- the hooking member 48 fixed to the binder 45 wound around the filling port P1 is also hooked on the hanger 7 of the hanging device.
- the worker stands on the side of the flexible container 1 and reaches the lower side of the bottom portion 22 to remove the lid 5.
- cover 5 can be removed at one touch at this time.
- the discharge port P2 in a state of being bound to the binding device 40 from the bottom portion 22 automatically hangs down as shown in FIG. 2 by the own weight of the discharge port P2.
- the worker reaches the lower part of the flexible container 1 to untie the binding tool 40 of the hanging down discharge port P 2.
- the binding tool 40 can be released at this time by one touch.
- the discharge port P2 which has been folded so that the lower end faces upward, extends straight so that the lower end faces downward by its own weight.
- the discharge passage R2 is opened downward, that is, widely opened toward the input port for receiving the content in the supplied device, and the content is supplied to the supplied device through the discharge passage R2.
- FIG. 7 is a view showing a state where the flexible container 1 is suspended from above by the hanger without hooking the object to be hooked 48 to the hanger 7.
- the inner bag 3 sinks downward because the inner bag 3 pulls the upper surface 21 downward due to the weight of the contents.
- the inner bag 3 is no longer inflated and the inner bag 3 is longer in the vertical direction, so that the lower end of the inner bag 3 hangs down more and more downward.
- the lower portion of the inner bag 3 may block the insertion port of the supplied device and may prevent the discharge of the contents. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 6, it is preferable that the lower end of the inner bag 3 be prevented from hanging downward more than a predetermined amount by hooking the hooking tool 48 on the hanging tool.
- the main-body part 20 of the outer bag 2 was made into square tube shape, it is not restricted to this, For example, it can also be made cylindrical shape.
- the shape of the openings 21a and 22a is not particularly limited, and is circular in the above embodiment, but may be, for example, an oval or a square.
- the shapes of the openings 21a and 22a are changed, it is preferable to appropriately change the shapes of the filling port cover 25 and the discharge port cover 26 to the same shape accordingly.
- the shape of the lid 5 is not particularly limited, and may be, for example, a circle, an ellipse, or the like.
- the configuration of the binding device 40 is not limited to the one described above, and may be a simple string 41 not having the surface fasteners 42 and 43 like the binding device 45, or a button (snap button can be used to fix a winding state) ) May be attached. In addition, in the case of a mere string, a bow tie etc. are carried out similarly to the binding tool 45. As shown in FIG.
- the binding 40 may be a fastener 70 as shown in FIG.
- the fastener 70 includes one string 71 and a slider 72 through which both ends of the string 71 are passed in parallel.
- a loop is formed by the string 71 and the slider 72, and the discharge port P2 bound to the loop is inserted.
- the slider 72 is configured to be movable along the strings 71, 71.
- a lock member 73 is attached to the slider 72 for locking the slider 71 so that it can not move along the strings 71, 71.
- a string 74 is attached to the end of the lock member 73. Then, when the string 74 is pulled, the lock member 73 moves, the lock is released, and the slider 72 can move relative to the string 71.
- the lock member 73 does not drop out of the slider 72 and is coupled thereto. Therefore, when the string 74 is further pulled and the slider 72 is pulled via the lock member 73, the loop formed by the string 71 and the slider 72 is expanded. Therefore, the string 71 drops from the discharge port P2, and the binding is released. In addition, after the binding is released at the time of opening the flexible container 1, the strap 71 is attached to the outer bag 2 like the binding device 40 described above so that the fastener 70 is not inserted into the supplied device or the like. It is preferable to fix.
- the configuration of the binder 45 is not limited to that described above.
- the binder 45 may be a string with a surface fastener, or a button (snap that can fix a winding state)
- the strap 41 may be attached (including a bodhan) or may be a fastener 70 as shown in FIG.
- At least one of the bindings 40 and 45 does not have to be fixed to the filling port cover 25 and the discharge port cover 26, respectively, and can be members independent of the outer bag 2 and the inner bag 3.
- the hooking tool 48 may be fixed to a portion near the center of the upper portion of the outer bag 2, such as near the center of the filling port cover 25, the crown cap 24, the inner lid 4 or the upper surface portion 21. Also in this case, it is possible to prevent the lower end of the inner bag 3 from hanging down more than a predetermined amount when the container 1 is suspended by hooking the hook 48 to the hanger.
- the method of attaching the lid 5 to the bottom portion 22 is not limited to the method using the surface fastener, and for example, both may be fixed by a button.
- a button may be attached to one of the bottom portion 22 and the lid 5 and a button hole may be formed on the other.
- the convex part of a snap button can be attached to one of the bottom part 22 and the lid 5, and the concave part can be attached to the other.
- the discharge port P2 is bound so as to keep the discharge port P2 squeezed without folding back the discharge port P2. You may bind with the tool 40. Then, after the discharge port P2 is folded back, the discharge port P2 may be housed between the lid 5 and the bottom portion 22 as necessary.
