一种电子标签裁切设备,包括:用于剥离料带上的保鲜膜的保鲜膜剥离单元(1);用于输送料带的传输单元(2);用于检测料带位置的视觉检测单元(3);用于对所述料带进行裁切,并将裁切后所形成的电子标签输送至摆放位置的裁切抓取单元(4)。该裁切设备不仅能够提高加工效率,节约成本,还能够有效提升电子标签的加工精度,避免料带的二次污染。

Description

一种电子标签裁切设备
本申请要求于2017年11月17日提交中国专利局、申请号为201711148397.9、发明名称为“一种电子标签裁切设备”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本发明涉及裁切设备技术领域,特别涉及一种电子标签裁切设备。
背景技术
在传统轮胎胎面的生产中,硫化电子标签是轮胎流转过程中身份信息的唯一标识,但是在随着智能制造概念的不断推进,在轮胎行业自动化水平不断提高的大环境下,轮胎用RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)电子标签即将被广泛应用。在RFID电子标签植入轮胎前需对电子标签进行前加工,例如,将RFID电子标签封装入特殊配方的胶料内部,当实现层合后,再对其料带的保鲜膜进行剥离,然后进行裁切抓取,和标签贴装等工作。
目前,在轮胎的生产过程中,一般通过人工操作或者辅助半自动加工设备对电子标签进行裁切,由于工作人员的加工操作水平不同,不仅会造成工作效率的降低,还会造成资源的浪费,另外人工操作或者辅助半自动加工设备会对封装有芯片的料带造成二次污染,而且裁切的电子标签的精度不高,从而无法满足生产的需求。
因此,如何提供一种电子标签裁切设备,不仅能够提高加工效率,节约成本,还能够有效提升电子标签的加工精度,避免料带的二次污染是本领域技术人员亟需解决的技术问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种电子标签裁切设备,不仅能够提高加工效率,节约成本,还能够有效提升电子标签的加工精度,避免料带的二次污染。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种电子标签裁切设备,包括:
用于剥离料带上的保鲜膜的保鲜膜剥离单元;
用于输送所述料带的传输单元;
用于检测所述料带位置的视觉检测单元;
用于对所述料带进行裁切,并将裁切后所形成的电子标签输送至摆放位置的裁切抓取单元。
由以上技术方案可以看出,本发明所公开的电子标签裁切设备,包括:用于剥离料带上的保鲜膜的保鲜膜剥离单元;用于输送料带的传输单元;用于检测料带位置的视觉检测单元;用于对所述料带进行裁切,并将裁切后所形成的电子标签输送至摆放位置的裁切抓取单元。首先保鲜膜剥离单元将料带上的保鲜膜进行剥离,剥离完成后,传输单元对料带进行传输,视觉检测单元对保鲜膜剥离后的料带进行检测定位,当视觉检测单元检测到料带到达裁切位置,控制器控制裁切抓取单元对料带进行裁切,当视觉检测单元检测到料带到达电子标签摆放位置,控制器控制裁切抓取单元将电子标签摆放至摆放位置。该自动化的电子标签裁切设备不仅能够提高加工效率,节约成本,还能够有效提升电子标签的加工精度,避免料带的二次污染。

具体实施方式
有鉴于此,本发明的核心在于提供一种电子标签裁切设备,不仅能够提高加工效率,节约成本,还能够有效提升电子标签的加工精度,避免料带的二次污染。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
本发明实施例所公开的电子标签裁切设备,包括:用于剥离料带上的保鲜膜的保鲜膜剥离单元1;用于输送料带的传输单元2;用于检测料带位置的视觉检测单元3;用于对所述料带进行裁切,并将裁切后所形成的电子标签输送至摆放位置的裁切抓取单元4。首先保鲜膜剥离单元1将料带上的保鲜膜进行剥离,剥离完成后,传输单元2对料带进行传输,视觉检测单元3对保鲜膜剥离后的料带进行检测定位,当视觉检测单元3检测到料带到达裁切位置,控制器控制裁切抓取单元4对料带进行裁切,当视觉检测单元3检测到料带到达电子标签摆放位置,控制器控制裁切抓取单元4将电子标签摆放至摆放位置。该自动化的电子标签裁切设备不仅能够提高加工效率,节约成本,还能够有效提升电子标签的加工精度,避免料带的二次污染。
需要说明的是,传输单元2可以为皮带,可以为链条,也可以为毛毡输送带,在这里优选传输单元2为皮带。
需要进一步说明的是,视觉检测单元2可以为涡流传感器,也可以工业视觉相机,在这里优选视觉检测单元3为工业视觉相机。
如图3所示,本发明实施例所公开的电子标签保鲜膜剥离单元,包括:固定座11;平行设置在固定座11上的上剥离辊111和下剥离辊112;用于缠绕料带上膜的上剥离卷轴113;用于缠绕料带下膜的下剥离卷轴114;设置在固定座11上,且用于驱动上剥离卷轴113和下剥离卷轴114旋转的驱动装置,且上剥离辊111和下剥离辊112之间设置有供料带穿过的间隙。
在电子标签保鲜膜剥离单元自动运行之前,需首先手工剥离一段距离的料带,再将剥离好的料带穿过上剥离辊111和下剥离辊112之间的间隙,料带上膜缠绕在上剥离卷轴113上,料带下膜缠绕在下剥离卷轴114上,在驱动装置的驱动作用下,上剥离卷轴113和下剥离卷轴114分别进行旋转,将料带上膜缠绕在上剥离卷轴113上,料带下模缠绕在下剥离卷轴114上,从而实现料带保鲜膜的自动剥离,该机构不仅能够提高加工效率,节约加工成本,还能够有效避免料带的二次污染。
需要说明的是,驱动装置可以设置一个,也可以设置两个,在这里为了方便对上剥离卷轴113和下剥离卷轴114的控制,优选设置两个驱动装置,即:第一驱动装置115和第二驱动装置116,其中,第一驱动装置115用于驱动上剥离卷轴113,第二驱动装置116用于驱动下剥离卷轴114。
当然,第一驱动装置115和第二驱动装置116可以均为液压马达,也可以均为电机,由于电机体积小,设置简单方便,在这里优选第一驱动装置115和第二驱动装置116均为电机。
需要说明的是,上剥离辊111和下剥离辊112可以各设置一个,也可以均设置多个,在这里优选上剥离辊111和下剥离辊112均设置多个,任意相邻两个上剥离辊111之间以及任意相邻两个下剥离辊112之间均具有间隙,料带上膜可以从间隙中通过与上剥离卷轴113相连,料带下膜可以从间隙中通过与下剥离卷轴114相连。工作人员可以根据驱动装置设置的位置,选择将料带上膜从靠近第一驱动装置115的任意相邻的两个上剥离辊111之间通过与上剥离卷轴113相连,以及选择将料带下膜从靠近第二驱动装置116的任意相邻的两个下剥离辊112之间通过与下剥离卷轴114相连。
为了保证料带上膜和料带下膜能够顺利的缠绕在相应的剥离卷轴上,降低料带上膜和料带下膜损坏的几率,可以在上剥离辊111与上剥离卷轴 113之间设置用于支撑料带上膜的上支撑剥离辊,也可以在下剥离辊112与下剥离卷轴114之间设置用于支撑料带下膜的下支撑剥离辊。
进一步的,为了能够准确的控制料带上膜和料带下膜的剥离长度,还设置有用于检测料带上膜和料带下膜剥离长度的剥离接近传感器117,需要说明的是,剥离接近传感器117可以设置一个,也可以设置2个,在这里优选设置2个剥离接近传感器117,且分别设置在靠近上剥离卷轴113和下剥离卷轴114的位置,以便对第一驱动装置115和第二驱动装置116进行更有效的控制,以控制其开启或关闭。
需要说明的是,该电子标签保鲜膜剥离单元还包括供料带缠绕的料卷轴12,料带从料卷轴上解卷,进入到上剥离辊111和下剥离辊112的间隙中开始进行保鲜膜的剥离。
如图4所示,本发明实施例所公开的电子标签裁切抓取单元,包括用于裁切电子标签的裁切机构41,和与裁切机构41相连的移动抓取机构42,移动抓取机构42能够移动,以带动裁切机构41到达预设位置。当封装有芯片的料带到达裁切位置后,移动抓取机构42带动裁切机构41到达裁切位置,裁切机构41将带料裁切成电子标签,当裁切完成后,移动抓取机构42带动裁切机构41到达电子标签摆放位置对电子标签进行摆放。通过电子标签移动抓取机构和裁切机构的自动化设置,可以有效提高生产效率,避免工作人员操作水平不同造成的资源浪费的现象发生,同时自动化的裁切抓取单元还有效避免了料带的二次污染。
进一步的,本发明实施例所公开的电子标签裁切抓取单元还包括开设有通孔51的基座5,裁切机构41和移动抓取机构42均设置在通孔51内,且能够沿通孔5移动。
进一步的,电子标签裁切抓取单元还包括用于驱动裁切机构41及移动抓取机构42的驱动装置54,且驱动装置54设置在基座5上,当驱动装置54开启时,驱动装置54驱动移动抓取机构42带动裁切机构41在通孔51内沿水平方向进行移动,以到达预设位置。
需要说明的是,驱动装置54可以为气缸,也可以为直线电机,也可以为电机带动的直线驱动模块,无论气缸,还是直线电机都可以驱动移动抓取机构沿水平方向进行运动,以达到摆放位置。
进一步的,移动抓取机构42包括移动支撑板421,和设置在移动支撑板421上的滑块4211,且滑块4211与设置在基座5上的直线导轨52相配合,需要说明的是,直线导轨52的设置是为了保证移动抓取机构42的运动方向,进一步保证移动抓取机构42能够沿着直线导轨52的方向进行运动,滑块4211和直线导轨52有效配合,进一步避免移动抓取机构在运动的过程中发生偏斜。
具体的,裁切机构41与移动支撑板421相连,当移动支撑板421移动时,带动裁切机构41随之移动。
为了进一步优化方案,本发明实施例在上述实施例的基础上作了进一步的改进,电子标签裁切抓取单元还包括导向件53,导向件53设置在移动支撑板421上,当移动抓取机构42带动裁切机构41沿竖直方向运动时,导向件53能够起到导向作用,保证移动抓取机构42不偏斜,从而避免裁切机构41由于受到的作用力不均匀而影响电子标签的裁切质量。
为了保证移动抓取机构42能够带动裁切机构41准确到达摆放位置,在基座5上还设置用于限制移动支撑板421移动距离的限位件4212,当移动支撑板421与限位件4212相接触时,限位件4212可以对移动支撑,421起到有效的限位作用。
需要说明的是,导向件53和限位件4212均优选设置2-4个,如此设置,可以进一步保证导向件53能够起到有效的导向作用,限位件4212能够起到有效的限位作用。
需要说明的是,基座5上还设置有拖链55,用于放置电气线路等部件。
如图5所示,本发明实施例所公开的裁切机构41,包括用于裁切电子标签的裁切装置411,以及用于顶出电子标签的顶出装置412。当封装有电子标签芯片的料带到达裁切位置后,裁切装置411将料带裁切成加工要求的电子标签,裁切完成后,电子标签留在裁切装置411内部,当裁切装置411到达电子标签摆放位置后,顶出装置412将电子标签从裁切装置411内顶出,摆放至指定位置,完成一次裁切过程。该裁切机构和人员手工裁切相比,避免了由于人员加工操作水平不同导致的电子标签加工不合格,造成资源浪费的现象,不仅提高了加工效率,还有效避免了料带的二次污 染。
进一步的,裁切装置411包括裁切驱动装置4111,和与裁切驱动装置4111相连且具有中空腔体的裁切刀4112,裁切驱动装置4111驱动裁切刀4112朝向料带移动,将力作用到料带上,从而完成电子标签的裁切,裁切完成的电子标签留在裁切刀4112的腔体内。
进一步的,裁切装置411还包括能够运动的支撑件4113,裁切刀4112与支撑件4113相连,裁切驱动装置4111设置在支撑件4113上且用于驱动支撑件4113朝向或远离料带的方向运动。当料带到达裁切位置后,裁切驱动装置4111启动,驱动支撑件4113带动裁切刀4112向朝向料带的方向运动,当裁切完成后,裁切驱动装置4111启动,驱动支撑件4113带动裁切刀4112朝向远离料带的方向运动。
需要说明的是,裁切驱动装置4111可以为气缸,也可以为直线电机,只要驱动支撑件4113能够朝向或远离料带的方向运动即可。
需要解释的是,这里所指的料带指封有电子标签芯片的料带。
为了进一步优化方案,本实施例在上述实施例的基础上,为了进一步的提高电子标签的裁切质量,该裁切装置411还设置了压料板413,支撑件4113和压料板413通过弹簧导柱4114连接,裁切刀4112能够穿过压料板413与料带相接触。当料带达到裁切位置后,裁切驱动装置4111启动,驱动支撑件4113带动裁切刀4112朝向料带运动,在支撑件4113运动的过程中不断的压缩弹簧导柱4114上的弹簧,当弹簧压缩到一定程度后,压料板413将料带压紧,裁切刀4112能够穿过压料板与料带相接触,将料带进行裁切成电子芯片,当切割完成后,裁切刀4112在裁切驱动装置4111的驱动下,逐渐朝向远离料带的方向运动,当裁切刀4112上升到一定高度时,弹簧完全处于放松状态,压料板413脱离料带,准备开始下一次裁切。
需要解释的是,压料板413上开设有与裁切刀4112配合的通过孔,压料板413压住料带,裁切刀4112穿过通过孔对料带进行裁切,压料板413压住料带可以进一步的保证料带的平整性。
需要说明的是,弹簧导柱4114优选4-6个,更为优选的,弹簧导柱4114的数量设置4个,在第二支撑板的四个角上各设置一个,可以对支撑件4113 起到有效的导向作用。
需要进一步说明的是,支撑件4113包括平行设置的第一支撑板和第二支撑板,以及与第一支撑板和第二支撑板垂直相连的第三支撑板和第四支撑板,裁切驱动装置4111设置在第一支撑板上。
进一步的,裁切装置411还包括连接板4115,连接板安装在第三支撑板的下端面,裁切刀4112设置在连接板4115上,当支撑件4113向下运动时,会带动连接板4115和裁切刀4112整体向下运动。
为了进一步的提高电子标签的裁切质量,使得裁切完成后的电子标签的边角能够保证光滑平整,本发明实施例所公开的裁切装置1还包括设置在连接板4115上的加热管,加热管将裁切刀4112的刀刃加热,可以顺利实现电子标签的裁切。
进一步的,顶出装置412包括设置在第一支撑板下部的顶出驱动装置21,和与顶出驱动装置4121相连的顶出板4122,第二支撑板上开设有通孔,顶出板4122能够穿过通孔与电子标签相接触,将电子标签从裁切刀4112内顶出。当开启顶出驱动装置4121时,顶出驱动装置4121驱动顶出板4122朝向电子标签运动,将裁切刀4112内的电子标签顶出,摆放至指定位置。
需要说明的是,顶出驱动装置4121可以为气缸,也可以为直线电机,也可以为电机带动的直线驱动模块。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,包括:
    用于剥离料带上的保鲜膜的保鲜膜剥离单元(1);
    用于输送所述料带的传输单元(2);
    用于检测所述料带位置的视觉检测单元(3)。
    用于对所述料带进行裁切,并将裁切后所形成的电子标签输送至摆放位置的裁切抓取单元(4);
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述传输单元(2)为皮带。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述视觉检测单元(3)为工业视觉相机。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述保鲜膜剥离单元(1)包括:
    固定座(11),
    平行设置在所述固定座(11)上的上剥离辊(111)和下剥离辊(112);
    用于缠绕料带上膜的上剥离卷轴(113);
    用于缠绕料带下膜的下剥离卷轴(114);
    设置于所述固定座(11)上,用于驱动所述上剥离卷轴(113)和所述下剥离卷轴(114)旋转的驱动装置,且所述上剥离辊(111)和所述下剥离辊(112)之间设置有供料带穿过的间隙。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括所述用于驱动所述上剥离卷轴(113)的第一驱动装置(115),和驱动所述下剥离卷轴(114)的第二驱动装置(116)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述上剥离辊(111)和所述下剥离辊(112)均设置多个,任意相邻两个所述上剥离辊(111)之间以及任意相邻两个所述下剥离辊(112)之间均具有间隙。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述裁切抓取单元(4)包括用于裁切电子标签的裁切机构(41),和与所述裁切机 构(41)相连的移动抓取机构(42),所述移动抓取机构(42)能够移动,以带动所述裁切机构(41)到达所述电子标签摆放位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述裁切机构(41)包括用于裁切电子标签的裁切装置(411),以用于顶出所述电子标签的顶出装置(412)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述裁切装置(411)包括裁切驱动装置(4111),和与所述裁切驱动装置(4111)相连且具有中空腔体的裁切刀(4112)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电子标签裁切设备,其特征在于,所述裁切装置(411)还包括能够运动的支撑件(4113),所述裁切刀(4112)与所述支撑件(4113)相连,所述裁切驱动装置(4111)设置在所述支撑件(4113)上且用于驱动所述支撑件(4113)朝向或远离料带的方向运动。
