二销轴5242的另一端;所述第二轴承5240固定安装于所述安装板526,所述第二滚轮5244活动安装于所述第二滑动槽5120,并且可以沿着所述第二滑动槽5120滚动。同样地,在实际应用中,所述第二销轴5242可以相对所述第二轴承5240转动,和/或,所述第二滚轮5244可以相对于所述第二销轴5242转动,本发明实施例对此不作具体限定。
所述第二滚轮5244呈“H字型”,其设置有第二环形凹槽5246,将所述第二滑动件524安装至所述第二滑动槽5120后,如图20所示,所述第二滑动槽5120的第二卡接部5122卡设于所述第二环形凹槽5246,所述第二滚轮5244可沿所述第二卡接部5122滚动。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述第一滑动件522包括两个,并且两个第一滑动件522沿着第一滑动槽5100水平设置,所述第二滑动件524也包括两个,并且两个第二滑动件524沿着第二滑动槽5120水平设置,是为了提升板体520的负载能力,以及,使得板体520能够更加平稳地在导轨51上滑动,从而提升该滑动组件52的可靠性。在一些其它实施例中,所述第一滑动件522和所述第二滑动件524的数量可以根据实际需求设定,比如,可以包括一个第一滑动件522和两个第二滑动件524,所述第一滑动件522设置在两个第二滑动件524之间的中心线上,从而形成稳定的三角结构;或者,仅包括一个第一滑动件522和一个第二滑动件524。在又一些实施例中,为了进一步抑制所述板体520在水平方向上倾覆,还可以在与第二表面512垂直的另一个侧面(即,与第一表面510相对的表面)设置第三滑动件。
可以理解的是,在本实施例中,所述第一滑动件522和所述第二滑动件524均采用轴承、销轴和滚轮的组合结构,是为了通过滚动的方式降低滑动组件52与导轨51之间的摩擦力,使得所述滑动组件52能够更加平顺地相对所述导轨51移动。并且,所述第一滚轮5224和所述第二滚轮5244均呈“H”字型,所述第一滚轮5224设置有第一环形凹槽5226,所述第二滚轮5244设置有第二环形凹槽5246,是为了能够分别与第一滑动槽5100中的第一卡接部5102和第二滑动槽5120中的第二卡接部5122适配,减少滚轮与滑动槽之间的摩擦力,同时,对滚轮进行限位,防止其脱轨。在一些其它实施例中,所述第一滑动件522和/或所述第二滑动件524也可以采用其他的结构,只要所述第一滑动件522和/或所述第二滑动件524可沿所述导轨51水平滑动即可,比如,所述第一滑动件522可以为第一滑动块,所述第一滑动块收容于所述第一滑动槽5100,且可沿所述第一滑动槽5100滑动;和/或,所述第二滑动件524可以为第二滑动块,所述第二滑动块收容于所述第二滑动槽5120,且可沿所述第二滑动槽5120滑动。
请一并参阅图18,图25和图26,所述挂载组件53包括安装件530和挂载件532。所述挂载件532通过所述安装件530固定安装至所述板体520。
具体地,所述安装件530包括基部5300、第一延伸部5301和第二延伸部 5302,所述第一延伸部5301和所述第二延伸部5302分别由所述基部5300的两相对侧延伸而成。所述第一延伸部5301远离所述基部5300的一端嵌入所述第一安装槽5201,并与所述板体520固定连接;所述第二延伸部5302远离所述基部5300的一端嵌入所述第二安装槽5202,并与所述板体520固定连接。
所述基部5300具有安装面53001,所述安装面53001设置有容置槽53002和多个安装孔53003,所述多个安装孔53003环绕所述容置槽53002设置。
所述挂载件532对应所述安装孔53003设置有多个连接通孔5320,用于将所述挂载件532固定安装至所述安装件530。所述挂载件532安装于所述安装面53001后,可将所述容置槽53002围合形成一收容空间。
所述挂载件532的中部设置有激光器安装孔5322,用于安装标定激光器800。将所述标定激光器800安装至所述挂载件532后,所述标定激光器800的部分容置于所述收容空间。
所述挂载件532为矩形板状,其中一侧边设置有缺口5324,用于挂载标定辅助设备(比如,雷达标定板,反射镜等)。所述挂载件532还设置有挂载孔5326,用于挂载另一标定辅助设备(比如,夜视仪、盲点测试仪等)。通过该挂载方式,可以简化标定辅助设备与支架装置10的安装复杂度,提升用户体验。
其中,在一些实施例中,也可以省略所述挂载组件53,通过其他方式将所述标定激光器800和/或所述标定辅助设备安装至所述板体520。
请一并参阅图3和图27,所述刻度装置60的数量为两个,两个所述刻度装置60分别安装于所述导轨51的相对两端,且两个所述刻度装置60相对于所述导轨51的中心线O1对称设置。每个所述刻度装置60包括刻度板62和反射镜64。所述刻度板62与所述反射镜64连接,且所述刻度板62位于所述反射镜64的正上方。所述反射镜64用于反射激光束,所述刻度板62用于确定所述激光束投射于所述反射镜64的位置。
请参阅图28,使用时,图案板300的固定杆可插入所述装夹装置40,雷达标定板400可挂载于所述挂载件532。通过所述位置调节装置20,可精确调节所述装夹装置40的水平位置,从而可将所述图案板300移动至所需要的位置。沿所述导轨51滑动所述滑动组件52,可将所述雷达标定板400移动至所需要的位置。
请一并参阅图29,在利用所述汽车标定设备100对待标定汽车500进行中心线标定时,具体如下:
在进行标定前,将所述汽车标定设备100移动至待标定汽车500的正前方,将四个所述高度调节件114旋下,使得所述滚轮112与地面脱离,以使所述支架装置10能够稳固的固定在所述待标定汽车500的正前方。
在所述待标定汽车500的每个后轮安装一个轮毂夹600,每个轮毂夹600上配置有点激光器700,每个所述点激光器700用于出射点激光701至相对应的所述刻度板62,通过触发所述上升按键3222或者下降按键3224,使得每个所述刻度板62与相对应的所述点激光器700大致处于同一水平面。
根据待标定汽车500的宽度调整两个所述刻度板62,打开每个所述点激光器700,使得所述点激光器700出射点激光701至相对应的所述刻度板62,观察点激光701射至所述刻度板62上的具体位置,通过调整所述调节件24,使所述刻度板62水平移动,直至点激光701射至所述刻度板62上的读数一致,此时,所述待标定汽车500的中心线与所述导轨51的中心线对齐,通过所述图案板300可对所述待标定汽车500的摄像头进行标定。

    装夹装置(40),所述固定板(42)安装于所述支架装置(10);
    其中,所述装夹装置(40)包括:
    固定板(42);
    固定块(41),所述固定块(41)包括固定块本体(410)和锁紧弹片(412),所述固定块本体(410)安装于所述固定板(42),所述固定块本体(410)与所述固定板(42)围设形成收容腔(44),所述锁紧弹片(412)位于所述收容腔(44)内;
    松紧旋钮(43),所述松紧旋钮(43)安装于所述固定块本体(410),且所述松紧旋钮(43)可相对于所述固定块本体(410)转动,以伸入所述收容腔(44),抵持所述锁紧弹片(412)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,所述装夹装置(40)包括磁性元件(414),所述磁性元件(414)安装于所述固定块本体(410),且所述磁性元件(414)位于所述收容腔(44)内,所述磁性元件(414)用于吸附所述锁紧弹片(412)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,所述固定块本体(410)包括侧壁(4100),底壁(4101)和连接壁(4102);
    所述底壁(4101)连接所述侧壁(4100)和所述连接壁(4102);
    两个所述连接壁(4102)分别连接于所述侧壁(4100)的相对两侧,两个所述连接壁(4102)还分别连接于所述底壁(4101)的相对两侧;
    两个所述连接壁(4102)和所述底壁(4101)安装于所述固定板(42);
    所述侧壁(4100)、所述底壁(4101)、所述连接壁(4102)和所述固定板(42)共同围设形成所述收容腔(44)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,所述侧壁 (4100)开设凹槽(4104),所述凹槽(4104)用于收容所述锁紧弹片(412)。

    所述磁性元件(414)的数量为两个,每个所述磁性元件(414)收容于对应的一个所述收容槽(4108)。
  7. 根据权利要求3至6任一项所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,所述侧壁(4100)靠近所述底壁(4101)的一侧垂直地连接于所述底壁(4101),所述侧壁(4100)远离所述底壁(4101)的另一侧朝远离所述固定板(42)的方向倾斜,使得所述连接壁(4102)靠近所述底壁(4101)一侧的宽度(B)小于所述连接壁(4102)远离所述底壁(4101)的另一侧的宽度(A)。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,所述收容腔(44)底部的宽度比所述收容腔(44)口部的宽度小。

    位置调节装置(20),其安装于所述支架装置(10),可沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置(10)移动;
    所述固定板(42)通过所述位置调节装置(20)安装于所述支架装置(10)。

    驱动组件(30),用于驱动所述位置调节装置(20)沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置(10)移动。

    滑动件(21),所述滑动件(21)安装于所述支架装置(10),可沿竖直方向相对于所述支架装置(10)移动;
    支撑件(22),所述支撑件(22)活动安装于所述滑动件(21),所述固定板(42)安装于所述支撑件(22),所述滑动件(21)和所述支撑件(22)两者之一包括齿条(222);
    调节件(24),所述调节件(24)包括齿轮(242),所述齿轮(242)与所述齿条(222)啮合,所述齿轮(242)转动时,可驱动所述齿条(222)水平移动,从而使得所述支撑件(22)相对于所述滑动件(21)水平移动,以带动所述装夹装置(40)相对于所述滑动件(21)水平移动。

    所述直线滑轨(230)沿水平方向设置;
    所述滑轨固定块(232)套设于所述直线滑轨(230),所述直线滑轨(230)可沿水平方向相对于所述滑轨固定块(232)滑动。

  15. 根据权利要求11至14任一项所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,所述调节件(24)包括杆体(240),旋钮部(244)和所述齿轮(242);
    所述杆体(240)穿过所述滑动件(21),所述杆体(240)活动安装于所述滑动件(21),且所述杆体(240)可相对于所述滑动件(21)转动;

    所述导轨(51)安装于所述固定板(42);
    所述滑动组件(52)安装于所述导轨(51),所述滑动组件(52)可相对于所述导轨(51)水平移动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的汽车标定设备(100),其特征在于,
    所述导轨(51)包括相互垂直的第一表面(510)和第二表面(512),所述第一表面(510)设置有第一滑动槽(5100),所述第二表面(512)设置有第二滑动槽(5120),所述第一滑动槽(5100)和所述第二滑动槽(5120)平 行设置;
    所述滑动组件(52)包括板体(520)、第一滑动件(522)和第二滑动件(524),所述第一滑动件(522)和所述第二滑动件(524)安装于所述板体(520);
    所述第一滑动件(522)活动安装于所述第一滑动槽(5100),并且所述第一滑动件(522)可沿所述第一滑动槽(5100)滑动,所述第二滑动件(524)活动安装于所述第二滑动槽(5120),并且所述第二滑动件(524)可沿所述第二滑动槽(5120)滑动,从而使所述板体(520)可沿所述导轨(51)滑动。
