案内溝の開口部は、互いに係合可能な一対の溝遮蔽部材によって覆われており、アッパーレールの移動方向における両端には、一対の溝遮蔽部材に連結したスライダーがそれぞれ取り付けられている。また、一対の溝遮蔽部材には脱落防止用段部がそれぞれ形成されており、これらの脱落防止用段部は、ロワレールに固定されたプロテクター(サイドカバー)の収納部にそれぞれ収納されている。
このサイドカバーは、本体部のうちロワレールの上面に当接する片部がロワレールに固定されるとともに、位置決片がロワレールの側壁に固定されている。
このような構成によれば、移動体の移動に伴ってファスナーテープが開閉移動した場合、膨大部は凹溝において側縁部および支え突部間を揺動する。このため、ファスナーテープが開放移動してサイドカバーに押し付けられることによる撓み変形をなくし得る。
また、膨大部がカバー本体片部の側縁部に当接した場合には、ファスナーテープがサイドカバーに係合した状態となるので、当該ファスナーテープの脱落を防止できる。
このような構成によれば、支え突部の先端部とカバー本体片部の側縁部との間の開口が狭く形成されるので、ファスナーテープの膨大部がサイドカバーの凹溝から外れない構成となる。このため、スライドファスナーおよびサイドカバーを組合せ状態で取り扱うことができ、スライドファスナーの設置およびサイドカバーの基体への取付作業を容易に行うことができる。
このような構成によれば、支え突部の先端部がカバー本体片部の側縁部に向かって延びており、膨大部を凹溝に配置するためにファスナーテープが撓められている場合であっても、前述した傾斜面によってファスナーテープを開閉移動する方向に案内でき、スライドファスナーの開閉を円滑に行うことができる。
このような構成によれば、支え突部をカバー本体片部の長手方向にわたって基体に当接させることができ、例えばカバー本体片部の長手方向において部分的に基体に当接する支え突部と比べて、カバー本体片部を、よりしっかりと支えることができる。
このような構成によれば、ファスナーテープは、長孔の長手方向端部に支え突部が当接しない範囲で開閉移動可能となるので、ファスナーテープが開放移動してサイドカバーに押し付けられることによる撓み変形をなくし得る。
また、長孔の長手方向端部に支え突部が当接することによってファスナーテープがサイドカバーに係合することで、当該ファスナーテープの脱落を防止できる。
更に、カバー本体片部の側縁部と支え突部との間に凹溝を形成する必要がないので、カバー本体片部の幅寸法を小さくすることができる。
このような構成によれば、ファスナーテープが開閉移動した場合、膨大部は凹溝において側縁部および支え突部間を揺動する。このため、ファスナーテープが開放移動してサイドカバーに押し付けられることによる撓み変形をなくし得る。
また、膨大部がカバー本体片部の側縁部に当接した場合には、ファスナーテープがサイドカバーに係合した状態となるので、当該ファスナーテープの脱落を防止できる。
更に、支え突部の先端部とカバー本体片部の側縁部との間の開口が狭く形成されるので、ファスナーテープの膨大部がサイドカバーの凹溝から外れにくい構成となる。このため、スライドファスナーおよびサイドカバーが組み合わされた一つのユニットとして取り扱うことができ、スライドファスナーの設置およびサイドカバーの基体への取付作業を容易に行うことができる。
以下、本発明の第1実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。
図1~6において、第1実施形態に係る移動案内装置10は、移動体としての自動車シート1(座席)を前後方向に案内するスライドレール装置である。自動車シート1は、図1に示すように、座部を形成したシートクッション2と、背もたれ部を形成したシートバッグ3と、搭乗者の頭部を支えるヘッドレスト4とによって構成されている。図において、X、Y、Z方向は互いに直交しており、X方向は後述するロワレール20(Lower rail)の長手方向に沿っており、Y方向はロワレール20の幅方向に沿っており、Z方向はロワレール20の高さ方向に沿っている。
なお、スライドファスナー60は、スライダー70A,70Bによって開閉するものであればよいので、後述するファスナーエレメント65の形態に限られず、ファスナーエレメント同士の係合または解除が繰り返し可能な各種の形態を使用できる。例えばファスナーエレメント同士が解除可能に凹凸係合するレールファスナーが挙げられる。
以下、第1実施形態に係る移動案内装置10の動作について説明する。
先ず、自動車シート1の前後方向への移動とともにアッパーレール30がロワレール20に対してX方向に移動する。このとき、アッパーレール30の移動方向における前方側の第一スライダー70Aは、図4に示すように係合したファスナーエレメント65同士の係合を解除して分離し、左右のファスナーテープ62はY方向外側に開放移動する。これにより、スライドファスナー60のうち第一スライダー70Aよりも後方側は図5に示すように開かれた開放状態となる。一方、アッパーレール30の移動方向における後方側の第二スライダー70Bは、図5に示すように左右方向に分離されたファスナーエレメント65同士を係合するので、スライドファスナー60のうち第二スライダー70Bよりも後方側は閉鎖状態となる。
このように、アッパーレール30がX方向に移動した場合には、スライドファスナー60はアッパーレール30のうち案内溝21の開口部211に位置する部分だけを開放状態とし、当該部分以外では閉鎖状態とするので、スライドファスナー60によって開口部211を遮蔽した状態が保たれる。従って、小物などが案内溝21に入ってしまったり、土などの異物が案内溝21に堆積してアッパーレール30の移動を妨げることを防止できる。また、ファスナーテープ62が開閉移動してもほとんど撓められることがないので、ファスナーテープ62の材料を布製に比べて硬質な樹脂材料を採用可能であり、ファスナーテープ62が外部から圧迫されても案内溝21に落ち込みにくい構成にできる。例えば、ファスナーテープ62は、合成樹脂製の単体もしくは合成樹脂と布の複合体が使用できる。
(1)一片のカバー本体片部41によってファスナーテープ62が係合される箇所(凹溝45、側縁部411)を構成することで、全体形状が略コの字型またはC型の形状とされた本体部を形成する場合と比べて、第一サイドカバー40A(第二サイドカバー40B)の本体部分の厚さ寸法を小さくしてスリム化できる。
また、第一サイドカバー40A(第二サイドカバー40B)の固定片部42がロワレール20に固定されるうえ、カバー本体片部41の下面から突出したリブ43がロワレール20に当接して当該カバー本体片部41を支えるので、カバー本体片部41が踏まれるなどして外力が加えられた際の撓みを抑制できる。このため、カバー本体片部41がファスナーテープ62に押し付けられることによる当該ファスナーテープ62の開閉移動に抗する抵抗力の増大を抑えることができ、移動案内装置10を円滑に作動させることができる。
(2)アッパーレール30の移動に伴ってファスナーテープ62が開閉移動した場合、膨大部622は凹溝45において側縁部411およびリブ43間を揺動する。このため、ファスナーテープ62が開放移動して第一サイドカバー40A(第二サイドカバー40B)に押し付けられることによる撓み変形をなくし得る。
また、膨大部622がカバー本体片部41の側縁部411に当接した場合には、ファスナーテープ62が第一サイドカバー40A(第二サイドカバー40B)に係合した状態となるので、当該ファスナーテープ62の脱落を防止できる。
(3)リブ43は、カバー本体片部41の長手方向に連続しているので、リブ43をカバー本体片部41の長手方向にわたってロワレール20に当接させることができ、例えばカバー本体片部41の長手方向において部分的にロワレール20に当接する支え突部と比べて、カバー本体片部41を、よりしっかりと支えることができる。
以下、本発明の第2実施形態に係る移動案内装置10Aを説明する。
図7に示すように、移動案内装置10Aは、第1実施形態に係る移動案内装置10Aと概略同様に構成されているが、第一ファスナーストリンガー61A、第二ファスナーストリンガー61B、第一サイドカバー40Aおよび第二サイドカバー40Bに代えて、第一ファスナーストリンガー66A、第二ファスナーストリンガー66B、第一サイドカバー46Aおよび第二サイドカバー46Bを備えている点で相違する。
以下、本発明の第3実施形態に係る移動案内装置を説明する。
第3実施形態に係る移動案内装置は、第1実施形態に係る移動案内装置10と概略同様に構成されているが、図8に示すように、リブ43の先端部431Aがカバー本体片部41の側縁部411側に向かって延びて形成されており、側縁部411に傾斜面411Aが形成されており、そして、ファスナーテープ62の膨大部622がテープ部621に対して下方側(先端部431A側)に偏心している点が相違する。傾斜面411Aは、側縁部411のうち凹溝45を形成する内面によって形成されており、リブ43側に向かうにつれて当該リブ43の先端部431A側から基端部432側に傾斜している。
この移動案内装置によれば、リブ43の先端部431Aが側縁部411に向かって延びており、膨大部622を凹溝45に配置するためにファスナーテープ62が撓められている場合であっても、前述した傾斜面411Aによってファスナーテープ62を開閉移動する方向に案内でき、スライドファスナー60の開閉を円滑に行うことができる。ここで、リブ43の先端部431Aおよび側縁部411間の開口寸法(ここではZ方向における開口寸法)は、膨大部622の径寸法よりも小さくされている。
以下、本発明の第4実施形態に係る移動案内装置を説明する。
第4実施形態に係る移動案内装置は、第1実施形態に係る移動案内装置10と概略同様に構成されているが、図9,10に示すように、カバー本体片部41は、リブ43に代えて、側縁部411の下面から突出した複数の支え突部43Bを有しており、ファスナーテープ62は、膨大部622に代えて、テープ部621に形成された複数の長孔623を有している。複数の支え突部43Bは、カバー本体片部41の長手方向に沿って並んで配置されており、複数の長孔623に配置されている。複数の長孔623は、ファスナーテープ62の開閉移動方向であるY方向に沿っている。
この移動案内装置によれば、ファスナーテープ62は、長孔623の長手方向端部に支え突部43Bが当接しない範囲で開閉移動可能となるので、ファスナーテープ62が開放移動して第一サイドカバー40A(第二サイドカバー40B)に押し付けられることによる撓み変形をなくし得る。
また、長孔623の長手方向端部に支え突部43Bが当接することによってファスナーテープ62が第一サイドカバー40A(第二サイドカバー40B)に係合することで、当該ファスナーテープ62の脱落を防止できる。
更に、カバー本体片部41の側縁部411と支え突部43Bとの間に凹溝45を形成する必要がないので、カバー本体片部41のY方向における幅寸法を小さくすることができる。
本発明は、以上の実施形態で説明した構成のものに限定されず、本発明の目的を達成できる範囲での変形例は、本発明に含まれる。
例えば、前記実施形態では、第一サイドカバー40A,46Aおよび第二サイドカバー40B,46Bはアルミ製であってもよいが、硬質の樹脂材料によって形成されてもよい。
また、第一サイドカバー40A,46Aおよび第二サイドカバー40B,46Bは断面略T字状に形成されているが、これに限らず、断面略L字状に形成されていてもよい。この場合には、カバー本体片部41のうち固定片部よりもY方向外側に位置する外側部分が省略される。
Claims (8)
- 案内溝(21)が形成された基体(20)と、前記案内溝(21)に沿って移動可能に配置された移動体(30)と、前記案内溝(21)の開口部(211)を挟んで配置された一対のサイドカバー(40A,40B,46A,46B)と、前記一対のサイドカバー(40A,40B,46A,46B)に保持された一対のファスナーストリンガー(61A,61B,66A,66B)、および前記移動体(30)の移動方向における両端に取り付けられた一対のスライダー(70A,70B)を備えたスライドファスナー(60)とを備えており、
前記一対のファスナーストリンガー(61A,61B,66A,66B)は、前記案内溝(21)の開口部(211)を覆って配置されたファスナーテープ(62)と、前記ファスナーテープ(62)に備えられているとともに前記一対のスライダー(70A,70B)がスライド可能に連結したファスナーエレメント(65)とをそれぞれ備えており、
前記一対のサイドカバー(40A,40B,46A,46B)は、前記ファスナーテープ(62)が前記移動体(30)の移動方向に交差する方向に開閉移動可能に係合しているカバー本体片部(41)と、前記カバー本体片部(41)から延出しているとともに前記基体(20)に固定された固定片部(42)とをそれぞれ有しており、
前記カバー本体片部(41)には、その片面から突出し、前記固定片部(42)よりも前記ファスナーテープ(62)側に位置した支え突部(43,43A,43B)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする移動案内装置。 - 前記カバー本体片部(41)のうち前記固定片部(42)よりも前記ファスナーテープ(62)側に位置した側縁部(411)と前記支え突部(43)との間には凹溝(45)が形成されており、
前記ファスナーテープ(62)には、前記凹溝(45)に配置されている膨大部(622)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動案内装置。 - 前記支え突部(43)の先端部(431A)は前記カバー本体片部(41)の側縁部(411)に向かって延びており、前記先端部(431A)および前記側縁部(411)間の開口寸法は、前記膨大部(622)の径寸法よりも小さくされている
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の移動案内装置。 - 前記カバー本体片部(41)の側縁部(411)のうち前記凹溝(45)を形成する内面には、前記支え突部(43)側に向かうにつれて当該支え突部(43)の先端部(431A)側から基端部(432)側に傾斜した傾斜面(411A)が形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の移動案内装置。 - 前記支え突部(43)は前記カバー本体片部(41)の長手方向に連続している
ことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか一項に記載の移動案内装置。 - 前記ファスナーテープ(62)には、その開閉移動方向に沿った長孔(623)が形成されており、
前記長孔(623)には、前記支え突部(43)が配置されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の移動案内装置。 - 一対のサイドカバー(40A,40B,46A,46B)と、前記一対のサイドカバー(40A,40B,46A,46B)に保持される一対のファスナーストリンガー(61A,61B,66A,66B)、および前記一対のファスナーストリンガー(61A,61B,66A,66B)を連結した一対のスライダー(70A,70B)を備えたスライドファスナー(60)とを備えており、
前記一対のファスナーストリンガー(61A,61B,66A,66B)は、ファスナーテープ(62)と、前記ファスナーテープ(62)に備えられているとともに前記一対のスライダー(70A,70B)がスライド可能に連結したファスナーエレメント(65)とをそれぞれ備えており、
